The shuttle service was excellent and I was able to have great conversations with my driver José. He was well spoken and we were able to talk in both English and Spanish. I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and everything was very clean. I only had an issue with the TV at first because it was stuck on the hotel ads, but I called the front desk and they quickly sent someone to fix it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The stay was quiet with no noise, and the hotel is close to everything. I stayed for six days and would definitely recommend it.

The staff was extremely rude. I paid for a king bed.
Called at 1 and was told I could check in early and they had a room ready for me.
I showed up at 1:30
And they told me there was no longer a room, whatever. I left and came back at 3 to be told the only room they had was a double bed.
Finally around 3:30-3:45 I was offered a king bed.
The room was not cleaned.
And the staff that clocked in at 3 was late and extremely rude, not only to the guest but to her staff co worker who was working hard alone with a long line.

Was traveling from out of town for a cruise and hoping for a nice clean hotel. Thankfully picked just that. Beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Made sure we were able to get the shuttle to the port. When we returned they kept our bags until we were able to check in and let us check in early. Night clerk let me use the pool even though it was technically closed at that hour. Pool was wonderful and had a waterfall feature. Would stay there again if I went back to Miami.

This Hotel had a relax atmosphear but the Bar was over priced.
Drinks are more expensive than the bottle
You will have to pay for Breakfast nothing special and it is exactly like a breakfast at \"La Quinta\", who offers it for free. My reservation was for 3 night which I paid in advance, though Expedia. On my last day I tried on canceling my last night due to an emergency I needed to leave early. The front desk told me you would need to cancel through Expedia then the Manager here will most likely denied it and you will not get any money back for that last night.
I had no choise but to complete my reservation. I was stock. So keep in mind! Never pay nothing in advance. Let them charge you at the time of your check out.
And bring your beers, wine, or whatever you like that you can consume by the pool without being overcharge.
Housekeeping in general very polite, educated people! Actualy nicer than the Front Desk employees.

Hotel good, airport transportation needs work

Everything with the hotel was great except the pillows were not the best. The reason for 3 stars is because we booked the hotel for the airport transportation. We needed to take the 4am bus and it was 15 min late and then they said they didn’t have room for us because they had picked up at a different hotel first. We waited for the 4:30 which then went to another hotel and we did not get to the airport till 5am when we anticipated we would be there by 4:10. We would have appreciated information on this when we told them we would be taking the shuttle.

Very noisy. People running the halls and laughing after 2 in the morning. Someone banged on our door twice after midnight. Staff was accommodating for an early check in but room was not comfy. The room got hot even with the air on 67. The pillows were super flat kept sinking when I laid my head down. I slept maybe a good 5 hours the entire 18 hours we were there.
