I understand that this is not a five-star hotel, and I was aware of that when I made my reservation, but there are several things that could be improved. The air conditioner filter was very dirty, and I had to clean it because it was clearly overdue for maintenance. The towels had hair on them, which suggests that the quality of the cleaning is not being properly checked before they are placed in the room. The sink also had an issue because the water drained very slowly, likely because it was partially clogged. Additionally, the cleaning staff should be aware that in the mornings they should avoid shouting to each other across the hallway to ask for items, as everything can be heard very clearly in the rooms and it can disturb the guests. Another issue was the reception door, which opens with a key card. I spent about 15 minutes trying to open it because it would not work until someone finally came and told me that I needed to pull the door and turn the lock upward. Again, I understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but there are several details that could be improved to provide a better experience for guests.

Very noisy near airport and air conditioning was thunderous. I wore earplugs and made it work. Smaller room but tidy and clean. Kitchen well equipped except NO plates, pots, pans, cups, silverware, or dishes of any kind. Made staying in a hotel with kitchen a bit pointless if it wasn't for the reasonable price. Dirty room, specially the floor, you could see dirt accumulated on the corners, in our doble room, there were 3 of us an they only put 2 towels inthe bathroom, I had to go to the reception to ask for more, and there was no hot water in the shower. End of story... i wouldn't go back and don't recommend it. 👎👎👎

The room was terrible. It was dirty and there were stains on the covers. As soon as I seen the room I immediately went to check out! The front desk told me that they will still charge me for the first day since I checked in. But I found out they never checked me out and they’re trying to make me pay for the days I DID NOT stay there. When I called a lady told me they don’t give refunds if you prepaid for the rooms. But that’s not what I was originally told and how can you charge someone that did not stay. I asked for a manager and did not get one.

This place should honestly be a $99 a night hotel. I thought the only thing nice about this place was the front counter staff. The room is outdated. Not very clean. It was very noisy being so close to the airport. Nothing really to walk to besides a Denny’s and McDonalds. They don’t even have an ice machine. Online this property looks amazing. With me working as a regional manager in property management when I went to the hotel, I filled as if I was catfish. The room had Warren tears with tears all in them. There was tear all over the bathroom. The faucet hardware was rusted out. This hotel isn't transparent online and needs to update current pictures of what the rooms do look like. I stayed in room 223. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. next Door they were also allowed music playing from the room next-door and I had to call the front desk to have them to turn it down. My overall rating would be a 1.5 out of five stars.

Staff were very helpful and kind. The way the hotel operates is good, but it is in very very bad condition and needs to be renovated urgently. The condition of chairs in the rooms was appalling, huge tears in the fabric. The lifts (elevators) were dirty all the time. While it is acceptable that rooms are not serviced daily as that is part of the suite’s methodology, it is bad not to clean the lifts and common areas. But I want to finish again by commending the reception staff who were efficient and friendly.

The rooms do not match the pictures. They’re not the same size. They don’t have coffee makers. They don’t have an oven like they said that they did. I asked three different employees before I even checked in the clerk was rude. There was no coffee in the lobby, no signs seemed that there was not to be coffee in the lobby. The rooms were dirty used toilet paper. It was disgusting. The entire trip was horrible and when I tried to ask for a refund, the manager did not get back to me at all.

The biggest problem we had at this hotel is the cats. There are hundreds of cats running around outside of this place. As a result, my dog doesn’t do very well, and I don’t do very well with the cat lovers that want to protect cats at all cost even over people.
