The room felt very outdated, and the sofa had stains all over the seats, which was disappointing. The AC worked fine, but the buttons were broken, so I had to guess which ones controlled the settings. I reserved the room for six people, but the restroom only had two large towels. I understand that I could request more, but that’s not something I want to deal with right after getting into the room. Overall, the room needs better maintenance and preparation for the number of guests booked.

This hotel needs a serious renovation. Lots of damage including mold in the shower, holes in walls, smears on walls, dust/skin cells built up on ac unit for years, hallways have lights out or flickering, noise level is loud- you can hear every conversation in the halls and rooms next to you. The gym has a treadmill that shakes. Only thing nice was the free breakfast, comfortable bed, and it’s almost on waterfront.

didn't even stay at the hotel the room was not clean bed was use and a dead water roach in the restroom they offer me a bug cleaning and I still had to stay in the same room and they would give me a new room the next day when I was going to be checking out the following day and today is day 7 and I was told I would get a refund for not staying and im still waiting for that money after day 7

I was disappointed with my stay. First of all, the woman who was working the night shift around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday January 3rd, is very rude. When I got to the front, she didn't ask me how I was, no greeting at all really. She just looked up at me. I said I had a reservation and she just said \"I need ID\". She told me to answer my card for the incidental then she gave me my room key. Didn't tell me much else. Just very cold. The room was okay. Average. But what I didn't like was how rundown it was. Everything is Dusty and scruffy. Then there were the bugs... They have an infestation of ants. Now luckily they are the little black ones that don't do any harm. But it's still not great to be sitting in bed and an ant walks across your chest. Or going to the restroom and a huge cockroach is on the ground. I get it, we're by the lake. But come on. The outdoor area was disappointing as well. Not a chair in sight. Just a pool and a deck. You're looking out on the lake, a table and chair would be nice to relax. Definitely would not be staying here again.

The hotel and room were very dirty. The couch had stains all over the cushions on both sides and the pull out bed was full of food, wrappers, and stains. There was half eaten candy bars in the cupboard and makeup in the pillows. We ended up checking out and finding a new hotel. Staff was great and very professional and respectful.

We complained about our lock not working. But didn’t do anything about it. So we felt very unsafe or leaving our belongings behind, because our door would not lock. One can easily budge into our room. But the 3 nights we stayed there. Nothing.

We had a good stay for 3N4D. Our room was standard double bed with refrigerator, microwave and satellite smart tv- visibly clean as well as the bathroom. Wish they have towel rack or more hook eventhough there's an underneath shelf from the sink.
I loved witha built in body wash, shampoo & conditioner & also built in handwash soap & body lotion.
The hotel is walkable to the lake or nearby store & resto even gasoline station. Closed to hway exit.

Our stay was just for a shower, a cool room, and sleep after our 50th-year high school reunion.
All was good, yet the breakfast staff was overwhelmed about 9 am. Difficult time keeping up with enough food for about 30 minutes. Biscuits were as good as any fast-food restaurant. The room was in perfect order, cold A/C, and quite even on the freeway side.

Got to hotel at 10:30pm to check in, no one was at the desk, sign said they had stepped away (totally understandable as it was late). 45 minutes go by and finally a guy comes up (apparently coming in for his shift and was 10 min late he said.) by this time there are numerous gathered to check in and some with babies and small kids! First Gentleman said sir I feel like everyone needs an apology for the excessive wait. There are families with young children and we have all waited a very long time. (Mind you this man was not being rude or even raising his voice!) the employee looked at this man and said I don’t have to apologize to anyone and if your going to take that tone with me then I refuse to check you in and you can leave the premises! The man had already been checked in and was having to get a new room because his room had never been cleaned after the previous guest left! After he told the employee this he was told he would have to wait until everyone else had been checked in!!! I told the employee to get that man taken care of first before I was checked in. So go to my room and there is a hole in the bathroom wall and the next am there are ants in my drink that I had on the table!! The regular upkeep on this hotel has definitely been neglected! I will not stay at this hotel again simply because of how that man handled the situation! Having to wait close to an hour to check in is beyond ridiculous!

My husband and I decided to honeymoon here considering the LakeView room and the proximity to the The Harbor. The view of the lake was not that great. The noise level of other guests and children running down the hallway slamming the room doors with a couple of visits from law enforcement to rooms on our floor made the stay uncomfortable. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room as mentioned on the listing. Once addressed with the front desk, we were told a work order was being submitted and there would be one in the room the following morning. We checked out 2 days later without a refrigerator. Although the hotel manager was nice and offered points to our reward’s account for the inconvenience, I’m uncertain we would book again.

Pool was not available which was a huge disappointment since it’s on the lake. This place is not clean. The carpet and hallways smell really bad. Elevators are barely working. Breakfast is a joke. If you don’t come right at the beginning you are out of luck. Literally 4 bottles of water and almost NO snacks or food available for purchase. Every amenity that you can think of was poorly done and our stay was not enjoyable.

I arrived late to the property and the lady that helped me at the front desk was fabulous. She was the only one on staff at 10pm, and was having to help me and other people at the same time. She handled it so graciously and professionally. My main issue with this stay is that the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. It was so firm, that I was uncomfortable. The sheets were clean, but the floor felt dirty. It is in a good area, with the lake nearby, which also brings lots of restaurant options, especially if you go one exit farther east. But in the parking lot you have several options, including Primos which offers good tex mex.

Room decor was nice. However, the bathroom smelled like a sewer gas backing up. We were also put in the room right next door (same side) as conference room, which was loud and disturbing. When we arrived the property was not busy or overcrowded so I believe they could have put my husband and I in a better room or at least more peaceful. Also, our TV had a line across the picture which hindered the view and experience.
Lastly, IHG has the best hot cinnamons rolls but this location served them cold out of the fridge. Most other food such as eggs were cold. Coffee containers were empty. The food was not presented well or appetizing. Even the bananas looked old. One of the booths seating had a large (5” inch) rio on the upholstery. It was unsightly and not inviting area.

The pool was closed which unfortunately was the sole reason in choosing this hotel for our weekend. Aside from that, my 7 year old found a medicine capsule next to her bed and my 2 year old son found a pacifier in the bathroom and was sucking on it when I found it. They offered points as we are members but it was gross. We had to switch rooms at 10 PM because the AC was not cooling the room. All in all, I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Was given Room 420, AC did not work. Then I was put into room 401 and it was not a suite. Finally was able to get comfortable in room 414 after about 45 minutes.

Hotel is not worth $200 a night. There is nothing luxury about this place.
