Very comfortable set up with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff.
Would be great with more parking spaces and shower power very low.
Maybe specify times laundry is available for guests and seperate designated time for staff to do laundry maybe daytime when most guest are out. Enjoyed the stay.

Arrived at 1am, there is no staff on-site. You have to text the owner to get code for room door. Go insde to find very dirty bedding and floors. The chair in the living space should be thrown out its so nasty literally black from dirt. I text owner pictures and explained this dirty room was unacceptable. He never text back about the horrible condition of the place. We brought with us our 5 pound maltese dog. When the front desk/ housekeeper seen my dog she asked for a credit card i told her i paid through expedia and do not have a card with me. Then out of the blue the owner text me about the dog but failed to address the room situation. We were upset with the entire ordeal we asked for our money back for the remaining nights and left. I would not recommend this place because of the poor communication and the unclean room.

My husband had a zoom meeting in the front space and felt WiFi was excellent and it wasn’t crowded or noisy. We loved the place and will be back! Beds comfy. Stocked appliances and great sharp knife set!

We had a great stay overall. We needed extra linens for the pullout, but those were provided when we asked, as well as extra towels. I think there could be a few tweaks, a mirror somewhere besides the one in the bathroom so, hooks or a rack for towels. Otherwise it was spot on. Lots of room and the staff was nice and helpful. Love being able to send a grocery list too.

Beautiful room, great bed. The view was of the garbage cans and an average house, side yard. Hotel is just a building on the side of the road. No spa, pool, work out room. Shower didn’t work properly and the water was cold. Owner came to fix it but it still didn’t work right… the water still was cold too. Nice and new place though

Had to ask for more toilet paper.
Not enough easy parking; covered ares were very narrow with a very sharp turn to get into.

I like that everything is there in the room and how helpful they are. I don’t like the parking but I get it. It’s only so much they can do in the location they are at. A bit disappointing.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very roomy but very stark. All white and bare, hardly any artwork on the walls making the room appear cold. Supposedly a 4* resort so a bit disappointing for what we paid. On the other hand, there were bikes we could ride for no charge and beach chairs we could borrow. Enjoyed both. Location is good.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do in Naples. Large, clean, well designed rooms, they are more like apartments. Stayed 2 nights, would definitely stay again. Our room was spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches and many fine restaurants, all in a very quiet and relaxing area. There was plenty of free parking as well. Damion ensured that everything was taken care of, making our stay truly enjoyable—thank you, Damien, for being so friendly and kind. The room was incredibly comfortable, and we’ll definitely be returning. We absolutely loved the room's setup and almost wish we could keep it as our little secret!

We loved our stay at Wiggins Pass Chalet! It was clean, modern/updated, roomy, comfortable beds/bedding. I can't say enough good about it! They had chairs that we borrowed for the beach which was nice. It was also great to have a full kitchen so we could eat some meals in room. There were pans/utensils, towels, and everything that we needed!

Best place to stay if you go to Naples as a couple. 100% recommended. The best experience. The place is super quiet, clean and comfortable. The apartment completely remodeled, exactly as it is in the photos. I will surely return to this beautiful place.

It was a beautiful room and I wished I had more time there. The location is quiet at night and parking is easy. There is no 24 hour reception, so please call ahead if you will be coming early morning or late nite. The hotel is very responsive to requests. If you are concerned about the distance from downtown, don’t be. Star Chalet is right off 41 which leads directly to downtown.

Definitely a must stay when in Naples.

Short drive to Vandibelt and barefoot beach. Apartment is newly renovated with modern appliances. Price is fair and great budget for long stay. Would recommend to anyone. The only small item is that there is no one onsite to check out bikes or beach chairs. No issue if you make a plan ahead of time of course. Austin is very helpful and kind.
