Good hotel for a short stay.

The check-in process took a little while because there was only one person at the front desk. Later, another staff member arrived and the process moved much faster.
The receptionist kindly asked whether I preferred a high or low floor and if I wanted a city view or an airport view. I was also given complimentary coupons for a welcome drink.
The room was huge, very comfortable, and clean.
Breakfast was good, and you have the option of having certain items prepared fresh on the spot.

The bathrooms could probably use some renovation, but everything else was very good.

I only stayed for one night. I really liked the lobby, although I didn’t have the chance to use the pool or any of the other facilities.

They had a van to pick us up at the airport, and another option to drop us off at the cruise port. The free drinks & snacks at the happy hours was nice. Breakfast was very good and they had plenty of options. There are no restaurants near the hotel, so the hotel dinning is your only option. The food and drinks were over priced, a very small selection of items on the menu and it is way over priced.
Overall, a really good stay, if you can arrange a better dinning option.

The airplane traffic was very loud all night.
It isn’t walkable to anything. There were shuttles available and they were free but I felt like I had to tip. If you need to use the sleeper sofa, there are no easy to get to outlets to plug in devices. The nearby lamps don’t have usb ports. This was not a problem in the bedroom. Breakfast was good and the common areas were beautiful.
The airplane noise was by far the biggest problem.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel! Great stay before your cruise. The only downside is trying to check in early. I understand that they are busy, however you can sit in the atrium and see all the rooms being cleaned but not allowing for early check in that you monitor by an app. The only perk is you have full access to everything there and they hold your luggage.
I would definitely stay again !!

The first issue was the wait for check in but we were early so I somewhat excused that. The staff was not very helpful and no one answers the phone. During our wait we saw a roach. The next morning we had no hot water to shower. I let them know when checking out. No one seemed surprised or offered any sorry. It's safe to say we won't be back.

I came to Miami for a carnival cruise but the truth is the hotel was better than the cruise. The continental breakfast was the best they had some of everything you could think of having for breakfast they gave us complementary drinks for the evening. I feel like we could’ve got a little bit more water given to us in our room and they also charge for the water $4.25 a bottle which was kind of a lot but didn’t bother me one bit because I paid more for water on Carnival cruise

The staff was so nice and accommodating. We arrived early, and they stored our luggage in a safe and secured area, so we could explore Miami. The Cuban sandwich at the grill was one of the best Cuban sandwiches I have had. This will be my go to spot for Miami from now on.

We did enjoy our stay. We stayed one night prior to our cruise. The staff was friendly. The room setup was nice. We did have one issue with room 1043. The tub was peeling and the shower water would just go out mid shower and come back on within a minute or so. It would be nice to receive some type of credit for those mishaps. We loved the hotel offered shuttles to the cruise port. The hotel also have a daily managers special where you get two free drinks and hor d oeuvres.

Clean room, decent breakfast, constant water leak from ceiling above sink, bathroom needs updating and complimentary cocktails and snacks were awful. Women at front desk (wearing face mask) was very rude and not helpful. Never notified us when our room was ready even after the check-in time. We had to wait and kept checking by going in person to front desk. She didn’t even apologize. Would not stay again.

I had left room and headed toward elevator when an employee with his cart came running down the hallway, ran into me and I have had a bad elbow and knee since he hit me with such a force. Went to front desk and nothing was done except an accident report. Didn't care how it happened. Would probably not stay there again

Hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. We had port transportation for $12, shuttle transportation to and from airport and they even transported us to a shopping center for free. Breakfast was great and they hv a kick back at 6pm that has 2 free drinks! Will stay again.

The room was very nice and spacious, relatively clean. We were only there for a night before we left on a cruise the next morning. The place was packed, kids running everywhere unsupervised, not enough staff for the bar or to get food. The lobby area became dirty very quickly and unattended to because of lack of staff. The breakfast in the morning was very good and well planned but you have to show your ticket so don't forget to have that in hand. Again, not enough staff present to handle the extreme influx of guests, especially those with young children that do not sufficiently monitor their own children. We checked out the outdoor pool and it was well kept and surprisingly quiet. The shuttle to get to the cruise ship was a nightmare and we had to opt to pay for an Uber to get us there. The good news on that though is that taking an Uber is cheaper than the hotel shuttle cost per person. This is just not a place I would stay again. They need more staff and better organization. Oh and the toilets in the lobby restrooms have to be made for very very short people because we almost fell just trying to use the toilet, having to squat down so low.

You have to paid extra for the parking lot $32.00 , not free. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful, but the lady of the night was little rude and not profesional. Breakfast was great, the Cheff did a great job and the personal in the morning did a good job. Facilities are good and handle with care.

The experience here at the Hilton Embassy suites has been subpar. The shuttle driver mentioned several times \"remember your driver\". On the cleanliness of the rooms, they have been good. But the hallways are in need of a deep cleaning the elevators included in that assessment. The glass elevators are lovely but come with the added responsibility of keeping the glass clean. The large central eating area was quite dirty especially where people sit and eat whether there isn't a table and there are plenty such places because this embassy suite is located close to the cruise ship terminal and you can imagine what that would mean.

Great place to stay before or after a cruise from the Port of Miami. Decent amenities on site, including a bar/restaurant. The \"happy hour\" reception was very popular with guests even though the food/drink options were lacking.
Staff was very friendly & the cruise port shuttle (for a small charge) was super convenient and easy to use.

The hotel was rundown, it looked like the rooms were clean but you could see the wear and tear on everything. the refrigerator did not cool. the shuttle was late, for the money they did not give even a bottle of water. every thing cost extra. The happy hour snacks were crackers and chips so cheap you could tell the low quality. no dips no cheese nothing.
They should put a warning on the website for this hotel the iarplanes and trains and noise from the other rooms was overwhelming. I am giving an honest overview this is not like other embassy suites I have stayed at it seems the staff and the facility are pressured and have become terrible.
The bright spot was breakfast the food was good and the morning staff was a bright spot on a dismal stay.

I booked this hotel because expedia said they had 2 rooms available. After I booked this room, attempted to book another for my in-laws and all rooms were booked. I went to the hotel to physically check and their representative said they were booked up. Expedia refused to cancel and refund me and we never checked in to the hotel. I called customer service and noooo one was able to assist me . I totally wasted over 200.00.

The hotel is extremely old, poorly maintained, and does not feel like a four-star hotel. When we arrived earlier than the anticipated arrival time, the front desk assigned us a room that was not cleaned. The housekeeper told us she still needed another hour to finish. A head housekeeper then opened another room for us without keys and told us to wait there temporarily. When we asked the front desk if we could stay in that cleaned room, we were assigned to a different room instead. The whole process was very disorganized. The room itself was very disappointing. The carpet was extremely dirty and had a strong odor. It smelled like chemical air freshener was used to cover the odor, which gave me a headache. The carpet looked like it had not been deep cleaned for a long time. There were sinks in both the bedroom and dining area, which looked strange, and there were holes in the ceiling above each sink that appeared related to water leaks or drainage issues. The furniture was outdated, worn, and dirty. The lounge furniture had visible stains and food particles along the edges, which made the room feel unsanitary. Random flyers were also slid through the door gaps several times, which felt creepy and raised security concerns, as it seemed anyone could access the guest floors. At night, the fire alarm suddenly went off and woke us from sleep. We were on the 10th floor near machinery and ventilation equipment, and the noise was extremely loud. Thankfully, it was a false alarm, but

Embassy Suites had always been my favorite and go to for the family: however this particular Embassy Suites rooms reminds me more of an upscale Motel 6, rather than a true Embassy Suites feel! The amenities and location are good, but the room lacks much to be desired! The rooms are extremely outdated, and dirty! Our room 617 was NOT clean and the tub would NOT drain! I let the front desk know and they didn’t care what so ever! Upon checkout there was no one at the front desk, upon inquiring I learned they went into the back office and told the people they helped prior they’re going to nap.

Location to airport is great, the moment you walk in it looks great, it’s what behind closed doors that’s NOT great!

Be prepared to not sleep well with the airplane noise, they would benefit from upgrading their windows!

Do not depend on the shuttle. We were told it ran every half hour on the hour and ended up waiting at the airport for an hour and a half in the middle of the night even though we called the hotel repeatedly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away. I think the driver was off doing something else. When we arrived the desk clerk did not apologize, in fact she was annoyed with us that we were upset. The breakfast staff was wonderful, but every time we had to interact with the front desk we got the same rude attitude. This hotel is wildly busy with cruise transfers and I think they don’t care anymore.

The airport/cruise transport driver was always on time! I loved the free breakfast, and the vegetable/chips/ free drink at night! We stayed on the 10th (top floor) which was the King Suites and the beds were so comfortable. 5 pillows! If I had to complain about anything, its that there was no shampoo or body wash in the despensers in the bathtub. But the room was top notch and very clean.
The pool was amazing.....hot tub was great. Everything was great.

Front desk staff are careless. I requested for a wheelchair mutiple times and wife had to walk a long distance to the room even after explaining to them about her surgery.

Our cleaning lady Rosa, was amazing and very attentive.

The breakfast was okay, had moments where the machine for orange juice was not working and my daughter even found a small bug by the oatmeal area.

Overall, rooms are clean but more attention from lobby staff.
