Airport shuttle was easy to find but only ran once an hour. Room was nice enough but poor sound insulation and we were woken several times by other guests returning late at night and doors slamming. On site restaurant was reasonable and had good choice of food and drinks. All in all a decent enough place but do not expect high end.

This is a very old, run down outdated hotel that doesn't even have an elevator. The check in, and airport shuttle process were both super unorganized. I wont return to this hotel, and wouldn't recommend staying here to others.

We stayed here twice - 2 days pre-cruise and 1 day post-cruise. The lobby was sparkling clean and appeared newly remodeled. Every time we were up there, someone was cleaning it. The pool area was nice, with lots of tables and lounges. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. However, the rooms were filthy. Black mold on the trim in the bathroom. Some sort of dried substance clearly visible on the headboard, just never bothered to be cleaned by housekeeping. The floors! They appear to be clean, but within 10 minutes of taking a shower, then walking around the room barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were black. I have pictures of all of this and hope that I'll have an opportunity to share them. The onsite restaurant has good food if you dont mind ridiculous wait times after ordering. I would not recommend this hotel, and definitely will not stay here again.

We have stayed in many Wyndham Hotels all where great, not this one coffee machine never worked,exterior photos deceiving thought I was getting two story with exterior door entrance.

Stayed here for one night before a flight. Room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. There was a restaurant and bar and a McDonald’s next door. Staff were friendly and check in and check out was easy. Got the free shuttle to the airport which was convenient.

this is a tired property in desperate need of a complete renovation. The room we stayed in had a noisy ineffective air conditioning unit and smelled musty and unpleasant. Had we stayed for more than one night, we would have moved. The only advantage was having inexpensive parking whilst we were away for the weekend.

The property is a bit dated and could use some touching up. The bedding was great. The location is great for accessing the airport. The onsite restaurant had great food. The morning buffet was quite good. The pool and area around it were welcome options. The room finishes are a bit tired and the cleaning could use a boost. The shuttle was also great to have access too. We would stay here again if we needed a quick overnight.

Needed a hotel near the airport for a single night. Check in was fast and efficient. Older, dated facility, but clean and felt safe. Onsite parking was free and easy access to outside doors. Room was clean but very small. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom / walk-in shower was nice size, water pressure was good. Only issue was limited food opportunities in the general area. Local pub next door, IHOP near by, other fast food options within short driving distance. Issue was that all of the food offerings ware terribly understaffed. Long waits to be seated. Food options weren't the fault of the hotel, but travelers should be aware. I would definately stay here again as an option flying in or out of Miami.

I was shocked to see 2 KING size beds in the room. (The listing said queen). Floor was a little dusty, but rest of room and bed was spotless! Staff was excellent…. We came in late and room keys were ready and waiting on the counter. No wait to check in! Pool was absolutely beautiful. Attached restaurant was really good.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and upon my very early arrival I was provided a comfortable waiting area and a room before check in time. The pool area was pleasant, my room was clean and comfortable and they had an onsite restaurant. A free shuttle was provided for the airport.

Hotel was better than rated. Clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was reasonable but we had to pay $12 when most hotels include it for free. Shuttle from airport was a long wait but to be fair we arrived at 10:40pm and had to wait to 11:30pm for Shuttle.
I paid for late checkout by cash but was also billed on my credit card. Luckily I waited for a receipt but seem to be only able to contact the hotel by phone . Will do that when I’m home.

This is the 3rd time staying here and it will be my last. They checked me in and didn't have a room yet. Okay, it's a busy time of the year. I waited until 3:00 when rooms were ready and I had to check in AGAIN!!! The room was all the way in the back and I thought they treated me disrespectfully. Curtains didn't close properly and I was on the street side where people could look in.
They need to update this place.

It said airport shuttle when i called she put me on hold and after a couple minutes it disconnected. I rented a car when i asked at the desk she told me i hung up, this happened 3 times.i didn't hang up. Its very frustrating and I was more upset when she said I hung up instead of apologizing.I had spaced my calls when I called. When I called the second and third times I tried saying please dont disconnect but she put me on hold not hearing me. Why have an airport shuttle?
