There was barely any toilet paper on the single roll left in bathroom with no new roll available, we had to go downstairs to front desk to request roll. They also don't provide handcloth/washrags. The \"Clean\" towels had multiple long hairs which I had to pick off before using.

Hotel looks nothing like in pictures and was very dirty. The walls and all furniture were painted black with one dim lamp in the room. The floors, walls and entire bathroom was filthy. The hotel shuttle never showed up where they said they were meeting us as it states on their website. We waited for over 2 hours and finally took an uber. The staff were more interested in their phones than guests. They were always on their phone. Tv was not plugged in and mold on walls. The one we did like was the pool area, we stayed outside as much as possible. Food was horrible and drinks (water, juice) were served in open pitchers. I would never recommend this hotel. We would have walked away but since we booked through Expedia, we would not get refunded.

Mold in the bathroom, hair in the shower and on the hair dryer. Some random substance smeared on the walls. Chipped paint and drywall. Flooring not lining up with wall and other floor so filled with debris. Rusty lamps and fire sprinklers. Staff not very friendly or social. Looks like it doesn’t even get cleaned except a made bed. Needed to arrive 15 min early for the shuttle that showed up late. Located down an alley recommend using all of your door locks. Would need to pay me to stay here ever again.

They sent me a message indicating the pickup location. I waited two hours at that address. When I called, they told me they had changed it two days prior but hadn't informed me. I tried to ask for help within the first hour, but they didn't respond to messages. They didn't change the sheets; they were full of hair and dirty.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Miami, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

To start with, the hotel itself is quite outdated. The interior feels old and clearly needs renovation. While that alone is manageable, the real issue was the service — especially the staff and the shuttle.

I waited for the airport shuttle for over two hours. During that time, I called the hotel for assistance. The person who answered spoke with a strong Spanish accent, and communication was extremely difficult. She kept telling me to go to “Door 15” and to keep waiting, but no matter how long I waited, the shuttle never showed up.

After more than two hours with no sign of the shuttle, I had no choice but to take an Uber to the hotel. When I finally arrived, the same staff member suddenly acted as if she could barely understand English at all, which made the situation even more frustrating.

At the very least, the hotel should ensure that someone answering the phone can communicate clearly in English, especially when assisting international travelers.

Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the outdated facilities and the unacceptable level of service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are not clean like it has to be. need to ask every day for towels. breakfast is poor, every day the same. eggs waffles bread cereal, apple, tv has direct tv bud channels are poor quality and a lot of disturbing on the screen. we had a doble bedroom for 4. in total for 7 days. other fam. member had a room with cockroaches and termites. we say never again. we travel a lot. and even cheaper hotels are better.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. File dispute for miami hotel appearance of hotel was not good. There were stray cats in the lobby front desk person wasn’t there. We had to wait and not to mention not being aware that Shuttle Services does not last the whole night and had to pay $50 to get to the hotel. He also couldn’t find my reservation. They were here on the towels. The toilet seat is loose. They’re stains on the chair at the desk and everything is old and damaged. Also phone in the room doesn’t work requested king bed and got double .

To some extent, this was my own doing: I was looking for a cheap option and ended up paying a high price. What I find unacceptable is the presence of misleading reviews, seemingly posted by individuals connected to the hotel, portraying it as a high-quality place when, in reality, it turned out to be the most unpleasant hotel I have ever experienced.

Additionally, I noticed that every time the front desk staff recognized a reservation made through Expedia, they displayed a clearly discriminatory attitude toward the guest. I consider Expedia to be an excellent platform; however, it is unfortunately not present during the check-in process to ensure proper treatment.

I am sharing this not as a complaint, since what is done cannot be undone, but rather to provide an honest reference so that future guests can make a better decision and avoid staying in a place as substandard as the Quality Inn Miami Airport – Doral in Miami, Florida.

We woke up at 4:30 AM with apparently some angry younger people yelling and making lots of noise. It was in the hallway where our room was. Then females started being loud. We had zero sleep as we just got in for a cruise out of Miami next morning. I mean Zero. They were so loud I'm surprised that nobody called the hotel on them or maybe they did. Then about 6:00am the noise went outside to the pool. Never stopped. We look out the non-working blinds from the side and all we see in the dark are figures lighting up something. Who knows what it was. After that it got louder and louder with them and voices plus dragging things around like metal chairs. Anyway...the 2 girls at the desk were the most unfriendly girls I have ever seen going to a hotel. Zero smiles and no help..questions about anything were a pain for them to answer. They were seriously the most unpleasant people ever and for $350 a night at that terrible hotel I will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn. And btw Quality Inn Miami advertises a free continental breakfast. It was absolutely terrible. No breakfast meat at all....totally sad.

Our room was beyond filthy. There were long black strands of human hair in the sheets. The blanket was stained and torn. The TV didn’t work, and the bathroom was disgusting. The phone in the room didn’t work either, so we had to walk to the front office to speak to someone about the room.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told he wasn’t there and wouldn’t be back until later in the week. I asked for a refund or a discounted rate. The clerk said only a manger could approve the refund or adjust the rate. I would have left immediately, but it was already late and the room cost too much to simply walk away from.
The clerk apologized but said they couldn’t do anything because they were the only person on duty. It took two requests to finally get a decent blanket from the clerk.
The next morning, I went back to the front desk to complain again. The morning clerk told me in some countries there was no running water or electricity, implying that I should be grateful for the room. When I asked if they thought it was acceptable to rent a room in that condition, they ignored the question and called me a rude individual. I even showed them my socks, which had turned black from walking on the filthy floor.
My efforts to contact the booking company were unsuccessful.

They canceled our reservation for 3 nights literally as we were being picked up from the airport by their own shuttle. Spring break weekend, and how could i find another hotel for 3 nights when the city is packed with tourists?! They said my credit card was declined because expedia didnt put a high enough amount on it. OUR CREDIT IS EXCELLENT. So instead of contacting me and asking, they simply cancelled the whole reservation, and then rebooked our room to someone else!!! When we got there off their shuttle, they were sold out and we were without a place to stay!!!!! We are in a strange city with no where to.go and no.way to get there!!! It ended up costing us another 850$ to find somewhere to sleep in tbat desperate day!! Very un happy and we will be contacting the BBB and our attorney about this!! Thats alot of money ane its supposed to be the 1st day lf our vacation!!

Honestly one of the worst hotels ive been to, we had to change our rooms 3 times!! These rooms have mold and mildew in the bathrooms and in the air conditioner, we got sick. The cleaning needs to be better following up with communication with staff, they are so rude on the walk in, smile more and greet your guests please. the breakfast was horrible, the time wasnt up yet and they were taking away the breakfast items, made me no longer want to eat there. The fridges were always left dirty, sheets and pillows stink, has hair on them as if it wasnt cleaned. I tried to get a refund for the rest of my stay but apparently the manger wasnt going to be there for 7 more days. what type of hotel motel business is this? The most unprofessional and nasty stay ever dont book, go somewhere else. youll have a better chance of getting a clean room at an airbnb. The only nice thing about here was the pool. The rates to stay here should not be this expensive while its kept like this. 0/5 stars honestly!! Not sure why expedia wont post my honest review ?

Shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. Saw other hotels twice during this time. Then couldn’t use the shuttle the next morning as we had to leave at 6:00 to catch a flight. My experience was not the greatest from the minute I walked. Two employees at the customer service desk, I was not greeted I had to politely ask which one would be taking care of me. The young lady waved me over with her hand. I asked for a manager she said no one available only then two. I asked for a first floor because I had my special needs grandson with me she says said none were available I was handed a key to my room no directions nor map of where room was located other than a gesture with her finger pointed up and told me the second floor and \"breakfast is served at 7am\". When I got to my room it was a single queen size bed room, and I paid for a two queen size room for 4 people.. after a second attempt we got another room on the 2nd floor. There were two that towels one hand in towel one wash/face towel in bathroom two very flimsy pillows on each bed, the bathroom walls were not in very good condition the bathroom walls had black mildew. This place is in very bad conditions. There were 4 cats hanging out by office rear entrance that had foam plates with food laid out for them around the office area close to the pool and another black cat inside the office area. I would NEVER stay here again and am considering reaching out to corporate office on this very unpleasant stay. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, white bread slices a waffle area, cold cereal and oatmeal, was ok I think adding a meat would have been much better. The tv was very fuzzy. Place needs updating.

Neither front desk not staff not anyone know basic english. They expect everyone to speak in their language, which is very rude.

Second, as soon as we enter the room, it looks very bad. We were scared that the walls might fall anytime - cracks all over walls. No safe nor iron box nor microwave oven - nothing in the room.

Third, they were doing repair works in the middle of the day and it was very irritating as we couldn’t rest properly.

Fourth, when we ask for extra towels, housekeeping gives expression as if we are stealing. They don’t give and send us to front desk. Front desk guy says they don’t have it in the back and he sends back to housekeeping.

Only thing positive was it was close to multiple restaurants and airport.

We unfortunately stayed here twice. Before and after a cruise. I booked this hotel only because the booking agent said they provide free airport and cruise transfers as well as allow us to leave our car while on our cruise for a fee. Turns out the airport transfers only go until 8pm. Our flight was later, so we were unable to take advantage. Our room 344 was a very dirty. There was hair and stabs on the towels. The bathroom was gross. The pillows were about 1/2” thick and lumpy. They would not provide us with more. The cruise transfers turned out to be $20/person, not free. After the cruise room 320 was cleaner, but still horrible pillows. This room did not have a coffee maker and was by a hall door that slammed all night long. I will nerver stay at a Quality Inn again and would never recommend that anyone else does either. The only plus was that we were able to leave our car there while on the cruise for $6/day.

Only thing promising about this property is the pool. It was probably the cleanest out of the whole property. Room has mold and dead bug. Bathroom tub was peeling, hair stuck in the drain, drain stopper on sink didn’t work and hair dryer was melted. The breakfast food was stale or taste bad and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for days. Staffing was rude, would just look at you and say nothing. Front desk has no idea about traffic or when peak season for cruise terminals were even though there was a sign at the front desk about it. I should cancelled when I called the day previous to check on my reservation when they said they couldn’t find it but then found it right away when the third party called them. We paid $130 with my points and I still think that was way too high for a one night stay at a dirty and nasty smelling hotel.

Breakfast was on point! Wish they had different stuff everyday, but it was yummyy. Staff was amazing and helped with everything needed, one thing I didnt like was the housekeepers screaming at each other about the room numbers and which ones need cleaning at 8am while I was in pain trying to sleep :/ other than that place was nice and I will def stay there again when I come back :)

NASTY!
Our room bathroom was used, smelled like pee and it had pubic hair on the toilet and bathtub. So disgusting! The shuttle bus schedule starts at 7am so if you have an earlier flight you have to pay for a taxi. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Terrible property. Worn down, filthy had to cancel my stay there and look for another hotel at 9pm that same night to find a place to sleep for me, my wife and my 11 year old daughter

Hotel descuidado con instalaciones en malas condiciones, camas muy pequeñas, aire acondicionado fallando, baños con huecos y mucho óxido, lugar en abandono que no se parece al de las fotos, pésima experiencia por lo que no lo recomiendo .

First airport shuttle service ended at 8pm but was not posted Orbitz. They were in willing to work with us (My mistake for not noticing). Then booked another room for our friends through the phone directly with the hotel, but they canceled it at 9:30 pm the evening we were to arrive. We were on the airplane and they never tried to call us. We did not find out until we arrived and had no room. The room we did double up in smelled musty and humid. I will pay more to stay elsewhere next time. Sheets were clean. Was hair in the corners of the bathroom

I would give zero stars if I could! The guy at the desk spoke almost no English. We called to let him know we weren’t going to be there until after 2am. I don’t think he understood a word I said. The WHOLE hotel was disgusting!!! The floors were not vacuumed ANYWHERE! The hallways reeked of pot! Our room was filthy!!! When we walked in the floors were not clean at all! The walls were dirty and you could tell they just threw 1”x4” boards on and painted over the filth. There was blood on the sheets of one of the beds! The toilet seat was covered in pee. We didn’t dare try the shower. The only good thing was I saw no sign of bedbugs. If it hadn’t been after 2am I would’ve demanded a refund and left. It would’ve likely been cleaner sleeping out in the parking lot with the cockroaches!!!
