Front desk staff was rude and uncaring on multiple occasions. Kitchen staff was rude uncaring and lazy!!!
Arrived a couple hours early and had to wait in a hall because staff couldn’t clean dining area with any speed!!!! I would have fired them all with the attitude they gave my wife and daughters!!!

The room was good. The bathroom was falling apart. It had whatever was needed: clean towels, toileteries....
But the bath plug was rusty, the door was old and peeling, the calking on the floor by the bath wasn't good...it just wasn't good.
But the bedroom was great!

Had to peave too early for breakfast. I sent them all the info for our early morning shittle needs but they didnt book us and when we got there to check in, the shuttle was full. Had to oeave for airport an hour earlier. They had a breakfast to go for us - yogurt, granola bar and small fruit but it wasnt in any kind of carrying bag like with a handle (like a plastic or paper bag) so couldnt take it while juggling our luggage. Room was okay but still needs work. Dont bemueve the good google reviews. Waste of money.

One staff member rude and condescending, and shuttle service. Couldn’t get picked up at airport, because driver didn’t make it to work. Didn’t have another driver till 3PM, so we had the cost of a taxi.
Room was fine, but bed lumpy and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.

The staff were great, shuttle service was excellent and very convenient. The coffee in the continental breakfast area was good, we left too early for the breakfast. Good location close to the airport. Room was clean.

The hotel is in need of updating. The bed and pillows could use an upgrade as well. The bathroom grout had black mold, the tap in the tub is spitting out pieces of rust and the plug for the bathtub was unusable. The a/c unit was very loud, made it difficult to sleep.

Overall, the staff and amenities were the best part of the stay.

The hotel was under renovation while we were there so the whole place will be fully updated. All the staff was friendly and helpful including the shuttle drivers. They offer complimentary shuttle to and from the airport which was a nice surprise! Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
We took advantage of two of the many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a nice 1.5 mile paved trail around the golf course behind the property. We only had to walk a couple blocks through a nice neighborhood to get on it. Would stay again in Miami Springs.

It was an okay stay. I’d consider staying here again for short-term visits.

A few cons: There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. It costs $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry, and the machines require quarters. There’s no change machine on-site, so if you plan to do laundry, bring quarters with you.

The hotel itself is clean. However, both elevators feel a bit sketchy — they make loud noises and feel like they might stop unexpectedly. I found them uncomfortable to use and chose the stairs instead.

The property is currently under renovation, so there are trash bins and boxes outside. I won’t critique that since it’s temporary and related to the construction.

The location has nice scenery, but in the Miami heat, walking about a mile to restaurants can be exhausting. I ended up using Uber, though I did walk back once. The heat is expected for Miami, but something to keep in mind.

Overall, fine for a short stay, with a few things to be aware of.

The rooms and lobby are newly remodeled, beds were comfortable and they offer a nice step in shower. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved having the shuttle take us to and from the airport! There is a golf course behind the property with a nice walking path that is just over a mile and a half. You can walk a couple blocks to get on it. The neighborhood is nice and maintained well.

Hotel under construction and smells of chemicals, elevators broken and eventually just out of service. Very understaffed with one woman handling everything, she was pleasantly helpful but again just one woman doing it all, which was unfair to her and the guests. Rooms and hallways were dirty, we had to use stairs to tote our luggage in and out of the rooms, just completely inconvenient and uncomfortable, disappointing doesn’t even feel like the right way to describe the situation.

Riom was huge and all fine. Arranging the free shuttle from the airport required us to call the hotel but as transit passengers our phones could only make WhatsApp calls which hotel wouldn't take. Ended up.having to buy a sim just to call the shuttle. And it all took an hour when v tired.

Rooms are clean, but the place is very outdated, Our window was facing a sort of dump zone of the Hotel.
We walked around. It's a very industrial area, and there's nothing to see.
The neighbor seem to safe, and there's a convenience store nearby.
The hotel is really subpar with the price we paid for the night. I was expecting a higher quality.

Also you guys need to the wording of your initial email wich states “ Please call once you retrieve your bags. i called and they asked me to call again a 2nd time once I was out at the door #7.
