I specifically booked this property because it had an airport shuttle and shuttle to the cruise port. The shuttle at the airport never arrived. I arrived via ride share. When I checked in, I advised the shuttle never arrived. I was told they have GPS on the driver and they were there. I clarified I was at the correct location. Another person checked in at the same time and had the same experience.
The room was not clean. The air conditioner venting was covered in dust. The coffee maker was rusted. There was also random hairs throughout the room and finger prints on the mirror. I had been awake/traveling for over 24 hours and just wanted sleep otherwise I would’ve called the front desk. I travel with disinfectant wipes and Lysol and took care of what I could. The next day at 10:55, (check out is 11) the front desk called to let me know I needed to come down and check in for the cruise shuttle. I had already been informed the night before the shuttle is at 11:30 and to let the front desk person know when I checked out. When I did check out, the person at the desk didn’t ask how my stay was nor did she thank me for staying. The cruise “shuttle” was a van pulling a trailer. I opted to take ride share. It was only a couple dollar’s more, much quicker and I felt safer.

We did not have breakfast, but did enjoy a strawberry margarita that was divine, and a chicken noodle soup that was very tasty also. The restaurant was clean and the personnel excellent.

Clean room and a great affordable hotel option for those needing to stay by the airport. Our only complaint is that the airport shuttle (main reason we booked this hotel to begin with) had very limited hours and scheduling, and wasn't really easy to actually use.

When I called the front desk staff, they complained about Expedia and said it was Expedia's fault for not listing the correct shuttle services they actually offered. I get frustrated when hotels try to blame Expedia or third party vendors vs. taking ownership and getting it corrected themselves. The ubers to and from the airport added up and we might have been better off finding a hotel with reliable airport shuttle service.

The hotel shuttle took to long. Thirty minutes went to an hour. Hotel restaurant was closed whe we arrived at the hotel. In the morning we were charged $10 each for a 1/2 of a grill cheese. Will not be staying at your hotel again.

The location is near shopping centers and restaurants. It's somewhat secluded at the end of a road, allowing for a somewhat level of privacy.

I would like to note that during my stay there was road construction near the facility which can be heard slightly depending on your room.

This isn’t a Best Western you’d compare to a Marriott, but it works fine for a short stay. We stayed one night before our cruise and it served its purpose.

They do offer shuttle service to cruise terminals for an extra fee, though we opted for an Uber to arrive earlier. One perk is the free airport shuttle, but we didn’t end up using it since we flew into Fort Lauderdale.

The room itself was decent, but the AC was inconsistent—either too cold or too warm—and fairly loud when cycling on. The bar wasn’t a highlight; the atmosphere felt a bit off, service was slow, and the overall experience didn’t feel worth it. Breakfast was also underwhelming and overpriced for what you get. (Almost $7 for an undercooked bagel.)

Overall, it’s a convenient, clean, no-frills option for a quick overnight stay, but I’d skip the bar and food.

I had asked the front desk clerk to change the payment to the new card i gave her and she said she would do it. We went to our room andvi see where it was still on the original card. I went downstairs and asked them about it and they promised me that they would take care of it. They took the payment out of the wrong card and i had checks bounce because of this. I am very unhappy about this

Room was clean. Hotel was loud. Staff was nice enough but did minimal. Restaurant attached was mediocre at best. Shuttle service was nice but drivers didn’t speak English and weren’t very friendly.
Port shuttle is offered at a charge but this was terrible service. It took us over 2 hours to get there.
The staff was not pleasant and argumentative.
Thankfully we had plenty of time to get to our ship.

My flight was delayed so the airport shuttle wasn't available which was the main reason I chose to stay here - that's the airline's fault, not the hotel. But just a note that the shuttle is not 24 hours. When I checked in, since I arrived so late, I requested a late checkout. The helpful and friendly associate at the front desk let me know she was putting me down for a noon checkout. This apparently didn't make it to the cleaning crew who banged on my door beginning at 11:06 and attempted to enter my room multiple times. I ended up telling three different people \"I have a noon checkout\" and they accepted, but didn't communicate with eachother which was frustrating. Street noise was loud but the AC was louder.

Hotel was appealing, Lourdes greeted us with a smile and eager to make our stay a pleasent one. Sne was kind to upgrade is to a King suite room. Room was in great condition, comfortable and clean!
We used the Restaurant for a quick breakfast and met our needs. Location was close to Downtown Miami and bay area. Very positive customer experience!

Only spent a few hours in this hotel. It served its purpose of providing us lodging to sleep the night. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and tidy. The only thing was a yellow stain found in one of the pillows and a bunch of flyers spread across the floor.

We waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches, had to track down someone for coffee refill, no ice or glass offered for soda and no bill until we walked around to find. Was going to tip less than normal but they added an 18% \"service\" charge for bad service. Food was good but all the other issues left bad taste in our mouths

There was a vast amount of construction around the hotel, there were roadblocks, a lot of u-turns to get into the property. The name of the hotel was not Best Western, it was Premier, which threw up off for locating even after getting through the roadblocks. If a customer standing outside did not tell us that this was Best Western, we would not have known.

Front desk Tried to tell us where to wait for a shuttle pickup at the airport but they were totally clueless. . The driver showed up where we expected them to get us not where we were told to wait but it took about a half hour. Place was ok but things weren’t working properly and needed repairs. Not homey feeling at all breakfast was supppised to be included but it wasn’t. They wanted us to pay 15$ for food that was sitting there for who knows how long. Noise was so loud we slept horrible.

Check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly, and room was LARGE! It was a bit older but kept in good condition. The location was great as it was close to the airport and the cruise port. I had a late flight back home from my cruise but didnt book a room, and I hung out in the lobby and in the area all day while they held my luggage. The shuttle to and from the MIA airport was free while uber and lyft were about 49.00 (mind you the hotel was only like 9 mins away). The $12 per person to the cruise port was worth the convenience and cost there and back. There was a few food restaurants, dollar tree and the grocery store within walking distance for me to grab food during my stay and before my cruise. I'd stay here again if I had a cruise planned and would recommend if you are taking a cruise.
