El departamento y los muebles de la cocina se perciben algo antiguos y podrían beneficiarse de un mejor mantenimiento y limpieza; por ejemplo, la cocina estaba en mal estado, la refrigeradora se veía algo desgastada y en la mesa notamos algunos insectos pequeños.

Asimismo, los pasillos se observaban antiguos y con cierta falta de limpieza, lo que nos generó algo de incomodidad, especialmente porque estábamos con niños. Como aspectos positivos, destacamos que el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento, está muy cerca del aeropuerto y tiene varias tiendas alrededor, lo cual resulta bastante conveniente.

The first room had roaches and filthy. The second room was so dated nasty and stained, all I could do was cover the couch and sit and sleep on it. The bed was stained and lopsided. Overall properly was dull, stained and dirty.

Hair on the dishes. fingerprints on the glasses. inadequate lighting because there was no outside windows. What about the table? Old damaged furniture. A caved in couch. At at breakfast table 2 different chairs. The shower Spicket was very difficult to open up. no tissues and thin in adequate towels. no fan in the bathroom.

The toilet in our room was in a filthy and disgusting state so we immediately checked out within 30 minutes of our arrival.

Our stay was non refundable.

We have immediately cancelled our next stay in a weeks time again non refundable.

How can you advertise this disgusting place on your site. We demand a refund. This was sold under false pretenses.

No, the room was nothing what they said it was it smelled of marijuana and the bed. The sofa bed was ripped up and it was dirty with a lot of stains. We did not stay there. We did call Expedia and they did call the front desk and we left an Expedia file a complaint and is looking into this. We did not stay at this property. It was not what it said that it looked like or even smelled like very dirty.

Booked the larger suite and the online photos were very deceiving. Immediately we noticed the cleanliness of the particular room wasn’t up to standard. ESP for the price point. Rep offered us another room which we initially refused because there were no pillows within the unit. Unkept and no pillows. We have never experienced anything like this so we wanted a complete refund. Manager was unavailable that evening and attendant refused to give us a refund. Suggested and offered a room that would be “better” than the initial unit we were given. Reluctantly we agreed after contacting the authorities to eliminate any confusion. Unfortunately the next unit was even worse. Cracked mirrors, sand/dirt on floors through out, sofa was filthy, shower floors had rust stains, and several other things. After being told we would not be able to dispute anything until the manager comes in “between 8am-9am” we purposely waited until 930am to give the manager time to get in and make sure they were there and still wasn’t there or available until after 10am! At this point I knew they would try to give me issues for the full refund because a full day of the stay had elapsed at this point. Which is completely unfair to us losing a day because the manager was not available over night. So manager only offered to refund one day of the 2 days that were booked. Completely unsatisfied with how this was handled. Funniest part was the attendant acted like he didnt speak English when the cops came. Madness!

The staff at this place make everything difficult. We stayed and then extended, had to repay the deposit every time, whilst they refund the previous deposit… it’s just trifling. Cleaning is non existent, since when do hotels not provide clean sheets/ towels at least once a week. I had issues with microwave which was glued together, oven was unusable as it hadn’t been cleaned and was Smokey… just not a welcoming place

Roaches and dirty rooms!! When i say this was the worst experience all around i mean it. As soon as i opened the door big nasty stain on the carpet and German cockroachs all over the room!! They gave us a different room still dirty but no roaches. You will not sleep good with a hard bed and hearing the airplanes and trains all night! The furniture and rooms are very outdated and smelly. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I would never go back even if the stay was free.

Our stay was okay. It worked for us in the moment. However that room was very outdated, smelled like mildew. Not enough towels, pillows or bedding for 3. One of the front desk gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a little earlier without any extra charge. Breakfast was okay but you can only eat in dinning area. You aren’t allowed to take your food back to your room. Area is noisy due to airplanes flying over and a train track in front of hotel. Laundry room card readers not working. One of the burners on stove didn’t work. Last day there saw a cockroach on the kitchen counter. I would not stay there again.

Good location overall. Very spacious unit with the 2 queen bed suite. Upstairs had queen and separate bathroom. Downstairs had their own bathroom. Nice couch and living room area with kitchen. Unit is on the older so don’t expect too much but it’s worth the price and location.

Killed 3 small roaches by the end of the trip (bathroom & kitchen). No face/hand towels. Cheap mattress. Not enough pillows for 2 people. Saggy couch. Neighbors were all permanent residence there and lined the walkways with chairs. They just hang out and smoke all day. The hot tub was broken and I was really looking forward to it. The pool looked nice but was full of unattended kids so we didnt go in. The breakfast was good. Overall its ok for a short stay as long as you are ok with those things.

I lived in Miami for 28 years. I recently moved to Port Saint Lucie, and had to come down to Miami for the weekend. I knew the area but never had to book a hotel. This facility is well located and its set up is nice. Once inside the room, the place looks not only dated, but not well maintained. There are signs of humidity, accumulated dirt, stains, and a horribly dirty bathtub. The cockroaches crawl by the main door, kitchen, vanity, and bathroom. The cover of cushion of the chair by the seating area was unzipped, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making us roll to the middle like in a hammock. The internet stoped working at peak time on a Saturday afternoon/night when I had to do work. We were 2 adults and 2 children, I went to the lobby to ask for 2 additional towels since there were only two in the room, and the gentleman asked me to bring the dirty ones (?). I had to explain I had just checked in and that we were short 2 towels. Not an easy transaction.
Breakfast was good both days, parking was convenient. We did not appreciate at all people haggling out of a room with a table and drinks, like in El Chavo del Ocho. We were lucky our room was not next to theirs. If you like a quiet place, look somewhere else, this is minutes away from the airport, in line with the runways, so you will have planes flying close to your nose the entire time.
The room has a kitchen with all appliances and a clean large refrigerator. We recommend the owner to perform a good makeover.

When I arrived the room was filthy. Mold on walls. There was no was clothes. When I told the front desk he did nothing. I paid 400 for the night in the suit and we had to wear shoes and sleep with our own blankets because it was so gross. We would have left but everything was so high because it was last minute. It was just too noisy and it impacted my sleep and the sleep of my family. The hotel is in a flight path and the planes are very loud. In addition, other guests were in the courtyard playing loud music after midnight. The music was stopped only after calls to the front desk. Staff should have intervened and stopped the music and loud talking without other customers having to contact the front desk. It was not a good experience.
