The amenities were very lacking. There was a hot plate that worked, but it was very slow heating up and was rusty. The refrigerator was fine. There were bugs in the room. We were happy when we left.

Could not sleep due to the infestation of roaches. Asked staff for a refund and was told no they could t at first and that they could move me to a different room. I said I just want the refund and then they told me they put in my refund but could not refund for the whole amount. It’s almost a week and still have not received the refund back to my account. Would not recommend to anyone.

Property has people staying there like they live there. There is a smell of the urine in the staircases trashes all over the place couples constantly outside arguing every night overall, the hotel is disgusting and nasty and I would not recommend no one to stay here unless you’re a homeless person.

Had to switch rooms after first night because of cigarette smoke smell and German roaches. Went to a “newly renovated” room just to sleep in the car the 2nd night because German roaches started crawling all over the refrigerator, nightstands and floor. Couldn’t eat sleep or breathe in this extended stay without a roach popping up.

They first put me in a filthy room riddled with cockroaches later I insisted on a different room. the new room was clean. I bought roach spray and only saw 10 to 12 roaches and killed them. The first room after an hour of lights out; they were everywhere ... everywhere. Stay out of room 316!! The other issues were no room service for 14 days so trash built up and I never got any clean towels or bedding; not once in 2 weeks. The full size fridge worked well and was the best part. The microwave did not work; I bought my own micro wave and with all the bugs I was not interested in trying to use the stove top burners so I dont know if they work or not. The bed was comfortable. BYO microwave and roach spray, wash your own bedding and towels; tolerate a garbage pile in your room and your stay will be survivable. I also did not try the laundry facility; I went to a laundromat off property.

Terrible. Walking into an ashtray was the first red flag. Then came step two, putting my belongs down. I thought, put them on the bed. Bad decision. The head board fell off the wall revealing years of funk built up in the void. After I got done cleaning that I thought to myself, late night early morning. Time for shut eye. Although this next part is not the hoteld fault, its worth noting. At about 11:45p a multi unit (about 10) police man hunt started in the adjasent apartment complex. Sirens, lights, all the belss and whistles. So for those seeking a peaceful night, i would not recommend this location. I ended up switching hotels, and when i called to discuess with management my delema. I did mention somthing about partial reembursment, with a swift reply of "you've already paid" some laughter and an ebrupt end to the phone call. I should have done more research so i take full blame for my poor decision. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES.

Only reason i stayed the entire booking was because they wouldn’t let me cancel without being penalized. The room was dirty. No service was provided and i stayed longer than 7 days. At one point there was no hot water. Definitely not an extended stay hotel, when theres no pots, plates etc. There was roaches.

Thats when i reached out to Expedia and the hotel property declined it. Couldnt lose out on the cost.

Checked in, and informed the desk lady that we were police officers in town for class and she asked if we could make sure to walk in certain areas carrying our gear to scare others staying there to act right. We went to our room to put our stuff in there and was continually met with the smell of marijuana at every turn. We went back to our vehicle to go have dinner and decided it was unsafe to stay at this hotel. We gathered our belongings from the room and checked out. The desk lady stated that she understood why and wished she could do something to help.

By accident, I booked twice same hotel for the same night. I tried to ask for my money back. We arrived on a Saturday night and the police patrols were patrolling every 15 minutes, I swear there were drug deals going down in the parking lot. The hotel is not maintained. They had rat traps in the hallways, and our room was filthy. They didn't even give us a top sheet, only the bottom sheet and a comforter. I saw that the staff was overworked, they were not expecting a crowd for the Eclipse. But once Saturday night was over the property became a little quieter, but not cleaner.
