Have stayed here a few times. 10-15 minute drive to shopping malls, friendly staff and efficient free airport shuttle. My only negative would be the rooms are quite dark. Would recommend.

The property was updated and spotless. The pool and waterfall feature was algae stained. There was not enough chairs or loungers in pool area. No bar service at pool. Had planned to have our evening dining at the Tavolo restaurant however found out it was only open for breakfast or lunch so we had to scramble to find alternatives. Front desk staff and concierge could not provide any good suggestions for dinner. Website did not mention it was closed for dinner. For the money we paid id do more research and go somewhere else next year.

Room was musty, charging station on desk didn't work, handle fell off the bathtub when taking a shower. The bar was great. Bartender was topnotch we had a good time . Checking in was a ordeal, long lines, they need more help.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. However, although it was obvious that some people were allowed a late check-out (those travelling to the airport for the same flight as me had organised a 6pm check-out), I was told this was not possible for me. So, it seems get your late check-out bookings in early. This meant that I had to hang around in the foyer from 1pm until 6pm.

I stayed 1 night before my cruise, I checked into my room went up. Started a video and discovered the shower handle was broken.I immediately called the front desk due to leaving a deposit a $100 per night. I didn't not want them to think that I broke in the shower handle. So I called for that, and I had a issue with the safe, the safe would not lock. The battery may have been dead, but that caused me at least over an hour Waiting for maintenance to come. Then, he had to have the IT Tech come. And then he needed help, and as soon as that person came, I was on my way to dinner. One bed was soft and comfortable. The other was sunken. The view was beautiful. I was in room 828. Looking over the swimming pool side, the view was good. The pool closes early so I did not get a chance to indulge in that which that was something I wanted to do. They don't cut the water for the overfall on until later on like During breakfast time.
That was pretty much all I had to say about the hotel. It was a nice looking hotel, the breakfast was pretty much continental, we had to wait to be seated. I guess to make sure you had a ticket to even come into that area. It was okay something to eat before starting the cruise. The staff was nice and understanding quick to Respond to my needs. I would stay again just to give a 2nd chance. I did like that they had airport transportation, as well as transportation to the Cruise Terminal (Port of Miami) was where i had to go! That was through 3 party $15 per

The room was filthy dirty! The shower was not only dirty, but it clogged up with water when I took a shower. The bedding had crumbs all over it. One of the glasses was dirty. No liner in the waste basket. No liner in the ice bucket. The ice machine on the 15th floor didn't work!

We were told to pick up shuttle at second floor door 5 we walked from door 25 all the way there waited but no shuttle. We hade to take an Uber and then we were told that pick up was on first floor.
Hotel was very noise because of the airplanes.
So hotel was very expensive and they didn’t offer any breakfast.

Great hotel with friendly, attentive staff. The airport shuttle was easy to find, arrived quickly, and made getting to the property effortless. Despite it being a busy Saturday, check‑in was smooth and we barely waited.

The pool by the lagoon was a lovely touch, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a lagoon‑view room.

My only concern was the mattress ; it felt quite springy and worn, which affected the comfort a bit. Aside from that, we had a great stay and found this to be an excellent pre‑cruise hotel.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and courteous. It has a gorgeous outdoor pool overlooking the water. It’s in walking distance to Publix and places to eat although it has its own bar and restaurant. They hold your luggage if you arrive too early and they have a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The price of the room was affordable and they had two bottles of water for us in our room.
There are three reasons why I would hesitate to stay there again. 1) We were given a room on the 2nd floor located after several conference rooms. Might have been in a former smoking area. The carpet reeked of stale old cigarette smoke from the 80s and there were cigarette burn marks noted in the carpet. 2) The mattresses were old and the bottom sheet did not completely cover the exposed mattress on the sides. 3) Very expensive cafè. It cost over $7 for a small bottle of Simply Lemonade. Since the hotel is close to the airport I guess they charge airport prices for food and drink.
Three stars because the place gives upscale hotel vibes but the room felt more like a Motel 6. Maybe the other rooms at the hotel are really nice but cost more?

Yes. Overall it was great. The staff were friendly & helpful. The food for the 2 day meetings was great. I enjoyed d gym & d pool.
Unfortunately there were no USB ports for data cables in the room. So I had to borrow plug from my colleague during the meeting

The staff was very courteous and efficient. They helped answer my questions as I am not the most knowledgeable traveler. It was only a short day because it was a layover, but it was so nice to have soft pillows and a soft bed to get a few hours of shut eye before our next flight.

Nice hotel with what you need for an overnight stay. A coffee bar in reception, bar food & also a restaurant & pool.
Check in is at 3pm when it gets very busy. Could do with more reception staff at that time to lessen the wait, it took me 45 mins.

Room was average at best. TV remote was not working well, lobby and main floor was MUCH nicer than room by far. Check in took over 30 minutes, not because overly busy but SLOOW staff. Property was well kept up though. Restaurant was closed…on a Friday EVENING! Makes no sense. For the amount paid it was very overpriced and overall a “Meh” stay.

The stay was fine (just OK) since I was there just overnight, and the staff was mostly pleasant. I had higher hopes for this place based off of some pics I saw online. But I found my room dirty. There were hairs on the wall in the shower (two different types), someone had spilt coffee on the carpeted floor, and it left a significant stain. There weren't enough conveniently located plugs or charging ports for electronics and lastly, there was no heat! When I was in Miami it was cold (iguanas were falling out of trees) and the room was without heat. I went down to the bar for a drink and to look around but it wasn't what I had hoped it would be. There were families and kids everywhere. They were literally sliding down the banisters and bouncing balls off of the walls! I am not exaggerating!! It was borderline chaotic! There was amply seating but I guess because this may be a hotels families stay at before going on cruises (?) there was a lot of trash and plates of food with scraps lying around and just about every surface was sticky. In spite of all this, I gave it three stars because of its convenient location and the staff was friendly.

The hotel needs some updates! It’s musky and stuck in early 90’s ! As soon as you walk in it feels outdated and smells like a pool ( and their pool is outside! ) Not sure if the smell was to mask the old musky scent but it was definitely not pleasant. Elevator is old, decor is old and the rooms are old with popcorn ceiling ! The hallways feel more like a Motel rather than a hotel …. Only saving grace is the shuttle and proximity to the airport

The night auditor was really helpful. My main issue was that on a usually cold Miami night there was no heat output from the AC. After a day that included a transatlantic flight, a diverted flight due to weather and re-booking resulting in additional travel time, I was too tired to have to wait for someone to come see what issue was. Lauers did the trick.

Great stay despite hotel being extra busy (marathon and snow storm!) rooms are all you need for a couple of nights stay. Bathrooms probably could do with an update, but they do what you need them to!

Our rate this time included breakfast, which was great value (though cost out of pocket did feel quite steep at $27pp)

Overall the Pullman is our hotel of choice when flying through Miami

The first room I was given to had some trash and used towels in the bathroom. I dont think the housekeeper was finished cleaning. The second room I was given to, the thermostat control was not operational and had to sleep in my room cold, I called front desk and they just gave me a tiny table heater. If the front desk staff wasn't so friendly, my stay wouldve been extra terrible.

They beds were so old you felt the springs. Only had air and room was very cold. Didn’t have heat and only provided thin blankets. My hand towels have brown stains and I have pictures to show. The front desk was always so busy to help with and needs. Could have had better shower curtains so the water didn’t get on the floor. The TV Stand freezer was so warped in the corner from the fridge. Also the room had an off smell

The hotel is understaffed. No extra pillows or blankets. The ac in the room only works on high fan and the temperature could not be adjusted. We froze because no extra blankets. The room smelled awful and had to use cologne to make it smell ok-ish. Was woken up in the middle of the night from a strong Gould smell coming through the air conditioning vents. Had to turn off the system. The provided bath products were empty. The beds are uncomfortable and have springs that creak when you roll over. The drinks at the bar were more expensive than what I pay when I stay at the Ritz Carlton. The pool are is pretty but there are like 10 pieces of furniture for guests to use and this is a large hotel. At one time this was probably a nice hotel but our visit it was miserable. Lesson learned. Cannot recommend and will not return.

It was just “ok”. I was very surprised at a $60 charge for checking in before 3p. We went for a walk to burn time until then. If rooms were available around noon, I’m sure filling them with the people waiting around in the lobby could’ve been done. I think I’ll try another hotel the next time I’m in Miami.
