It is important to request ground floor if you have heavy luggage as there is no elevator. There was no one available to help me with luggage and it was a challenge. The breakfast buffet was good and the bar/restaurant next door was convenient since we checked in very late.

I recently stayed at the Ramada and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was that there was no elevator, which was never clearly stated beforehand. I had to carry and pull my luggage up two flights of stairs, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting.

On top of that, the two attendants at the front desk were very snappy and unwelcoming when I asked questions. Customer service makes a huge difference during a stay, and overall I did not feel valued as a guest.

I believe guests should be informed ahead of time if there is no elevator, especially for travelers with luggage, disabilities, or mobility concerns. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and I would not choose this location again.

The rooms were very large, probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. They also have 2 king size beds in the rooms. A great place to stay if you're setting sail on a cruise the next morning. They also had a real nice bar attached to the property.

Un peu mal isolé pour le bruit des autres occupants. La plupart du personnel ne parle pas anglais. Le transport proposé pour le port d'embarquement pour croisière pas fiable. On avait réservé avec la réception et le lendemain ne s'est pas présenté. On a demandé a la réception et il n'y avait aucune trace de notre demande. Uber est la mailleur façon de se déplacer. La réception de l'hotel n'est pas fiable.

The hotel overall was very good. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location near the airport was very convenient, and the parking lot was easy to access. The shuttle service was excellent, and the driver, Guillermo, was very polite and kind. He made the experience even better.

When we got there things seemed ok! Time to go to second floor and the stairs are steep so the guy behind the desk said he'd carry our bags up and told us to dial '0' in the morning and they'd send someone up to carry them down. The problem was when we got to the room the phone had dial tone but you couldn't call out on it. No number whatsoever, including '0'.

We went to the bar and grill on-site. Very good drinks and food. First server we had was spot on! She told us she would only be our server for a short time until someone else came in. The second server (long dark straight hair) we had sucked. She took care of the table next to us really well but literally walked past us minimum 5 times with empty glasses. We were don't eating for more than 15 mins before we finally had to flag her down and ask for our bill. Would have stayed and had a couple more drinks but by that time we were over it.

It was clean except for th hairs in the sink and shower. Pool area was clean.
In the morning I went to the desk to ask for someone to carry our bags down and the guy working the desk was not polite and rolled his eyes when I asked. I told him not to worry about it that I would carry both bags down because my friend had ankle surgery last year and she was scared to take hers down.

Everything was excellent except the airport shuttle. Waited over an hour while other hotels came by every 20 minutes. Driver shouldn't be in hospitality business. I took a Uber back to the airport since driver only went on his schedule.

Great location by the airport, having the shuttle helps a lot !! We enjoyed our stay and also having the Bar within the premises helps too when you arrive late and nothing is open near by to get food and drinks,by been in the hotel and closing late it’s great.

To start off the website was a bit misleading. It stated hot breakfast thats why I chose this place. But one we got there you had to pay an extra $12.
Many people stay here before going on a cruise. So to come to this property and not have an elevator is not good. It was several elderly people upset about this and we all shared the concern. Luckily my mom was able to get a room downstairs.
I would not recommend this property. Especially for someone who is disabled. No one to help you get your luggage to the second floor

My experience: I stayed for 1 night because of a long layover.
-Sheets are dirty, with fuss, and with hair. Faucet has water marks, and shower looks dirty.
-The toilet looks dirty inside as well.
-Dust behind bes
-Couldn't contact anyone at front desk from thr room because it gives you a busy signal and then when you call from your phone no one picks up or they leave you on hold for 20+ minutes or never answer (same thing happened when I was trying to find out where to get the shuttle at the airport).
-I had to go downstairs and get a bag with sheets to put on myself because there was no housekeeping available at night.
-Additional sheets given were also stained.
-There is no elevator and I was in a delicate condition to continue walking all the way to the lobby from where I was.
-Ice machine on first floor.
-Hallways are also dirty and smell.

Perks: Has a pool outside and a connecting restaurant/bar. Lobby looks updated and nice; close to airport with free shuttle.

If you don't mind all of the negatives I just mentioned, I hope you enjoy your stay!

there is no elevator for 2nd floor. I had a big luggage and I ask for 1st floor , but the lady from Lobby said there is no one available. but then I saw people having 1st floor.
they did not explain where the parking is located, they weren't very nice in general.
I will not stay there anymore.I am happy it was just 1 night.

Everything about the hotel was really nice, the rooms were spacious. The only issue we had was the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We waited an hour and then the bus was full. We were going to have to wait another hour and hope that there was room next time. The transport bus was too small and did not come frequently enough. We saw other hotel buses picking up more frequently. We ended up paying for a taxi out of pocket. When we mentioned it to the desk at the hotel, they did not offer to make it right.

First off when I booked I verified 3 times that the shuttle from the airport was handicapped accessible. Not even close. Was stuck at airport until I had to arrange taxi to get me to Ramada

Breakfast was not included. Had to pay $13. Two of the check-in staff were not very friendly. Had a little bit of attitude.

1st room was to be accessible. Not so much. Very small to navigate scooter through room

Had to arrange for UBER to take me to Port of Miami

2nd night bigger room but shower was falling apart

On departure to airport had to call another accessible taxi

Even though it was only a 2 story building and being a bit older it was hard to pull our luggage up and down the stairs and the so called “buffet” breakfast was terrible.
It was basically a bad continental breakfast.
The potatoes and eggs were way way over cooked come like rubber.
The pastries were set out had frozen.
I would choose a different airport hotel next time.

Nice, biggest downfall was no elevator. Had to haul luggage up to flights of stairs. I was travelling with a senior so this made it challenging with stair and mobility. Poll looked nice and the restaurant Tom’s was very up beat and had friendly staff.

Double bed room was huge. Room was clean. Coffee maker only worked for one cup (I could have asked for a new one, but it wasn't worth it) Our biggest downside was that we couldn't find an elevator. We had to use the stairs, which is no problem, except for the fact that they are uncovered and it was pouring. Other than that, it was a nice stay for the price.

The old AC unit would make a lot of nice every time it kicked on. I put it on high constant fan, like I do at any other hotel, so that I don't wake up every time it kicks on, but this one was super loud every time it kicked on.

The rooms are small, but for one night it was fine. The outside does not reflect how nice it is on the inside. Same for the restaurant. The food was good and service was excellent. The day shift desk person was great the night shift person he acted like he couldn’t be bothered, seemed like we were interrupting him. They he waited until the top of the hour before he let anyone know we were waiting for a ride to the airport. Shuttle is every hour. Shuttle driver was very nice and got us to the airport quickly. Though I don’t believe he understands much English.

Was not to bad only stayed 1 night before our cruise . The hotel smells good & looks clean when you walk in . There is no elevator . The room was ok i did notice a couple bugs in the bathroom . Did not get the chance to check out pool due to such a late check in or try the breakfast . All in all it was a decent stay .

Rooms are definitely outdated, but for the price in Miami, they are just about right. Room was nice and cold when I arrived. Lobby was packed with people either waiting to check in or waiting for a shuttle. The poor reception women were super busy. Restaurant attached was very good. Also super busy but did not wait very long for food as I sat at the bar. Pool looked nice but I did not use it. Only thing that was really a bummer was the fact there was no elevator or someone to help carry luggage up to 2nd floor. I must have missed that little bit of info prior to booking this motel. I recently had rotator cuff surgery and need surgery in the other shoulder so this was EXTREMELY inconvenient.
