My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom was not working properly. The shower was leaking, which made everything worse. The carpet was filthy, and overall the conditions of the hotel were very poor. I would not recommend staying here.

The room we had was basic as expected, but cleaning staff clearly didn't sweep before making it available to us. There was women's long hair on the floor and carpet had dirt, whit fuzz, etc., that if swept, would have been removed.The property is rundown as often noted but does have a pool. There is not much at all around, so expect an Uber or Lyft ride to get to downtown Miami or anywhere else in the vicinity of the hotel.
Overall, it was enough for 1 night but needs an overhaul. The pricepoint was what made the difference but cleanliness should not be sacrificed! We tried to use the service to drop us off at port through the hotel, but they were so late, we had to get a refund and Uber to port. Driver kept saying \"10 minutes...it's very busy\" to desk associate but had zero intention of making any effort or giving an honest update. The volume heading into port should not be a surprise.

They have a pizza place in hotel but it's only open Thursday through Sunday
Cleaning staff does a terrible job. Dirt all over bathroom wall behind door , light fixture in bathroom covered in rust , bathroom door frame covered in rust and mold in bathroom on wall at the shower

Staff was great, the area was great, but once I got upstairs second floor to my room, the hallway smelled awful when I opened the door the room smelled like bleach, as if it was cleaned, but once I got in and started looking around, I realize there were hair heavily from the doorway to the sink, hair all in the tub, and around the tub, and by the air-conditioning, there were a lot of sticky spots on the floor that was unacceptable and I did tell the guys at the front desk. I was not offered to exchange rooms or anything. .

Our first room had poop in the toilet, dirty shower, and roaches crawling. They gave us a better room but the small fridge fell off the shelf when I tried to open it. Someone kept calling the phone and not saying anything. And we paid for a shuttle to the cruise port and it never showed. We waited an hour before calling ubers. This hotel should charge $40 per night instead of $135

A Old and stale property, I struggled to get any sleep, persistent phone calls were made to my room with no response on the other end and the thermostat in the room was faulty. The corridors stunk of weed and the carpets as well.

Overall, the one good thing is the hotel’s proximity to the airport, if you’re after comfort and hygiene I suggest you look else where.

Afuera ruidoso por estar al lado del aeropuerto, despega un avión por minuto, adentro no se escucha. Cerca del nuevo Nu Stadium de Inter de Miami, (se puede ir caminando desde el hotel.
Limpio, rápidos para el checkin/checkout. Cobran aparte el estacionamiento del vehículo. A la tarde hay olor a comida en el lobby, pero las pizzas se ven buenas. Hay un pequeño mini market.

They really need to be looked into. We found a used women’s eye lash under our pillows and dirty towels in the bathroom.

Beds were made so looks like no sheets were replaced and they missed the shower.

Will never recommend and ended up leaving 4 hrs early because we didn’t trust the staff as they seemed very irritated

Dated hotel. Towels in the room where dirty had to ask for new ones. Bathroom is very dated needs updating. Front desk staff was polite. 4$ for a 500ml bottle of water. Pizza restaurant on site was good 12$ for the pizza. Free coffee in lobby. Cruise port shuttle was booked for 11am 14$ per person it showed up at 12.

My family of 12 reserved three rooms here prior to departing on a cruise, and the experience was generally smooth. One standout feature is the hotel’s cruise shuttle service, which I highly recommend. Our group departed at 10:15 a.m. and arrived at the port in under 30 minutes, making for an stress-free transition. It was cheaper than getting 2 different share ride for my big family.

Dining options on-site are limited, and guests should plan accordingly. The nearest alternative is a gas station about a 15-minute walk away, though it requires navigating a busy road. Additionally, due to the hotel’s proximity to the airport, there is frequent overhead aircraft noise.

Despite these drawbacks, the property felt safe and provided a suitable place to relax before our cruise. Overall, it’s a reasonable choice for travelers prioritizing convenience over amenities.

Basically…. Do not stay here unless you enjoy roaches. There are roaches everywhere. Staff is well aware that there is a pest problem. Housekeeping has raid on their carts. The rooms are filthy. We moved rooms 3 times due to roaches. On the third time, we left and came back a few hours later… to find people in our room. A terrible experience all around. The food onsite is worse than cafeteria food and very expensive. The pool is clean! Joes apartment is entirely too expensive for what you get. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hyatt down the road.

This hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed in especially paying $300+plus a night.The condition of the property is not being kept up the pool was filthy with cigarettes and plastic in it .The room and hallway had a bad odor and filthy as well with rust and dirt on the walls.everything cost extra they play on the part that it’s not close to no covenant stores or restaurants.To have a up charge for early check in for a room that is already ready dirty is diabolical as well as the $100 deposit for damages to a property that not kept up is even worse. No complimentary water and every beverage is $5. The only plus is it’s very close to the airport

This hotel was terrible when we first walked in our room was freezing so I said let me turn off the air. The air would not cut off went to the front desk. They told me someone will come. No one came maybe an hour late. I went back downstairs and told him I cannot take this cold air. They said someone will come tomorrow to fix it. I had to leave my room 3 AM in the morning to go sit in the airport because it was too cold in the room never again Expedia I don't know what type of hotels y'all collaborating with. This is no good. Had to sit in the room with a sweater on in the hood.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as smoke-free. Extremely overpriced for what it offers. Not recommended unless it is your only available option.

Overall I think the property is fairly well kept, the staff does what is needed. First look the room looked clean, but after a little closer check, cleaning staff do not pay attention to details, why roll and organize towels in decorative fashion, but don’t clean under the beds. I found a half can of mineral water, and a few other trash items lying under the bed. Details matter

It was a red roof Inn, so I was not expecting a palace. The building itself was solid. And the room was comfortable and fairly quiet, considering how close it was to the airport. However, there’s no excuse for the repeated failure of the staff to ever answer the front desk phone. Housekeeping only did my room once in four days over multiple stays. Had to repeatedly ask for towels.

Our stsy was hood. It was very busy because of spring break and TSA issues at the airport. Cut the staff were very patient and helpful. Be prepared that there's not much food in the area. The restaurant is only open on weekends, so we walked down to the 305 grill or up to the gas station where they had a little Delhi and bakery.. you can't walk to anything really too many highways , but a lot of people ordered food delivered. They had free coffee in the main lobby , which was nice. The pool was comfortable and clean.There was plenty of room in the law to sit while you waited to check-in.Check out or for your uber. The staff was very much willing to let you hang out while you waited.

Not only is there not a shuttle to and from the airport, they also do not have breakfast, they never answer their phones at the front desk. The room lights didn’t work when we arrived, there were holes in the walls by the base boards. The floor was nasty and sticky and it’s a non smoking property and there was so many people smoking in their rooms it was coming into ours and making us sick. I had to walk to the front desk at 3 am because they wouldn’t answer their phones and he said I’ll send security up. We were stranded in Miami because of massive flight cancellations and had to take this place because it said it had a shuttle and breakfast but it was by far the worst place ever and didn’t have either.

My experience at this Red Roof hotel was very disappointing due to extremely poor customer service.

At around 10:00 PM, I went to the front desk to request toilet paper for my room. The staff member told me they didn’t have any available and suggested that I find napkins somewhere instead. This was unacceptable for a hotel.

Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned daily, and it was very difficult to get basic supplies like extra toilet paper. The overall cleanliness was also concerning, as the carpets looked very dirty.

The worst part of my experience was at checkout. I asked if they could store my luggage for just two hours while I waited for my transportation, and they refused. Because of this, I had to walk around downtown carrying my luggage.

Overall, the service and conditions did not meet basic hospitality standards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
