No spa, not kid friendly, staff is ok room is fine. They have a smoking section that bleeds over into the rest of the hotel and casino. It’s mostly slot machines with a room for poker not a Vegas style casino if you like black jack, craps, roulette, or any other card games not your place. It’s more like a gas station casino the size of a regular casino

Pool closed as were other areas, construction, limited dining, only one cafe dining room, and over priced for bare no linen tables, a coffee kiosk area for pastries, small breakfast area limited to fruit, eggs, bacon and minimal bread products, disappointing, casino was fine, sports area small, only a few screens, room was ok, clean, one of the refurbished ones so it was ok, free shuttle to from airport was very well handled and drivers excellent, front desk good, price high considering under construction and amenities limited.

I wanted to share my concern about an issue that happened during my stay at Miccosukee Casino & Resort. The front desk clerk informed me that I could extend my checkout by one hour so I could prepare for my trip to the airport. However, shortly after, a housekeeping attendant came to the room and told me I had to leave immediately because the extension was not on her sheet.

Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional, and the interaction left me extremely disappointed. I also feel that, as a paying guest, I deserved to be treated with courtesy and respect. I paid for my stay, and I expected service that reflects the standards of your resort.

This situation caused unnecessary stress, and I hope it will be addressed so future guests don’t experience the same issue.

The hotel was really nice , room and bathroom super clean and it was renovated . Breakfast has variety and tasteful . There was a broken elevator from the main lobby so it was kinda busy at check out hour. It got loud around 3 am every one coming back from the casino and as far as amenities no swimming pool therefore this is not a family oriented hotel . Apparently they’ll have pool and lazy river at the property

We LOVED staying here. Not far AT ALL to get to practically everything Everglades plus you’re 10 min away from restaurants, shopping etc.
The daily breakfast buffet was better than we’ve ever seen in our travels and we found all of the amenities to be great. We did book a room that had a refrigerator & microwave so no problem there. Some language barriers with staff (mostly all were “only” Spanish speaking) but otherwise we had an awesome time!!! Would DEFINITELY recommend - we’re already planning our next trip back!

They are 30 minutes from the Airport as long as no traffic. No airport shuttle except once a day and that is just to the airport not from it (or at least that was what the staff said). We tried to call to see how close they were located to the airport and the system just puts you on a loop and no one answered the phone. We took a chance, though will not do that again. The Staff at the front desk do not come across as excited to work there; although service is better for a bit just after shift change. They are renovating the place so likely the rooms and common areas will be better once done.

It was so nice to find a decent room with shuttle service after our flight was cancelled. The room was clean and there is a restaurant and a grill in the casino. There is also a cafe, and a couple different bars. If you enjoy gambling of course there’s that too.

Our room smelled like ammonia (cat urine) and the TV didn’t work. Found out after we booked the pool, gym, and laundry facility was closed. The breakfast doesn’t start until 7am, and shuttle to the airport doesn’t run until 8am.

I would not return or recommend to stay here unless you really want to enjoy the casino.

Stay was okay. Just passing through Miami and needed a place to stay for one night. Room was cheaper than many other places, so we booked here. Pool and gym were closed. Not May outlets in room, and the $17 breakfast was awful. Most free hotel continental breakfast’s are much better than what was served here at their restaurant. Rooms outdated but beds comfy.

Amé este lugar.
Me impresionó muchisimo. No fui a jugar, fui a tener un viernes magico con mi esposo en un hotel pensado en relajacion adulta.
La habitacion muy bonita, limpia y comoda, salvo el colchon... No fue bueno ni para mi esposo ni para mi, fue el unico inconveniente.
El hotel es precioso, sus instalaciones son fabulosamente hermosas, la Noche de concierto en El bar inolvidable, romantico y divertido. Me encanto no ser la unica que estaba feliz. Todo el mundo parecia estar conmigo en el mismo lugar magico.
Los trabajadores son excepcionalmente amables y alegres. Las alitas con papitas del restaurant rapido son sabrosisimas.
Las Brisas y su desayuno incluido fue mi parte favorita, hay estilo, belleza, y buen sabor.
Lo recomiendo decididamente. Agradezco Todo lo bonito que me senti alli, y algun dia espero volver.

Never ever stay in this Motel. This is not a hotel. Probably a garbage 1 star Motel. Very disappointed at the staff and they never sent a shuttle to pick us from the airport. Tried calling them 20 times and no one answered at the front desk, even called them from the hotel room and they still didn’t answer calls. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night prior to leaving for a cruise. I booked this room for 2 reasons. 1. They offer complimentary transportation from Miami airport to the resort and 2. The jacuzzi tub. We paid for one night in the king suit (the only option with a jacuzzi tub). Prior to our flight, I called the hotel to schedule a ride (assumed they’d like a heads up for the driver) from the airport to the resort only to find out they stop the shuttle at 8pm! Our flight landed at 8:30! There was no attempt to help us, make any exception or accommodation or even an apology. We had to pay $50 for an uber.
After we got to the room and settled, we ordered door dash and ate dinner, watched tv then decided to filled up the tub to take a bath. The steam revealed hand prints and other unknown (I don’t want to know) “smudges” all over the mirrors surrounding the tub! It was so disgusting, we didn’t even get to soak in the tub. I am not a confrontational person, so when we checked out and they asked how our stay was I mentioned the dirty bathroom and that we didn’t enjoy our stay since the tub was the only reason we even booked at their “resort”, and the guy shrugged me off and said “oh, sorry. You’re all checked out.”. If you book here, you may want to bring your cleaning supplies from home and do it yourself. Had there been ANY attempt to resolve any of the issues we had, I would have given positive review for effort! Nope!

The rooms and ambience were clean.
We even got to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms on the 9th floor.
The rooms were mostly sound proof too which was good.
Complimentary breakfast was good and filling at La Brisa.
Many things rolled into one - the hotel, tempt lounge ,(with a complimentary drink), casino and more.
The airport shuttle makes up for the distance from the airport.
The receptionist -Alex was very pleasant taking time to walk us through the expectations.
I'd say well prices too.

The hotel has been recently updated, it was clean, but I was not aware that the pool was torn down. There's nothing to do in the area. The really bad part was the bright light beaming directly into our bedroom window. I couldn't sleep because it was so bright. They should consider putting double Blackout curtains for the rooms that have that light hitting the rooms. Additionally, I want to mention that this is definitely not a family friendly hotel. If I had little ones. Not only is there nothing for them to do, but there's a casino downstairs...too many drunks.

Room was clean but OLD design, very old furniture, old everything - room need a face lift - far from the picture it shows online. The Jacuzzi is small and not in the middle of the room as it looks but just in the shower room,
All amenities were closed, all under renovation so we paid so much not to receive pool or Gym, and we don't gamble so we cancel our second night for a different hotel,

Booked the room to have somewhere to stay when our flight got canceled because they list airport shuttle as an amenity. Tried calling the hotel and no one answered. Phone tree just kept looping back to the main answering service. Called over and over and same thing. After over 2 hours of trying someone finally answered and said that you have to book the shuttle in advance and they couldn't help us. Asked to cancel the room as we needed a shuttle ride and they said we couldn't but should ask hotels.com and they would do it. Asked Hotels.com and they said they had to ask the hotel. Sent us a message that the hotel refused even though they wouldn't work with us. Super bad service, no communication, misleading, at best, advertisements. I would never consider them again.

Definitely need more luggage carts. I observed MANY seniors struggling!
