Everyone looks at you like you have three heads. It’s co. Extend to an apt bldg btw.
Breakfast was added on reservation but it’s not really a breakfast. Snack bar more like it.
I’m Hilton honors as well. They did nothing for it.

The cleaning staff began banging on our door at 8:46am when checkout wasn't until noon.. after saying we weren't checking out until then we heard loud rude comments outside with noise that continued until we forcefully left , it seems odd there'd be a checkout time if the staff is going to try to kick you out 3hrs before hand, after I had a long day taking the bar exam the day before

The front desk staff was excellent. They acknowledged that I am a Hilton Honors member. The room was nice - comfortable bed, TV worked fine.
I had breakfast with friends at the Marriott a few blocks away, and I was blown away. Why can’t the Hilton offer a good breakfast? Why don’t you offer free coffee for guests? a
Sorry, but compared to the Marriott, Hilton amenities are very cheap.

The room was nice and clean. It’s a very noisy location. Lots of traffic outside, but that can be overlooked because the location is so convenient to the arena. The issue I ran into was at the restaurant. The wait in line was astronomically long 30+ minutes. Then when I finally got to the front of the line I was told they were out of one of the items I requested. I said ok I need to find look at the menu real quick to pick something else, to which I was informed “we are really busy you know” by the man at the counter. I informed him I was aware they were busy but I patiently waited in the line the whole time I just needed a second to pick something else. I was then handed a menu which was for breakfast. Then he was able to track down one for dinner. I understand he was frustrated about being so busy but they could have said to the line “we are out of ——— Item” so people who are waiting looking at menus are prepared. I selected the cheeseburger and Chicken quesadilla. They came out fairly quickly, however the quesadilla didn’t come with all the listed sides. I figured it was a moot point to go ask because he had already been so rude. Later that evening I stopped back in to grab something before bed and someone different was working. The wait was still extremely long. While waiting two women were arguing loudly at the bar. I was able to place my order, however he did forget 1 of the 2 items I had ordered so I had to wait for him to get that. Not the greatest experience.

I did not eat breakfast, nor have coffee. Needed to resume my trip with an early start. I do think there was a bit of road noise, even on the 9th floor. Bed, pillow was comfy, and the temperature was easily controllable and good...helped for sleeping. Nice design (including cabinetry that housed the refrigerator, etc. concealed inside) of the accommodations. Very cool vanity in the bathroom. Shower-only in the bathroom with a sliding glass door.

The front desk staff were not forthcoming with any communication that caused a delay in checking in. It wasn’t until their supervisor showed up that we were provided with an explanation and a very nice comp considering the double inconvenience that we were experiencing. Staff and hospitality service in this location are horrible. The front desk staff was unwelcoming at all times as if we owed them something. The first room we got assigned to had broken AC. Temperature went from 78 at when we entered to 80 at when we came back from dinner, even though cooling was set to 68.

I called to request a technician to look at it. 30min after the front desk said he would send someone, no one showed up. We had to go downstairs ourselves to beg for service. Eventually he swicthed our room, to a king bed room, which was what I paid and reserved for. Remind you initially they gave me a double queen beds room and lied to me that there was not a king available to me. So how come when we had to switch the room, a king room was magically available, huh?

0 star to the hotel and their staff. 1 star is dedicated to their cookies.

Rooms are quite good. Downstairs food area is limited as things are premade and then heated up. Area is convenient to many other restaurants and the baseball field and hockey arena. Car park is being renovated so bit dusty- but noisy and hard to work out the exits and which way to drive in and out of building. Little strange having apartments using one side of elevators and hotel using the other side. Indoor pool doors were locked so couldn’t access that- not sure why?

Great with one caveat

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that I could hear the plumbing running all night, it sounded like my toilet was running and i could hear flushing sounds from other rooms through the pipes. Not sure if it was because I was in a corner room though. Otherwise, wonderful stay. Great location.

Room was not ready and it was after 3pm when check in is at 3pm. Parking is inconvenient, having to get a ticket each time you come in and get the ticket stamped each time. Had trouble getting a spot and into the garage when there was an event at the XL center.

Good stay.

Everything was fine. Stayed due to concert at the XL Center. Was excellent that you can enter the XL Center from the hotel. No need to go outside. Parking was $19 that hotel had stamp parking ticket or else it would’ve been per hour.
The only thing was our shower curtain was not long enough for the shower rod (length wise) also we couldn’t figure out the heat. Felt like the temperature stayed on cool even though we turned it up. Not sure if something was wrong with it. But we only stayed for the night of the concert so we didn’t complain. Overall would definitely stay again.

I didn't like the parking garage. The set up is horrible. Then there was construction in and outside the property. Then you have to have your ticket validated daily. The attendant in the booth was rude and made me go all the way back to my room because i forgot my ticket. I told the front desk and they said he could have done it without me having to re park and go back to my room to retrieve the parking ticket. That pissed me off.

Stayed for OVO. Holy hidden fees! $19 per day for parking, water bottles and coffee in room are $3 each. Pools been down since November. Cafe advertises as made to order and it’s just cold sandwiches. No fan in bathroom, humidity build up was horrid.

Stayed on 10th floor, and it was so noisy ALL night. Mostly traffic noises and some engine noise. I had to wear AirPod to cancel the noise. Very annoyingly. Not a good experience.

The room was clean, but the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly. Parking was difficult to navigate. I asked a parking attendant about hotel parking and he refused to speak—just pointed in the direction of the elevator. Very unprofessional. Outdated tv tech. I will not return.

Awful experience. We checked in at 6pm and were told there was no room ready for us. A few minutes later we were told a room was now available. Room 1001. The tv wasn’t working, the phone wasn’t working, and the shower door was broken. I was told by the reception agent that the hotel was “overbooked.” Clearly, they gave us a room that wasn’t supposed to be used. To say we are angry is an understatement.
