After the third night, my shower flooded out. They changed me to another bedroom. It’s OK if you want to make a business or a quick trip I think they could fix up the Roos a little bit more. It’s just OK to me. Recommend only for Quiktrip not much for pleasure. staffs are nice not much English speaking staff, especially when it comes to housekeeping front desk was OK.

This property was very outdated and should only cost $25-$50 a night because they don't even have mirrors. There are no microwaves in the room. The shower was an old shower from back in the 70s and has never been updated. The bathroom is so small that if you sit on the toilet, you have to Lift your legs up high in order to close the door. You can't even look out the window properly because it's so filthy and dirty like they never maintain the building and yet no one mentioned that you can hear the airplane taking off. I mean I get it is by the airport, but I've stayed at hotels near an airport plenty of times and never had to deal with it like this

The staff, at least two of the three we interacted with, were kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. The only challenge we experienced was related to the location of the property, as it is very close to a busy airport. Aircraft noise continued late into the night and resumed early in the morning, which made it difficult for us to get restful sleep. In addition, there were guests nearby who were quite loud late into the night, further impacting our stay. I understand that these factors are largely outside the control of the staff, and I want to emphasize that this is not a reflection of their service. However, since hotels are meant to provide a place for travelers to rest, I thought I'd share our experience.

This hotel was misrepresented by Expedia. Although the staff was nice, it was a true dump. It’s in a bad neighborhood (I did t feel safe), it’s run down and, to add insult to injury, there was a giant cockroach in the bathroom of my room.

Don’t stay here if you want a relaxing night, a good sleep and to wake up refreshed.

Me & my husband decided to stay a day early before leaving for a cruise. Soon as we walked into our room we were greeted by a lizard on the wall. No one came to help. The beds were hard to sleep on. A new paint job is definitely needed. The worst part, there is NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER AT ALL!!! The price of the hotel should be way less than what they charged.

My experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected. Upon check-in, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. After returning to the front desk, I was reassigned to another room that had a very strong smoke odor. Additionally, the internet in the room never worked, despite my attempts to connect.
When I brought these issues to the front desk, the staff member began speaking in Spanish with the manager. I was not included in the conversation and did not understand what was being discussed, which made me feel that important information regarding my concerns was not communicated to me. I was offered the option to work from the lobby; however, my work is confidential and requires privacy, making that solution impractical. Overall, this experience was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of quality and professionalism I paid for. I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation.

The hotel public areas and my room were old, tired and need some attention.

There was renovation work being carried out though.
My room had a strong cannabis odor and I was rold that there was nothing that could be done about that and they cant control what other guests do in the rooms.

My shower, I thought was broken. After asking for it to be fixed I was told that you just need to be forceful with it.

The hotel's saving grace is the bar that is attached to it but not rowned by the hotel
Two of the three reception staff that I encountered on my stay came across as miserable
Check in process was long and my room had hairs in the bathroom.

Rooms are a bit outdated, bathtub stained and desk drawer was broken. Desk staff could have been more accommodating. I had to check out a full 28hrs early due to heading back home early and when asked if I could be refunded for the night, I was given the run around. First I was told I could only receive if I did book now pay at the hotel rather than paying on Expedia and then when I explained I did book now pay later I was told something totally different. Would not recommend unless it’s a last minute reservation which it was for me being that my flight back home from cruise was cancelled.

My experience at Envision Hotel was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked in, the place felt neglected and unsettling. The hallways honestly looked like something out of a horror movie — poorly maintained, dim, and uninviting.

When we got to the room, it was even worse. The room was filthy, with visible mold, dirt, and hair in multiple areas. It clearly had not been cleaned properly, and the conditions were unacceptable. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.

We weren’t the only ones — several guests who checked in around the same time ended up immediately checking out after seeing their rooms. That alone says a lot about the condition of this property.

We ended up leaving because staying there was not an option. This hotel seriously needs to be inspected or shut down until it meets basic cleanliness and safety standards.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We selected this hotel because it was relatively close to the airport. Our flight was delayed causing a need for an over night stay. The room was clean enough, but pretty spartain for the cost. It was noisy in the parking lot. Better thansleeping on the floor at the airport.

The enVisions Hotel presented itself as an iconic landmark Miami hotel with the vibrant colors and onsite pool and dining. I would definitely recommend directly booking your own accommodations because 3rd party booking will potentially disrupt your travel plans. The staff (Day) are very professional and even at a midnight arrival property seemed very safe.

Firstoff, it is very unclear that the hotel is transitioning from a Days Inn. I would want to know if I am in fact booking an inn vs a hotel. Next, the gentleman at the front desk was very inappropriate and frightening. He knocked on my door in the evening while we were dressing to greet with an accusatory, deprecating, and harsh tone surrounding the idea that someone may have received surgery and needed to be charged for linens. It was an inappropriate time of day, method, tone, and choice of words. I was billed for damaged linen based off of assumptions. But, not only that, I was never given fresh linen the entirety of the stay since. The man in the next room banged on my door in aggression due to noise complaints at 8:00pm Saturday night. It was also very inappropriate and threatening. I do not recommend staying here with children for this reason. However, management told my guests and I we’d have to be the ones to leave and threatened to have us forced off of the property. Outside of the poor service and community, one guest was bitten by bugs, and several insects including roaches and ants were found in the room including crawling in the beds and on the linens that housekeeping did not change. And finally, there is no hot water in the middle of the night. Therefore, if you come in late or if you have an early flight you cannot shower after the outing nor before the flight. Overall, this was a poor experience.

Stayed at Envision Hotel close to the airport and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. Staff was professional and helpful.

The only downside is the airport noise — planes taking off and landing can be heard, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Other than that, it’s a solid option for a quick stay near the airport.

This place was fine for a one-night stay before departing on our cruise but I definitely wouldn't stay here more than 1 night and I'll find somewhere else to stay next time... it is starting to fall apart. The bedroom smelled so awfully musty; the bathroom had mold in it. All the corners in the room were dirty.. the "restaurant" had 5 or 6 food options and we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone asked us what drinks we wanted. It was supposed to open for (paid) breakfast options, but it didn’t. Just not a great experience over all.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before when It was a days inn and it was great. But now as Envision Hotel, I loved it. From the decorations to the staff everything was great. It does have a restaurant which I didn't get to taste but I have in the past and it was great. The location don't have much in walking distance but with a car or uber it got a lot close by.

I would definitely return soon.

When we entered the lobby to check in, the front desk person was not there. Suddenly he came out of another room. As soon as he saw us, he acted like “oh my God again”!!!! We booked the room for 3 nights, but we only stayed there one night. The room was right by the highway and the windows were not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep the whole night, so we decided to cancel and get another place for us.

When we checked out the next day, he didn’t ask how was the room or anything. He just took the key and that’s it. Also, just check the pictures on the Expedia don’t match what you will see inside….

Won’t be returning here again!

Staff was Pleasant, however, did not tell us that there was not any hot water when we checked in and also knowing they were not getting the hot water fixed during our stay. The flooring in our room was horrible (no not carpet) we tripped over the uplifted flooring and cut my toe. The hotel was dirty as well.

On a good note they did refund us without any hesitation.

First off I want to say the gentleman at the reception was incredible. Very kind, feiendly and helpful. But, the hotel was not great. Its old and run down, smells faintly of mold. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the floor from previous occupants. The phone wasnt working, in fact the cord couldnt even be plugged into the wall as the cord was cut. When we told the woman at the counter in the morning she "yep several rooms are like that". There is no airport shuttle despite being right near the airport. Was very much disappointed.

This is the WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed. The room smelled horrible. The mattress was loaded with pointed, uncomfortable springs. The pillows had theft sensors. Deplorable 70’s hotel without upkeep. And all these perks for aceeasonable 300 per night? SHAMEFUL.
