Didn’t know it was this bad. The room I was placed in had sour flies, the flouring missing or raised and the toilet not working. I told front desk about it and no one came as they said. I even fell asleep and when I woke up to use the restroom called front desk and had to change rooms that hour of the night. That was it for me.

Decent enough hotel to stay for the night before our cruise. It was nice they provided transportation to the cruise terminal. You did have to ride a big bus with a crazy bus driver. It was packed full of people and you had to stand in line in the heat waiting to board the bus.
Front desk staff not super friendly or helpful.

There were termite bugs all throughout our room and I mean hundreds of them. We asked 3 times for a different room but we never received one. We were in the building behind the main hotel. Apparently, the entire building we stayed in is infested with the termites. The staff all knew about this problem but they didn't change our room or do anything else about it.

Unfortunately we checked out a half hour after we checked in, with no credit at all. We went to our room, what was supposed to be a queen bed was barely a full. There was rust and dirt everywhere and a lizard was in the bathroom. Nothing was clean and the pictures online must be from when they first opened the hotel because nothing matched. Since we booked through Hotels.com they said they couldn't refund us anything. We would not have left if it wasn't disgusting so I don't see how we don't get any money back for false advertising.

Not sure if you've seen other reviews for this place, but I'll clarify with my experience what I found true and false:

The staff is great, very personable, and as helpful as they needed to be. Check-in was easy (once I got to it, I'll mention more later) check out was very easy, and there were no surprises. The girl at the desk even offered multiple possible rooms based on our convenience. The bed was clean, there was indeed plenty of parking, and I didn't feel like the area was dangerous.

I also did agree that the rooms were extremely dingy, though not unacceptably disgusting. Really just kinda run-down, haphazardly repaired when needed (e.g. what looked like a non-slip mat in our bathtub was actually a rubber repair pad from a broken tub that collected water) and not a place I'd want to spend much time awake. The shower was paltry at best. I've had golden showers with more water pressure. There was also a lot of airplane noise, though being right next to the airport I don't see how you can avoid that. The walls are quite thin too so if ambient noise from people outside bothers you, this isn't the place for you.

Unfortunately for us as well, the place was very understaffed. Check-in took 30+ minutes as there was only one girl at the front desk and the sussy group in front of us decided to make a cash reservation for their whole family with 3 rooms on-the-fly. By the time we were done, there was still a huge line behind us.

TL;DR This place is cheap for a reason.

I spent one night in the hotel between my flights. So nice that the hotel has shuttle. It was very convenient. My room was clean. The AC worked well.
The sound isolation is not very good. I could hear people talk in the neighbor's room.

I did not like the fact we were promised a transfer to Miami Port for a cruise but the driver was not using the list which my name was the 1st name on the list. The staff are extremely distracted and not focused on customer service. The room was clean and close to the airport.

I was there June 1st to 2nd .. 1st and foremost.. their shuttle goes around and pick you up at the airport EVERY HOUR. I landed at 6:05 called at 6:20 and was told the shuttle only goes by every hour and the next time it will be at airport would be 7. I asked if I could cancel my reservation as I didn’t want to wait 40min for a shuttle after flying. The employee Gabby proceeded to say she couldn’t help me and to contact the 3rd party company I booked with and hung up. I called back 3xs and she didn’t answer. 4th time she did. I asked for her name told me no & hung up. I called again & she transferred me to a Guy. I mention the guy the problem. I asked him if he could give me her name.. (this is the manager) he proceeds to say “Are you still coming for your reservation?” I said “Yes” and he said “You can get her name when you get up here”..horrible customer service. I ended up getting an uber and arrived to hotel at 7:15. Lady calls up there asking about shuttle.. Shuttle didn’t show up till idk when.. but deff not 7!! So BEWARE OF SHUTTLE WAIT! On top of that Gabby looked like she had just woken up or was hungover as she looked not unkept. The next day.. the shuttle was leaking from the top.. I only looked up because it kept falling on the young lady infront of me.
The staff stops me from coming back to this hotel! Never again.

The shuttle is shared with sister hotels. From the airport to the hotel, the wait wasn’t terrible. The shuttle from the hotel to the cruise pier was a mess. I was asked to switch my time and when arriving at the sister hotel was told that MY hotel couldn’t do that and they had no idea what was going on. The man was rude and very unhelpful. We were made to stand in the rain and because my time was moved I wasn’t even guaranteed a spot on the shuttle. I ended up sharing an uber with another guest who was treated very poorly.

This property was not what I imagined it to be. When we arrived there was one attendant working with a line at 9:00pm
It stated two queen beds, but had FULL size beds, the bathroom had rust in the tub along with pieces of hair that weren't ours. It was an uncomfortable feeling the entire night and I know I would never stay there again.

The front desk staff totally forgot about us while we waited for a room sitting right in front of her. The room was dirty, floor sticky and filthy that we kept our shoes on at all times. There were also bugs in the room, one even falling from the ceiling. The shower had no hot water, the toilet barely flushed. Our bed was broken and the mattress was sunk in the middle. The neighborhood was very shady...never again!

This a basic hotel, so you are getting what you pay for, the rooms are clean and well maintained but the building is dated and is in need of an upgrade/update.
There is no elevator so if you are doing an airport transfer, then be ready to lug your bags upstairs.

absolutely filthy and run down (dirt, bugs, hair in room), sketchy people hanging out in parking lot all night. No coffee maker in room. Only one person working front desk so don't even bother calling because no one will answer. Shuttle was fine but only makes 2 stops at airport so you have to walk far to catch it.
Only plus is they are attached to a Subway if you need a quick meal.

I had a disappointing experience at this property. The staff were unprofessional and not helpful at all. I spent two days going back and forth trying to resolve an issue, and when I asked for a refund, they were unresponsive and acted like they didn’t understand the situation. I only stayed one night because of how frustrating the experience was. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect good customer service or support when issues arise.

Property is older and needs a complete remodel. There are no elevators for folks on the second floor. If you flush the toilet, it take a while before water pressure to the shower returned.The front door was difficult to secure (probably because of the humidity the door was a little swollen and was tight within the door frame..the deadbolt lock was difficult to close.

We waited 1 hour for the airport shuttle. Had to call the hotel 4 times. Blood stain on shower curtain and huge bug. No elevator. Smell of cigarette smoke. No more room on shuttle to cruise port. No coffee machine in the room ( contrary to description). Next door McDonalds was open only for drive through by the time ee got to the hotel. Can’t remember a single positive thing about the hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es buena y el personal fue amable durante la estadía. Las áreas comunes se ven organizadas y el ambiente es tranquilo.

Sin embargo, la habitación presentó problemas importantes de limpieza y mantenimiento, especialmente en el área del baño. El lavamanos (sink) estaba tapado y el agua no drenaba correctamente, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo.

Debido a esta situación, tuve que cambiarme de hotel el mismo día y trasladarme al YVE Hotel.

Considero que con una mejor supervisión en limpieza y mantenimiento, la experiencia podría mejorar significativamente

No elevator, luckily only 2 stories. Very dated room, bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. Didn't realize airport was across the street so airplane noise was horrible all night long. Main light switch turns off all lights and outlets, didn't know this first night so nothing charged.
The pool was nice and clean with enough chairs/tables, but the grounds around were littered and had a lot of cigarette butts.
Shuttle to cruise port was free which was nice, but we chose an 11am pick up which didn't leave until noon. We did not use the airport shuttle.
Unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel and will not use it again.

This is an older hotel so does need updating. But our stay was just overnight so it worked . Nothing really close except a gas station . We were on the second floor so that wasn’t convenient since you have to carry your luggage up stairs. Luckily two nice young men offered to help us . So our stay was ok for just a night .

This is a good night or two hotel by the airport. It's an old fashioned hotel with ice and vending machines, but its clean and comfortable. I used the pool and almost no one else did, but it was nice to sit there and watch planes take off.

I had called in advance to ensure shuttle timing.. i waiting one hour after being told it runs 30-45 minutes. I called again only to be told it would be another hour until it arrived. Upon my arrival to the hotel, the room was possibly the most disgusting hotel room ive stayed in. Stains on the sheets, hair, crumbs, and unidentifiable marks underneath the headboard. Floors were sticky. Furniture could collapse at any given moment. At night cockaroaches came out. Shower never got hot. The next morning i arrived early for the shuttle just in case, only for it to arrive at full capacity, making it available for 2 passangers of the 12 people waiting to get on. I had to pay for an Uber to make sure i made my flight on time. ANY OTHER HOTEL WOULD BE WORTH IT.

Room was very dirty, needs deep cleaning badly. The phone and tv didnt work so I had to move rooms. Instead of me turning in the key card for the original room in during my checkout, i was required to turn it in at night. Front desk staff was rude and told me that she was working by herself, which I understood but I am a paying customer.

The shuttle driver was great, too.
The room was not clean, smelled like cigarettes and I'm allergic to cigarettes. There was a red stain on the floor and saw a bug or two but that didn't bother me... it was mostly the smell. I didn't sleep, coughed all night.

It was close to a lot of things such as quick food I’m not sure I would stay again cause it was not worth $200 a night
