Check in was horrible, no welcome smile , just handed over room key, no instructions. Felt like you are not welcome here. Posted time for breakfast and dinner are 6 am and 7 pm , front lady told that timing are not for you but for other guests. Your times are 6am and 7:30 pm.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were kind and really helpful. There’s a shuttle available for purchase ($17/person) that takes you to the port. This was really convenient for me. I also needed to print something that I forgot at home and I just emailed it to the front desk and they printed it for me. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

My daughter and I stayed at this location recently and we were really happy with our stay. The location is amazing, the cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is more than happy to help and the parking lot is well lit. The rooms are clean and no musty smell. There’s even a little balcony which was nice to see the cityscape and planes taking off/landing. Elevators were excellent as well and in perfect working order. We have zero complaints and will be booking here again!

The breakfast had limited options and for that I think it should’ve been included in the cost of the stay. In my room, there was a 4 inch french fry on the floor under the desk and the cleaning team cleaned two out of my three day stay and that did not touch that french fry which I came and saw there to begin with since I did not have french fry in my room. Workers at the bar and also the restaurant there were great.. very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Room was very clean, front desk staff lady was excellent, friendly and very professional, very close to airport, shuttle service and driver was amazing. The bar area was nice and very lively. 2 water bottle in the room was a nice plus. Didn’t have breakfast left early for airport. A wonderful stay at this property.

worst experience ever. At checkin, I was given a key to a room that was locked from the inside. After going back down to the desk, I told the receptionist that it was deadbolted so someone must be inside. She kept saying no one was and that she’d send maintenance. My mom who has mobility issues had to sit on the floor for at least 20 minutes while we waited for someone to come unlock the door. I even went back down to the desk to see why it was taking so long. The maintenance guy finally showed up and unlocked the door with some kind of tool. The balcony door was unlocked when we finally got inside.
The phone inside the room didn’t work. I discovered this when I called to try to find out why the internet wasn’t working. Because apparently you need to be connected to WiFi to watch tv. I called the hotel from my cell phone 4 times & nobody answered. I went back down to the desk and the guy working told me the internet worked. We went back & forth because how are you telling me it works when I spent the last 30 minutes trying to get it to work? Finally he said he’d send someone. Maybe half an hour later, the same guy who unlocked the door shows up. Now this strange man is standing in front of the tv, remote in hand while everyone is in pajamas, in bed. After trying to connect the tv to the internet UNSUCCESSFULLY for about 10 minutes, he left. The front desk guy knocks on the door with a key saying we have a new room. We had to move in the middle of the night just to watch tv.

I got Charged $50+ Dollars for breakfast. Had to ask for waffle mix. Sausage was overcooked and dry. Potatoes and eggs were cold. Had no fruit except whole apples and bananas. I could have gotten better breakfast at McDonald's for a lot less. Will not book here again.

One of my favorite parts of this hotel was that they had luggage storage so when we got off of the cruise ship, we could not check into our rooms yet, but they took our luggage for us and kept it safely back in the office so that we could go visit Miami and then come back to the hotel when our room was ready. Top notch 10 out of 10.

Robert at the front desk was very accommodating and got me in my room early. I really appreciated that.
However, I went to the bar and got a cheeseburger and 2 cocktails for a late lunch, which cost me $61 !!!! Tip is included.
I still can’t get past those prices.
And the cheeseburger was not worth it.
Tha sheets in the bed were old. And scratchy.

This is a very average hotel. The room was missing shampoo and Kleenex. The television was not working very well. There was hair in the bathtub. It wasn’t like one strand. It was like four. When I was in my room, there was no information about anything. I had to guess what the breakfast hours were I had to guess at where the pool was I had to guess about everything. The staff was fine, but not terribly happy to be there from the looks of things. I will say that the breakfast was very nice. The staff was courteous, and the food was excellent. The parking situation is weird because they don’t own the lot. You have to do everything through a third person. After taxes and convenience the parking was $27. I knew that there was a fee coming in, but I thought it was $20. That’s not a big deal, but after all the tiny inconveniences that I had to deal with, it was just another irritation.

The Front Desk staff were welcoming and helpful with suggestions of nearby restaurants. Housekeeping gave me extra coffee with a smile.
The on-site restaurant is not worth the $ for some fairly bland food, that is, if they are open. Neither opening or closing was consistent with their posted hours. Oh, and if you get a flyer for Italian food don't even consider it.

It was nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was just okay Pizza at lunch was good. They were very accommodating getting milk for my grandson bottle. Shuttle ran whenever no set times hard to plan for airport travel. But definitely highly recommended.

I travel a lot and I would not go back to this hotel. Amenities are horrible, two lounge chairs outside cabanas were broken and tha was th only ones thy had at pool. Gym was tiny and only tread mill that was broken and not working. Plastic handles broken, screen cracked. Weights had broken or missing pins, dirty and loud. I did not find the staff friendly or helpful and wanted to charge me $20 plus to park a vehicle for only a few hours. Food ok at bar. Room was small, shower was old and no water pressure. I rarely ever complain about hotels, but this one needed a review because my family and I was very disappointed.

Rooms did not reflect how nice the rest of the property was. The room I stayed in was very musty and the sheets felt damp. There was also mold starting on the ceiling of the room… No seating or furniture on the balcony off the room which was odd. Otherwise great property and staff is very helpful. Shuttle to the airport and even to cruise ports for $17 which was great.
