Adorable place with the cutest unique design inside. Spotless and comfortable! Close to everything. Original bathroom, sink was a little rusted by drain, and tub faucet knob had a small leak when in use, but it didn't affect quality of shower which had an updated shower head. Staff was so nice, great extra unexpected amenities like bottled water, laundry, beach chairs for use. Would 100% stay here again!

Location, Location, Location. We left our car and walked everyone. So many great restaurants. Near the beach, 5th, 3rd, the docks & Tin City. Our unit came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella ( great idea). We had a great afternoon at the beach.

From the Personal touches of the owner to the terrazzo floors and king beds, this one one of the best hotel experiences I have had in the last 10 years. 2 blocks off of the beach and a short walk to all of Naples Shopping, this place was a cozy dream.

Three - The cooling unit differs from most. I had trouble setting the remote in order to cool well. The ceiling fan light came on in the middle of the night. Guests need some operating instruction on both to avoid such hassles.

Great retro with a bit of Instagram updates, but not fully renovated property. Location is wonderful for walking 5th, and to the beach if you want--- Unfortunately we couldn't get anyone at the office or on the phone to schedule a beach cart drop off/pick up the entire afternoon when we checked in. We did manage to check in early with the lovely lady who was turning over the rooms, she was the only staff member we interacted with and was a great help both times we saw her. Didn't think to ask her for the cart schedule, maybe we should have. Otherwise, the room was tidy, more space than most motels of the same era, and both a \"front\" and \"back\"door to outdoor green space. Capable ac and new ceiling fan-- both great and needed things in south Florida. We'll be booking again, bring friends with us next time too!

Gem in Old Naples
Great spot in Old Naples! An older complex but with modern updates. The kitchenette had Keurig, toaster oven with adequate utensils for overnight or all week stays and the cabinets were new soft self close. The decor was very chic and cozy comfortable. I was astounded, yes astounded at how clean the room was. The old terrazzo floors and retro bathroom was immaculately maintained. Keble the owner and staff were very welcoming and hospitable. It was such a nice surprise I wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately they were completely booked.

An old fashion 1950's hotel with linoleum floors, no outlets in bathroom, spotted easy chair, walls that need repainting, and borders that need caulking, but the television worked well and the bed was OK. Free water bottles in the common refrigerator, in a nice walkable neighborhood.

This is an old Florida Motel that has had a minimal update. The A/C was difficult to figure out and the beds were beyond uncomfortable, very soft, with lumps and holes. We left one night earlier than we had planned. The bathroom is small and the sink had rust in the bottom of the bowl, with a cracked soap dish and no soap.

What a GEM!!!! We’d never been to Naples, so I had no idea of where to stay, but Old Naples was appealing since it seemed to be convenient to beach and pier, bars and restaurants. Reviews of property were very good, and I loved the “charm” factor. Let me tell you, we were SO happy with our stay here. The location is perfect. A quick 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach - beach chairs, towels and umbrella in the closet in your room. Even a golf cart to take you if you so desire. The neighborhood is AMAZING - we loved just walking around and admiring all of the stunning homes in the area. Laundry facilities on site - a frig stocked with water, a grill if you so desired. Sitting outside our door was like being in a little garden having our coffee in the AM and a cocktail in the PM. Very clean and super comfy bed. Only downside I can think of was that we did hear our neighbors, but that is not that unusual for being in a hotel. Would I recommend? YES! We will most definitely be back!

Feels like you're staying in the guest cottage of one of the multi-million dollar homes all around the inn. The location is amazing since we loved walking the beach to get a coffee in the morning and walking to all the best restaurants and shopping which are a couple of blocks away in both directions. Really enjoyed the smaller size of the property and parking right outside the room. The decor is upscale but unpretentious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, quite small, and they provided full size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Adorable kitchenette. Would definitely return. :-)

Keble made us feel like one of the family the moment we arrived and showed us our room. Gorgeous! Loved the attention to detail and down to the courtesy golf cart shuttle to the beach. we took the shuttle to the beach but ended up walking back as it is only a 5 minute walk through the lovely neighbourhood homes.
This is a place you could easily have a longer stay as they have an immaculate laundry on site and the rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette. We will be back! :)

Loved our stay at the Gondolier Inn. Convenient to walk to restaurants and the beach. they'll drive you to the beach if you like. Love all the updates and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is small so I got ready in the bedroom area. Not a deal-breaker for me. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Naples.

We selected this hotel because of its location which is just 5 mins walk from Naples beach. The owners received us and told us that there was a free laundry access onsite and full stack of bottles of water that are free for guests. We really enjoyed our stay and definitively will come back!

The reservation and pictures said that it had a kitchen, when we got there, it didn't have. The bed sheets had hair on them, the windows blinds would not close by itself and one was broken, we had to manually close them one by one. One of the bathroom towels had stains and the sink was rusty. We were supposed to stay Friday thru Monday but due to the conditions we left Sunday 8 am. We were charged for the full time, even though we checked out way earlier. I do not recommend this place, and I believe the ratings on this property are fake.

We stayed for two nights and truly, it was a lovely experience! The rooms are very clean. What I liked the most about the rooms in general is that they have an open layout that makes them feel larger than they really are. It felt like I had a little studio apartment rather than a motel room! The atmosphere was homey as well.
The bathrooms are in good shape and there’s excellent water pressure. We had no problems with the hot water either — something I’ve run into at other locations.
The staff at this facility go above and beyond to make the Gondolier feel like a home away from home: they provided dishes, beach equipment, free laundry, a little “back yard” area with a grill.
The location is also WONDERFUL. It’s located in a high end neighborhood that is safe and absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is well-taken care of and private, so we got the pleasure of taking a vacation without feeling surrounded by partying tourists. It was quiet, cozy, and safe.
It’s also like two or three blocks from the gulf coast — absolutely fantastic! The beach access gives you an idyllic view of the gulf and I loved walking it in the mornings to search for whatever little treasures washed up.
I loved it so much that I’m coming back later this year for an entire week, a week which will be spent entirely at this inn.
Thank you for a beautiful stay! I couldn’t recommend this place for anyone wanting a quieter, calmer, and more peaceful vacation.
The bathrooms are in good shape and there’s excellent water pressure. We had no problems with the hot water either — something I’ve run into at other locations.
The staff at this facility go above and beyond to make the Gondolier feel like a home away from home: they provided dishes, beach equipment, free laundry, a little “back yard” area with a grill.
The location is also WONDERFUL. It’s located in a high end neighborhood that is safe and absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is well-taken care of and private, so we got the pleasure of taking a vacation without feeling surrounded by partying tourists. It was quiet, cozy, and safe.
It’s also like two or three blocks from the gulf coast — absolutely fantastic! The beach access gives you an idyllic view of the gulf and I loved walking it in the mornings to search for whatever little treasures washed up.
I loved it so much that I’m coming back later this year for an entire week, a week which will be spent entirely at this inn.

The Gondolier was a great find in the middle of Old Naples! The refurbished Inn was cute and very comfortable. The location is great, only half a mile from the shops and restaurants in Naples.

Amazing little motel in Naples within walking distance to beach and downtown. Small but very pleasant-looking rooms. Bed not firm enough for my taste, but great TV, good kitchen, free parking and wifi. Super clean too!
