The towels had black hairs in them, the phone didn't work, we had to ask for TP, the TV remote didn't work and the TV was snowy. They could not fix it. The ice machine was broken and no security. The pillows were flat so bring your own.

Breakfast was on point! Wish they had different stuff everyday, but it was yummyy. Staff was amazing and helped with everything needed, one thing I didnt like was the housekeepers screaming at each other about the room numbers and which ones need cleaning at 8am while I was in pain trying to sleep :/ other than that place was nice and I will def stay there again when I come back :)

Our room bathroom was used, smelled like pee and it had pubic hair on the toilet and bathtub. So disgusting! The shuttle bus schedule starts at 7am so if you have an earlier flight you have to pay for a taxi. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

First airport shuttle service ended at 8pm but was not posted Orbitz. They were in willing to work with us (My mistake for not noticing). Then booked another room for our friends through the phone directly with the hotel, but they canceled it at 9:30 pm the evening we were to arrive. We were on the airplane and they never tried to call us. We did not find out until we arrived and had no room. The room we did double up in smelled musty and humid. I will pay more to stay elsewhere next time. Sheets were clean. Was hair in the corners of the bathroom

I would give zero stars if I could! The guy at the desk spoke almost no English. We called to let him know we weren’t going to be there until after 2am. I don’t think he understood a word I said. The WHOLE hotel was disgusting!!! The floors were not vacuumed ANYWHERE! The hallways reeked of pot! Our room was filthy!!! When we walked in the floors were not clean at all! The walls were dirty and you could tell they just threw 1”x4” boards on and painted over the filth. There was blood on the sheets of one of the beds! The toilet seat was covered in pee. We didn’t dare try the shower. The only good thing was I saw no sign of bedbugs. If it hadn’t been after 2am I would’ve demanded a refund and left. It would’ve likely been cleaner sleeping out in the parking lot with the cockroaches!!!

Orbitz advertises \"Free Airport Shuttle\", but the hotel is charging $20 per person for 11 min drive. So, expect to pay an extra $100 for the family of 5.

The room was OK.

The breakfast menu would suit vegetarians and was limited to
eggs (no meat at all), bakery items are limited to the bread only. The butter was available (no cream cheese, no jam, no peanut butter)

Staff seemed very uninterested in helping guests. Like it was just a bother to them. Get to the room and immediately hit with strong chemical and mold smells. Didn't actually see any mold, but you can tell the room got the landlord special and has several layers of paint on it. So it's likely just covered up.

The entire compound was unkempt.
My room was not cleaned. We had to ask for house keeping, even when it was done (once) the floors were never swept or vacuumed niether did they replacethe towels. ( we had to go to receptionto get towelsafter). Towels and sheets had black spots and were discolored. The t.v. in the room was not working. The corridors were never cleaned .the shower had hair all over and were never cleaned. We had three one night stays over a span of 4 weeks. The first 2 stays, we were meant to feel like we were intruding on the front staff. Very disinterested in their jobs and their customers and unhelpful with regards to when the shuttle would be arriving. During our first stay, the shuttle was 50 minutes late picking us up from the hotel. We caught an Uber to the airport- the shuttle arrived at the same time as our Uber.
The rooms are sub par. The floor was filthy, hair in the sheets and threadbare towels. The bathroom taps were loose. The coffee maker didn’t have the basket for the coffee pod.
The breakfast was laughable. The coffee was terrible and the food itself was meagre.
Overall, there is no quality in the Quality Inn. After staying there, we read many reviews and the vast majority had nothing good to say about the place. We second that viewpoint. The desk staff we met were rude and couldn’t care less about providing good service. This particular hotel needs a complete overhaul.

Staff couldn’t speak English, hard to communicate. Grounds and parking lots were trashy with cigarette butts and beer bottles. Room was undesirable. Bathroom with lots of rust and mold. Had to ask for tolit paper. Had only 1 roll with less than a quarter inch on the roll. King bed was uncomfortable for 2 and sunk in the middle. Linens very cheap with 2 of each very thin towels and pillows. Very weak WiFi.
Pros- good location for what we needed, very good value not worth a penny more. Breakfast provided was decent but limited. good for a quick overnight stay.

This is the worst place I have ever been. Not stayed. Been. We checked out after the first night. Room at feces and mold. Smelled of drugs and rotten eggs. There’s mold on the mattresses and if you ask for fresh sheets they will tell you to do it yourself. Also no hot water. This place is a bio-hazard and should not be in business.

I booked and stayed for four nights, checking out on Thursday 05 Feb, and unfortunately the overall experience fell far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance.

From the outset, there were serious housekeeping issues. Upon initial check-in, I found multiple strands of hair on the bed and requested a room change. After being moved, I later returned to find multiple strands of hair again on the bed in the new room. The following morning, I discovered additional hair beneath the pillow, beneath the sheets, and throughout the room, including on the shower curtain. The widespread presence of hair strongly suggested that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or deep-cleaned prior to my arrival.

The bedding itself appeared questionable, with a brownish film or residue visible on the sheets, as though they had not been properly washed. I was also informed that housekeeping services were provided only upon request, and as a result, the room was not cleaned during the duration of my stay.

The bathroom conditions were also unacceptable. There was visible mold along the bathtub and in the corners, which I did raise during my stay. This, combined with the overall state of the room, contributed to a clear lack of hygiene and upkeep.
Compounding these concerns, the telephone in the room did not function at all. Any attempt to reach the front desk required physically walking there or using my personal mobile phone. I will be sending an email to corporate.

The room was dilapidated, the heater looked like it was smashed with a sledge hammer, there appeared to be black mold growing on the ceiling of the shower area, there are black spots everywhere. The bedding is not white as pictured. There were only two extremely lumpy pillows which needed to be retired long ago. The hotel was quiet, it's only plus. There is some green tablecloth thing on the bed. There is only one chaise lounge at the pool which is split and you can't sit on it. The coffee was awful, the juice was warm and the pool needed to be cleaned. The staff is far from friendly. I am scratching this chain off of my list of places to stay. Go elsewhere.

Water slashing when you take a shower under the bathtub, you can actually step on the water bubble in the bathtub.

The room in the Quality Inn in Doral is infested with roaches. The staff agreed to cancel my reservation and refund my money due to ‘standards that did not meet expectations’.

The dates of my stay correlated with the snow storm in the northeast. As a result, I was unable to find another hotel since all were booked.

The staff at Quality Inn did change my room. I did not see any roaches in the new room, and I couldn’t wait to depart from that hotel.

I never opened my suitcase and left it unattended. I did not want to bring any roaches to my next destination.

The hotel is filthy and unkept. Not recommended to anyone.

Where to start...we arrived later in the day so we dropped our luggage and went for dinner...but when we returned we realized how bad it was. The sink did not drain, there was an odd smell. The lamps were rusted and the kids saw a roach running across the end of the bed. My wife's feet were all bit up overnight. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room and they were not accommodating. I asked if they could fix the sink at least and the front desk staff said they could try to get the repairmen to come, but the maintenance guy might not come because he isn't paid enough. Considering that they were charging $197 USD/$276 CDN, it was definitely not worth the money. How they keep their Quality Inn status is beyond me. Do yourself a favour...don't stay here.

I arrived and the front desk was a disaster at check in time. Did not pay attention to what they were doing, seemed indifferent. Deposit process seemed more invasive than other hotels. If I am giving you my card, the front desk needs to be gold standard not second rate.

Location and room: it was good value. In terms of safety, someone late into the night put a suspicious flyer in the door, for a very low rated restaurant, check online once you get this flier... I was warned about this before coming here, so I was prepared, but the fact that someone can just walk up to the room like that, and it is exposed to the outside, after the experience I had at the front desk, makes me never want to return. Is there any security? Cctv camera surveillance? There are many areas for improvement here, even with minimal investment and constrained budget, more should be done to improve this property.

Black mold everywhere, our door didn’t lock properly, cockroaches, pretty sure the towels were already used because they had who knows what on them, stains on the comforters and sheets, floor was so dirty that our brand new socks were black within the first hour, peeling paint everywhere, rust everywhere, door frames and mirrors falling apart, beds were only Full sizes which looking back yes, they didn’t say they were queens but their pictures made the beds looked bigger. We tried to find another hotel but apparently it was right when a huge game was happening so every hotel we called was fully booked. The staff seems very bothered when we checked in. The pool was very dirty. It had bugs and leaves and dirty floating throughout the entire thing. We didn’t even want to get in it. We were also told that there was a airport shuttle and a continental breakfast which were the two main reasons I booked there and once we checked in we were told the shuttle only runs at certain times and non were in the early morning so we couldn’t use that and the breakfast also wasn’t served in the early morning either.

The rooms didn't match online. The room was disgusting. The laminate floors weren't clean and our feet with socks on were black. We could feel the springs poking through the mattress and we had to slam the door shut before we could lock it. The towels had other peoples hair on it. Obviously I refused to use them and lucky I brought my own Beach towels to use. The airport shuttle a joke. We waited 2.5 hours before we decided to order a lift. Never again will I stay here. There was nothing else near by for us to stay at or else we would of left immediately.

Shuttle ended up being over an hour late and when we werent sure if they were going to show, I was denied a refund. Very rudely mind you. Next time i will take an uber. On the other hand, you don't either show in the website that the shuttle bus to the airport does not cover late arrivals and early departures, do this is a kind of deceiving information.
Also, you don't say either that we have to leave a $100 deposit, something that no other hotels that I have been does.

Customer Seevuce is very big for me. The guy who worked the front desk was rude and cold! I arrived a few hours early and unless l was at a resort or a 5 Star busy hotel like due to a large conference have l ever had to wait for a complimentary early check in. However, upon arriving super early at times l am offered to check in early with a small fee attached. This guy had a lobby full of people sitting there waiting until 3pm to check in. The lobby was literally cold and un-inviting let alone dirty with out dated furniture. The new guy comes on shift at 3 but it was 3:05 before he began checking folks in. He saw me in a mobility scooter with a large suitcase yet assigned me to the 3rd floor room 310. Although there was a elevator to go up, there was another door as soon as you got off of the elevator that you had to use your room key to get in inside of the hallway it was very difficult trying to open the door and get inside holding my bag and Scooter. Thankfully, another guest saw me struggling and came to the door and opened it for me as she was ready to leave herself. Every single one of us that was in the lobby was complaining as well. Never will I ever come to this hotel again! Let alone will I ever recommend it to a friend.

The staff was nice and courteous. I did not like the flooring in the room, The amenities also seem to have some age. The breakfast need to change as well. Every day is the same breakfast and it don't have much of a variety.

The room was disgusting. The smell was so strong of urine, there were streak marks down the walls and ending on the floor boards. The bathroom ceiling had stuff all over it and was bubbling. The shower curtain couldn’t even stay closed because the rod was coming out of the wall due to what seemed to be caused by rotting or water damage. When asked to be moved rooms, was told they were completely booked.
The “courtesy” shuttle was supposed to be every hour on the hour, I called before we took off from our connecting flight just to make sure everything was going to be set. We stood there for 2 hours waiting for someone to come, when I called they said next pick up was going to be at 230 because they had no one available. If I knew that to begin with when I called the first time to check, I would had arranged accordingly so we didn’t have to waste time and wait.
Breakfast was eh. Milk was left out and was warm in pitchers, timers on waffle makers didn’t work. Oatmeal was soup.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! Check in went smooth however on the way to our room we found the carpets look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in MONTHS! Upon opening the door we were hit in the face with a horrible chemical smell. Not like the room was just cleaned it was more like a make you want to throw up smell. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned ever! Dirt, debris and anything else you can think of. The beds had stains and hair from previous customers. The bathroom sink didn’t work. The shower had NO curtain. I was absolutely not staying with my children in such filth! Never again would I ever stay there. We slept in the car in fear we would bring bedbugs home with us! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I didn’t even bother to go to front desk after seeing the conditions and reading reviews.

I had to wait 3 hours at the airport before the shuttle picked me up. My flight arrived early, so I understood I would have to wait until the shuttle started operating for the day.

The driver came to the aiport, I did not see him. He went to do runs at other hotels that he works for so I had to wait until he came back to the airport from those runs. If you can afford it, stay at another hotel.
