Booked a King Suite but was given a regular king room. Shuttle service to the airport only runs on the hour. There was a picture of how much towels, sheets, and basically everything would cost if you took them. So I’m not sure what clientele they mostly have. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Shuttle information provided by text and voice recording incorrect. Had to wait an additional hour for the next one. No ownership was taken for their error and lobby staff was rude when told about it. Shuttle driver however was kind. Breakfast buffet was subpar.

The food in the restaurant was the best airport hotel food I’ve ever eaten. The chef for the restaurant should be working in a Michelin based restaurant.
I’m not the only one, because another guest said he’d eat there the night before it was the best piece of salmon he’d ever had and then Cleary somebody who works at the airport was eating there and he said he’s never had a bad meal there and he eats their often

The staff here was pretty rude. I was ignored and felt like an inconvenience when trying to check in. The layout of the hotel room is dumb. Who puts the bathroom at the very beginning of the room? We felt like we couldnt come and go as we pleased because someone was showering. The A/C is loud as hell. Sounded like it was on verge of death, tried turning it off and it turned the heater on. Stay here if you like the sound of airplanes in the middle of the night.

Very well run and conveniently located. The only reason I’m not giving it. A five star review is because they have a broken elevator, one of the two available and for the entire duration of my stay which was four days the elevator was out of service so it was a little Annoying having to have the entire hotel rely on only one elevator. Otherwise it’s a very well run and clean hotel with a very friendly staff.

My wife and 2 children arrived late from Philadelphia as Florida was experiencing extreme weather related issues . They arrived at 11:00pm.
Prior to booking, the hotel advised on Expedia there is shuttle service . After calling Wyndham they did not and had to pay for transportation. Upon arrival at hotel , the room was hot and humid . The front desk advised it takes a while to get to temperature. The front desk person was rude and condescending. The temp was placed lower but not extremely lower and as a result the temp rised not fell making a more horrible sleeping environment after being delayed on multiple flights getting in. Then the next morning , no hot water for showers for 3 women who all needed to shower . I am a Wyndham Rewards member and a Wyndham Time Share owner and this is not ok. Wyndham properties have always been above the standard and I feel this should be shown to higher ups in order to fix the issues.

The staff weren’t very friendly and the information at the hotel wasn’t very expensive. I had packages sent to the hotel and I was charged $5 per package because I didn’t see on the website that they charged for packages.

6 of my packages were confirmed by the sender to have been delivered to the hotel, however, they couldn’t locate them and didn’t seem to care to help or try to locate them.

Upon checking out they didn’t give me a print out of my folio and I haven’t yet received a receipt via email to know what my final charges were.

A little disappointed that their recordings gave some false information. They do provide a shuttle to the cruise terminal, but it has to be done 24 hours in advance. I was told they no longer do that but they do.

We got to our room and unloaded our luggage was getting ready to go to bed and there was make up on the pillowcases and hair in the bed. I called the front desk and they didn't have anyone to come up and clean the room at that time so they moved us to another room. There was three of us women with six suitcases that already been opened and unpacked and we had to move everything on our own to another room with no help. On the website It says free parking and it's only for one night. It's not for multiple nights if you're going to the airport or on a cruise. I even called the hotel before I made a reservation to confirm the long-term parking was was free. They were not willing to give me a refund or a discount inconvenience of having to move at 11:00 in the evening after traveling all day with no help from staff.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms were comfortable but we chose this hotel because of its proximity to Miami International airport and the presumption that there would be shuttle service. However, the shuttle only runs once an hour and it's kind of hit or miss whether or not you manage to snag one. For instance, we arrived in the lobby at 9:58 am for a 10 am shuttle and it had already left for the airport. That was frustrating but otherwise it was adequate for an airport hotel.

We were greeted by sincerely by the front desk and given room 701. The suite was sparkling clean and well set.
The Pilot House restaurant one floor down was an unexpected pleasure with good service, good food and tall drinks.
Our king bed was so comfy I found myself fast asleep.

But…
Website led me to believe breakfast was included, but it wasn’t , saw what the buffet breakfast was for $20 and laughed.
Asked for a high up room with airport views (asked twice) but got low down room with view of MacDonalds car park. Staff spoke poor English .
Won’t be back.

Factifies are clean and in good condition. Some of the front desk staff, while polite, seem to be somewhat incompetent, including refusing to print out a receipt for me because I booked on a well-known travel services site, insisting that my receipt would come from that site. Pure nonsense! The charges were directly by the hotel itself to my credit card! Also, bizarre policy of not letting me check in an hour early (3:00 pm vs 4:00 pm) even though the room was apparently ready -- never ran into that before!

Front desk gave me key to someone else’s room and also said they had no record of us after I checked in 2 x’s (due to arriving early). They asked for $50 xtra for early checkin, which is ridiculous if the room is just sitting empty.
The room itself was nice- big bathroom carved out into separate parts.
Small, but refreshing pool.
Good restaurant.
Very nice shuttle driver- Raphael who got us to our flight quickly.

Decent hotel, good amenities and price. The on-site dining was good. Biggest issue was the room was very dusty. I woke up hacking and skin extremely dry. Seems like something is up with the circulation and cooling system. This would subside when I went outside.

The security and bag check man is extremely hospitable and did what he could to accommodate all guests. Check in was extremely redundant and slow.

Other than that, it’s a good location to stay for a cruise overnight or if your flight is canceled. Would look elsewhere for extended stays.

You represented that this hotel was less than a mile from the airport and it was much further than that! Meaning from where the departure area is!!
Also it is so low class and in a seedy part of town away from the other decent options! I am really pissed at Expedia for misrepresenting this property! As a Silver member of Hotels.com I am second guessing your value if you can’t even give an honest review!!

Wonderful shower head..
We didnt realize the only times they shuttle people is only on top of the hour.
And no free breakfast..
It was just a disappointment we werent expecting. I would stay again because the quality of the room ws great..
Just dont expect free eggs or buscuits.
And plan your trip to the airport by Uber or top of the hour.

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I would say 4.5 if I could. One elevator was down and it was busy, so we took the stairs, not an issue. It was fixed rather quickly. The hotel and rooms were clean and inviting. The .5 loss was the design of the restroom. It was unusual and offered little privacy.
