This Hotel is dated. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate. I thought they would have streaming for which the TV showed that it was available. But, apparently the Hotel Operations decided to not offer streaming. One of the two reasons I chose to stay there, the other due to convenience to Airport. Although, Miami traffic is awful being close still took some time to get to the car rental center.
Could definitely hear the air traffic. Kept me up most of the night. Again, the Front desk staff were friendly.

This was perfect. We didn’t wanna stay too far from the airport since we had an early flight everything at the hotel was amazing. The only thing to consider is that Uber take a little longer to pick you up when you wanna go into Miami so anticipate longer wait times but outside of that everything was great.

Nice place to stay. Even being just across the road from a VERY busy international airport it was actually quite quiet in the room. Very comfortable, friendly staff and the breakfast buffet had good quality food. Very highly recommended.

There was no one in line to check in and we waited forever for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. It was early evening. We didn't have any hot water the next morning either. The breakfast was great. This is near the airport in an industrial park, nothing close, i.e. shops restaurants extra. They do offer shuttle service to cruise ports that you book, it's convenient but next time I will just book uber.

Parking is $25 and they don't have an airport shuttle. We chose to walk next door to Cafe 305 for dinner to avoid city driving. Breakfast was the usual buffet and good. Place is clean, modern, comfortable. Staff are very friendly. They do have an outdoor pool which we did not take advantage of.

Staff was great. The elevator was slow only one was working while we were there. Pool is nice. They do offer a shuttle to and from the cruise ports but it's thru a third party so it's not mentioned on there website.

The room was clean the bathroom needed some little touchups with like caulking the breakfast I love their breakfast. I enjoy Hyatt’s breakfast everywhere I go. I love their buffet at this particular Hyatt. We’re all beautiful and amazingly nice people. I’m a first time Uber user and they taught me how to use the app. I was real appreciative for that.

It was clean and the staff were helpful. Check in and out was easy.
There wasn’t much noise cancellation and being close to the airport the planes going over were very loud. I would recommend earplugs if staying here in order to sleep.

We were in miami for a convention and pulled up to the hotel and it looked run down and dirty. We decided to chance it and take a look at the room and we checked in, walked in the room and walked right back out and left. There was trash on the floor in the elevator and some nasty substance on the floor next to elevator leading into the lobby. The front desk agent was very nice and once we got to the lobby things looked a little better. However when we went to the room it smelt very musty and the carpet was disgusting. The sheets on the bed also didn’t look clean at all. We decided to just leave and went and checked into another hotel down the street. We attempted to get a refund through Expedia however because they were unable to get in contact with anyone at the property to get a resolution they only offered me 25 dollars in “key cash”. This hotel looks great in the pictures, but is definitely not the quality as it should be and shows in the pictures. Terrible!

I haven’t stayed at the Hyatt in years and probably will pass for my next trip. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.

The hotel was okay. Rooms could be cleaner, but are tolerable. Did not like the fact that they did not have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and that they charged more than twice as much for a shuttle to the cruise terminal than Lyft charged!!!
That, coupled with the fact that it was far from any happenings in Miami was a downfall for us.

Horrible experience, SAMANTHA front desk overnight employee is super rude and racist, Chris gave us a dirty room and then promised to send someone to clean while we were already sleeping there and no one ever came. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE I saw a lot of people complaining about the same things.
Someone WILL be knocking on your door repeatedly on your checkout day even if it’s not time to check out yet until you leave.
Also, hallway music is extremely loud you can hear it at night.

Been at other Hyatts, this one is more worn out than expected. There looks to be some upgrades to the property, but need to finish the renovations.

Great location near the airport for easy commutes to everything Miami and the surrounding area has to offer.

We spent a Monday - Saturday morning at the hotel. Upon check-in, the staff was very nice, but afterwards, there were not a lot of interactions with them. I understand that rooms were not cleaned every day, but every other day instead. However, I had to ask people to come to the room and just change the towels and empty the garbage cans. They did not do it without asking. Breakfast was ok, but after a few days, it became very monotonous, and then the number of things offered became less and less. Also, the waffle maker and toaster were extremely slow and caused lines to be very long to prepare your breakfast. It was quite frustrating. Overall, I would say the stay was average- it would have been fine for an overnight or even a weekend, but longer than that, it became very disappointing.

I would never choose to stay here again and wish I could get a full refund.

This hotel is old and run down. The sink in the bath was broken, the shower head was severely clogged (spraying random directions), and the LED TV was broken, showing numerous bright spots. The window shade was not room darkening so light from the outside lit the room all night making it hard to sleep. The alarm clock made random buzzing / crackling sounds all night. To top it all off, the hotel staff member was more interested in doing their homework on their laptop than answering questions or addressing our concerns.

Don’t stay here. Hotels.com please work with the hotel to get a refund for us.

I called Hyatt customer service a few days prior to my check-in to request a quiet room and information about hotel transportation. Jolene at Hyatt customer service guaranteed me a quiet room and gave me a number to call for the hotel airport shuttle. I get all the way to Miami just to find out yhat Hyatt does not have a shuttle and the phone number that Jolene gave me does not work. Not only that yhe phone number for the hotel front desk went straight to mailbox for some strange reason. The hotel staff was a little confused by all of this when I told them. I'm not sure if I got a quiet room or not because there is absolutely nothing quiet about this hotel. The breakfast was equivalent to that of a Motel 6. I don't know who the heck eats bacon with hard boiled eggs? On my second day there, the water for the entire hotel was turned off due to a pipe bursting somewhere in the basement. No running water for 5 hours. I took 2 bottles of water from the hotel grab and go, and the staff still had the nerve to charge me for those 2 bottles of water despite 5 hours of no running water. I'm glad the front desk person did not ask me how my stay was upon checkout, because my honesty probably would have ruined their day.

Overall, I would rate this hotel as okay for a quick overnight stay with a nice pool and generally nice rooms. A few issues with this hotel is there is no airport shuttle, which is pretty standard for the surrounding hotels. They said it's a quick uber/lyft/taxi right, which is correct. However, if you are going during peak hours or odd times with a family of 5, then trips to/from can add up quickly. Second, we stayed at this hotel after returning from a cruise. We arrived early and they tried to charge $30 for early checkin. This was around 1pm for a 3pm check-in. Ridiculous! The hotel is not located walking distance to restaurants, so you will need to do delivery for lunch/dinner. Last, the hotel is right in the runway path of the airport, so you will hear planes all day & night. With all that said, the staff was courteous and helpful, but management puts them in a tough position to deliver great service, when there is no shuttle service and they are nickel & diming you for airport transportation, paid parking, etc. While you may save a few dollars on the nightly rate, you will be paying more given these issues. I'd recommend staying at hotels just south of the airport. They are quieter and walking distance to several chain restaurants if you want a quick bite.

The breakfast, room, staff and lobby are all excellent. However, its awkward street location makes it difficult to get in and out if you use a rental car. If you use this hotel to visit Miami for a few days, beware of this shortcoming. The parking fee of $25 per day is a consideration as well.

Morning of the 26th we expected a much better grade of food and choice. Recycled meat hash and fried potatoes. Very cold, good quality ham slices and we expected the leftover sausage patties that were served on the 25th morning would just be recycled and served on Friday morning the 27th. Not acceptable when you choose the Hyatt! Poor food quality. Fail.
