Was very worn and needed some serious updating. Ran down would be a better way of putting it. Breakfast area way to small for number of guests. Also a very loud area of Miami especially on the weekend. Loud cars racing around that echos bad. Needless to say on a Friday night did not get much sleep. Laundry facilities are aweful too. Lost 7.00 on a washing machine. Would not stay again.

Room was not clean - there were little bugs crawling all over the desk. I had my down Lysol wipes to take care of it. Forbes of room were dusty and dirty. Just felt unfresh and not clean.

Airport shuttle only runs stating at 6am, so if you have a morning flight you are out of luck. Breakfast starts late at 7am, so again if you have a morning flight you are out of luck.

Convenient to have a McDonald’s at walking distance .

This property is absolutely horrible! It's old, smells, laid out poorly and the staff could care less about who walks in the door. Ownership of this hotel hasn't spent a nickel to improve it in the last 30 years.

Room was not properly cleaned and two steps from the bathroom to the bed had my feet filthy. They were all too happy not to offer any services and made you feel like a bother when assisting you. Not worth it for anything more than a quick stay if no other choices were available.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close no maintenance available and the room had an horrible mildew smell my clothes smelled for days.
I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anyone!!! Staff didn’t help with my issues said no other rooms available didn’t offer a discount or anything..

Our stay was as we expected from La Quinta.. we always enjoy our stay. We were a bit disappointed in the free airport shuttle only running until 8p.m. In a town the size of Miami one would think you could get a driver past 8pm

There were 4 buildings and it was late when we arrived. We were given a map with only numbers from the first floor and wasn't told which building or we were suppose to know that you used the room number and added it to the floor you we on. Finally we called the front desk and a security guard and he helped us
That's not a good idea for ladies in there late 70's to be out hunting rooms at that late hour alone

The shuttle to the airport was convenient, but the floor of the hotel room was filthy. I constantly had to wipe off my kids’ feet. Not sure the last time it was mopped. Also, the air conditioner filter needed to be changed and probably contributed to the dirt on the floor—unacceptable.

Bed was comfortable. Stayed in Rm 353 on 25 Feb and the door is not hung right so light and noise comes through from outside and the AIRPLANEs overhead. Door must be shut hard to close as it hits the jam on the top. Weatherstripping is unserviceable.

Unfortunately, I can’t leave a positive review. The room conditions were not ideal. The bathroom was not as clean as expected — I had to use Clorox wipes myself because there was a dark stain on the side of the toilet seat.

Additionally, the TV was not working. I tried calling reception to report the issue, but the telephone in the room wasn’t working either. I ultimately had to walk to the lobby to notify the staff in person.

On a positive note, the coffee was good. However, I can’t comment on breakfast since I had to leave very early and didn’t have a chance to try it.

And gloom. The bed was gross and the location was sketchy. The pool was filthy and only had 3 chairs. The chairs didn’t honestly matter because my kids weren’t going to step foot in the pool. Everything was warn down - needs to be updated.

It was ok, beds were clean and pretty comfortable. Though the lamp shades had mold on them, the ceiling was flaking, the door you had to push with your shoulder to open and close it, and the bath tub had rust in it. The breakfast had hard boiled eggs that were dry and one day they had yogurt, that was the only protein (it was free though). Staff was nice.

It's in a convient location with good food options the only issue was there was no fridge or microwave in the room and one ice machine in the entire complex and there are four buildings to this location also they need more chairs by the pool the location is way too big to have only 4 chairs by the pool

The room was okay. The breakfast was too crowded it even attempt to get anything to eat, so we had to go next door to Denny’s. Shuttle service was a good amenity but only runs one the hour. The staff was very cordial at all times even with the mass confusion in the morning with people coming in and leaving the hotel.

Rome was dirty with several insects located inside. The toilet continued to run all night. I knew it was near the airport so anticipated the plane noise but the location was very sketchy with a few homeless people sleeping outside in the parking lot. The room was clean but awkward to get to. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked. Bathroom was tiny but useable. You had to go behind the main building though a parking lot. There was no sidewalk so if you had luggage it was awkward. The elevator was hard to find and being 3rd floor was needed. For a night stay before our cruise it served its purpose. The Cuban restaurant next door was good and in walking distance.

The pictures online are deceiving. The building must have had a new paint job. the room was clean but all you can hear are cars racing up and down the street all night. You had to slam the door shut, so you would hear every one else slamming their doors closed. The curtains looked like there was blood on them. Definitely did not get a good sleep.

The room was very old and there was a musky smell. The towel bars were all falling off the walls. The breakfast was less than par with very little seating. The pictures are not what the real thing turned out to be. I will not stay here again. Way below my standards. The beds were OK. The room we were in was very small and seems like it was built maybe in the 60s.

The room itself was modern and clean, but it was obvious this was a very old motel that had been recently renovated—not a true hotel property. While the interior updates looked nice, the overall atmosphere of the property felt unsafe and unsettling.
We had to walk outside at night through dark corridors to reach our room, which was uncomfortable. Around 1:00 a.m., we were awakened by loud rap music blasting from a car that circled the property for nearly an hour. It honestly felt deliberate, as if the driver was intentionally trying to disturb the peace.
Throughout the night we also heard people yelling, doors slamming, and at one point someone rattled our doorknob. Needless to say, it was not a restful stay.
I would strongly recommend finding another hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

We travelled with 16 people And booked 5 rooms and The transfer from airport to hotel broke down and they offered no solution when that was main reason we booked there so we ended up paying almost 200. Dollars to get there in. American and we are from canada so its closer to 300. the bed sheets were stained the phones in room were so dusty ,
We ended up meeting the transfer driver. jose And he was the only good thing there

They advertise a free shuttle from the airport, and it was out of service. While i understand thing like this is out of their control, they just shrugged it off like it wasn't a big deal. There are multiple building's on the property, and it was very confusing which building we were going to be staying in. The staff were fine aside from the brush off regarding the shuttle. The room smelled like Marijuana. There was a blunt in the window sill. The room was OK. Overall the property makes it sound like it's a great place, but they don't have half the stuff they advertise.
