Naples Inn & Suites has a great location. They take good care of the property and the grounds are attractive. Some very interesting art work around the property as well.

The whole place needs to be refurbished. Furniture is old, a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. It needs to be deep cleaned. The office smells musty.

Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast gals.
The driver to the beach was very pleasant. The food was good and they went out of their way to be sure everyone had what they wanted.

Staff was great, as was their flexibility. We loved the breakfast by the pool, however the pool was cold ( listed as heated pool). I still went in and enjoyed floating alone in the sun Our room was clean and attended to daily, unfortunately towels are highly rationed. Over all the accommodations are SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than the office would suggest. I would definitely return

The room we had was good however the bathroom requires some upgrading, house keeping fell a little short with restocking toiletries, towels, toilet paper, coffee was hit and miss. We found garbage sticking out from the crevices of the couch and areas that could have used a vacuum, one blanket although clean was stained.
Both pools were unheated which kept many guests at poolside. The breakfast served in the courtyard every morning was well received and great way to start our day.
We would stay here again, because housekeeping issues are easy to remedy.

Disappointed in the room. The room was like stepping into a time warp in the 60s. The furniture was outdated and worn. The carpet was ripped and torn and had duct tape on it. The mattress was too soft and had no support. Very little pressure in the toilet and it clogged. The bathtub was reglazed years ago, but is peeling. To make it even worse the room had roaches. Total total disappointment, especially for a brand named hotel. The advertisement is very misleading. The room that they show in in the advertisement is a remodeled room, clearly not what we stayed in.

Best Western was a major disappointment. The room was like stepping into a time warp from 60’s it was so old. The carpet was rippled and torn and had duct tape over the ripped part. Furniture was old and dated, mattress was so soft you sunk into the mattress and had no support. Toilet had little pressure and got clogged. Not too mention the room had roaches. When I spoke to the desk help they said the hotel was going through renovations and took time to redo all rooms. No excuse for such a major brand. Asked if we would like the room sprayed for the roaches. TERRIBLE hotel experience.

Just got back from a stay this hotel. Staff were super nice. Room good, a few bugs though. If you want more than basic channels on the tv, take your own Roku. DVDs available to borrow. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Bed was very comfy. Good location.

My experience on February 11 was extremely concerning and highlights a serious deficiency in the hotel’s internal protocols.
Upon arrival, the staff was courteous and even assisted me with my luggage, which I appreciated. However, at 5:17 PM, two men accessed my room after it had been erroneously assigned to them, constituting a direct violation of my safety, privacy, and integrity as a guest.Beyond the operational error—which was already serious—the conduct of the receptionist who handled my report was unacceptable and fell below basic service standards. In an irritated tone, she said: “just give me your name and surname, I just started my shift and I don’t know anything”, without offering an apology or activating any containment protocols. Her behavior demonstrated negligence in crisis management, customer service, and adherence to basic security procedures.
An establishment providing lodging services has the inalienable duty to ensure safe conditions and respectful treatment of guests. In this case, not only was there a severe operational failure, but the subsequent handling of the incident also demonstrated professional negligence.
Safety and respect for guests are fundamental obligations of the hotel’s service. Failure to uphold these responsibilities constitutes a serious breach that cannot be overlooked.

The staff were great, the breakfast was a great amenity along with having access to two pools and hot tubs . My only problem is in the room while my husband and I were staying there I personally killed a half dozen cockroaches and when my husband reported this to staff upon checkout the reception person literally said to him “ oh sorry about that. What room number was that?” Which to be honest I feel like was extremely unprofessional.

I enjoyed the quietness of the room as well as the location in Naples. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. I actually killed 4-5 bugs in the bathroom on the first night and then 1-2 each night after that. They behaved like cockroaches, but were much smaller. There were also several long hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to me (yuck!). With the above in mind, I will still likely stay at this location again because of the quietness of the room.

Staff was nice!! But pool was not heated like it said on your website. Both hot tubs were broken down. Ice machine was broke!! Room didn't have a microwave like it said it did. And when we asked staff about the heated pool they were like we don't know why it says that. We would of stayed at another place had we knew that!! Room was clean. One pool said no music and no noise. It is like they don't want people to have fun. Would definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

We booked a suite with expectations of warmth and comfort. The room was horrible, holes in the carpet by the bed. Torn carpet, cracked bathroom tile. We had one bath towel and had to go hunt down hand towels to dry our hands. The toilet didn't flush ynless you held the handle fir a while. On the 3rd day we were there we returned to our room smelling like weed. Upin opening the patio door we saw a man tweaking out smoking in the room next door, in a smoke free hotel? I asked to be moved and they did move us. Alsi the hottubs did not work the whole time we were there. That was one of the reasons we were looking forward to the hotel.

(1) The room needs a table and chair, so that guests can work on their laptops during their stay. There is a chair, but no table to work on.
(2) There was just one box of tissues, which had just a few tissues left.
(3) The shower water was lukewarm when turning the dial in one direction, and scalding hot in the other.
On the flip side, it was great that there were gluten free muffins at the breakfast, and great that you had beach chairs to lend out. Thanks.

All ads say heated pool, so we booked this one because of the cold spell we had. No heated pool on site. We asked. No toilet paper all week. Bought our own. No microwave in room as stated. 70's style motel property that has gone through some remodeling to have modern-looking rooms and swimming pool. It has a tropical style layout with trees like rainforest, little ponds with fish, and a cabana hut where breakfast is served by the poolside.

Their rooms had double beds instead of queen but were comfortable to sleep on. The room and the bathroom were clean. The second floor rooms had balconies. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. A microwave was available for use in the area where breakfast was served by the poolside. The breakfast had a good variety from hotly prepared eggs, sausage, and bacon to make your own waffles, toast, and more items.

It's a two-story building with couple of old-fashioned exterior elevators. There were no drinking water fountains except for a water filling spot in the ice machine. One elevator and one ice machine were out of order. There were only two ice machines from what I could tell.

They had a shuttle service to the nearby Lowdermilk Beach. There's a small mini-golf course near the pool area. The staff service was good. Breakfast and parking were complimentary. This is a nice place to stay on a budget when visiting Naplea.

Such a unique place - we love the lush, tropical grounds! Breakfast by the pool is always a treat. All the staff are friendly and helpful. BUT the AC was loud and blew the cold air more onto one side of the bed than the other. The person closest to the wall was much colder than the person on the inside. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and had certain expectations based on the photos:
- a balcony with a good view
- a fully functional kitchen with cooking items
- a leather couch set
Etc
We were disappointed that almost all the apartments have a parking lot view, with just a couple over the pool (we arrived just before check-in but still wasn't able to get one).
The kitchen lacked basic cookware and related items (no baking sheet, no toaster, one dull chopping knife and one steak knife we shared to eat dinner).
The room itself was essentially an old cheap apartment with outdated amenities and furnishings and not nearly as luxurious as presented in advertising (had lamps not working, the couch sticky and peeling that required covering with a sheet to be able to sit on without having to peel yourself of it).
Breakfast was poorly set up with juice dispensers in the middle of the food making it a giant traffic jam you had to manage while balancing a paper plate of food.
The pros:
Beautiful gardens in the middle. You have to get out and go there to see them, but if you do they are nice.

Thank you for the inquiry and desiring my feedback. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival as the location was in a desirable area and well landscaped. The property is a bit dated and motel style but upon entrance we appreciated the layout and space with modern design entrance /bathroom design with shower toilet and separate sink with counter area. The walkout patio was only steps away from the pool/ jacuzzi/ golf courtyard where hot breakfast was offered. We had wanted to mini putt putt but did not make time as the area kept us very busy. The staff was lovely and always kind and supportive for fresh towels, noise concern and a lockout. I would consider staying here again for the cost it would be desirable to have a more premium mattress as essentially you are paying for the rest obtained in this environment. We did take some video and will be looking to find a way to upload and support our feedback.

The suite itself had a nice appearance and initially seemed clean and ready for our stay. Unfortunately, our experience became challenging as my group and I were moved five times due to repeated issues with roaches and a lack of room service.

During our stay, we had a sick child, which resulted in vomit on the sheets and in the sink. We contacted the front desk early in the morning to request room service and cleaning. However, when we returned after 6:00 p.m., the room had not been serviced and the mess remained exactly as it was earlier that day.

I do want to note that the staff was extremely friendly and polite throughout our interactions. With improved management oversight, better housekeeping response, and proper fumigation and property updates, this hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay in the future.

The room was indeed spotless, the shower updated, everything was just so, other than the A/C unit, which didn’t function properly. It was too humid in the room and even if the A/C unit was making a very loud noise, and the unit’s fan was blowing hard, the temperature and humidity in the room were not right, but over all, we did enjoy our two night stay.
