I recently stayed at this boutique hotel, and it felt like a home away from home. From the moment I walked through the lobby, I was greeted by an inviting atmosphere, complete with a wonderful signature scent that immediately made me feel relaxed and welcomed.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and amenities available, which made my visit both convenient and enjoyable.

Breakfast each morning was good, with a nice selection of fresh and easy options. A special thank you to Scott, who provided outstanding service with his friendly demeanor and attentiveness.

What stood out most throughout my stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always available to assist with anything I needed, whether it was local recommendations or simply ensuring I was comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming boutique property that combines comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, and all the comforts of home. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The Capri Inn was amazing! The staff was fantastic, so helpful and they had a free shuttle and took you anywhere in the local area. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. And I had a delicious complementarybreakfast! We could easily walk to 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back there again.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times over the years. This time was disappoiting. Our room was not cleaned for over 24 hours. When I approached Craig the manager he was borderline nasty. The breakfasts were very disappointing. Everything was prepared by the microwave instead of fresh. We had problems with the plumbing as well. This is not up to the Opal standards. I don't know if we will ever return And that is sad.

Capri Inn is a charming little boutique hotel with a beautiful lobby, very clean and updated rooms, and genuinely comfortable beds and bathrooms. We stayed one night (although we had paid for two but unfortunately couldn’t make it the first night).

A special thank you to Serenity at the front desk — incredibly sweet, patient, helpful, and welcoming. Staff like her really make a difference.

The room itself was lovely: clean, modern, cozy, and well-maintained. However, the “kitchenette” setup felt a bit pointless. While the room includes a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and even a dining table for four, there were absolutely no dishes, glasses, cutlery, or utensils provided. So in reality, it’s not functional as a kitchenette at all.

Now, the breakfast… this truly needs attention and improvement as soon as possible. For such a pretty boutique-style hotel with such nice rooms, the breakfast experience felt completely disconnected from the rest of the property. The options were extremely disappointing: bottled juices, pre-cooked omelets/eggs, white bread, muffins, boxed cereals of very poor quality, and basic American coffee. I ordered an espresso separately and was charged $6 for it.

There was simply no sense of care, freshness, or hospitality in the breakfast offering, which was surprising given how pleasant the rest of the hotel experience was. With some love and attention in this area, Capri Inn could easily feel much more elevated and complete.

It's elegant and intimate, so service is very attentive. It's a beautiful property and located walking distance from 5th Ave. Between the proximity and the shuttle, you really don't need to use your car during your stay. Restaurants, shopping and activities are all all closed by. You won't find better restaurants in all of Naples. You won't regret planning a stay here.

The Inn is in the perfect location. Walkable to 5th Avenue for shopping, restaurants, as well as Tin City. The Inn is beautifully landscaped & decor is very nice. Parking on site. Your within walking distance to the dock/marina as well. Definitely recommend a bus tour of the city. Beautiful town!!!

From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers, is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring you have a perfect vacation. Their personalized recommendations for local dining were spot-on.

The property itself is immaculate, boasting a fresh, modern coastal decor that is both elegant and inviting. Our room was spacious, bright, and meticulously clean, featuring a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made our stay incredibly relaxing.

The location is unbeatable. We loved that it's situated on a quiet, tree-lined street yet just a short, pleasant 5-minute walk to all the incredible shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus, effortlessly taking us to and from the beach and dinner spots. A big plus was the delicious continental breakfast and the wonderful touch of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and coffee offered each afternoon in the lovely lobby lounge.

The Capri Inn is more than just a place to sleep; it's a destination that elevates your whole Naples experience. We can't wait to return!

Great location, clean rooms, free breakfast included (decent selection with hot items), kind staff, free shuttle to beach with beach chairs and umbrella. We also got late checkout at noon which helped us a lot the day of our departure. I would definitely stay again!

Minor setbacks were: front desk didn’t always have someone present (they were in the back office or elsewhere), pool/beach towels unavailable, we had no bath towels on the first day (had to call front desk twice), no water in room second day, only 2 towels (for 3 guests) on day 3. Again, minor stuff that was resolved with a call to front desk. Oh! And just one elevator for 3 floors and 60 rooms plus housekeeping seems insufficient but not a deal breaker.

The location of the hotel is great. Walkable to 5th Ave. Bikes to ride to the beach or shopping. Shuttle to take you to and from the beach. Chairs and umbrellas as well. They ran out of bath towels during our stay. They should probably source more. We used the pool towels for two days. Other than that the staff was friendly and the location excellent.

We loved that the hotel was close enough to walk to town but without the crowds of being directly on 5th ave. It's a very pretty hotel with nice touches, e.g. beach chairs, towels and courtesy shuttle to beach as well as in room water each day, decent breakfast and peaceful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. However, no gym. You can get a day pass to a wellness center about a 20 min walk away but it's less convenient. Also, the front desk was woefully understaffed upon check-in and no bell service. Pool is small and near parking lot. For the price, you do get value for your money. If Capri had a gym onsite we'd stay there again.

I don't usually give five stars, but this was a true lovely experience. We arrived at about 3 PM, the hotel had text me a few times to ask of my arrival. I requested a little bit early of a check-in, was a little in shock that the room wasn't ready when we got there. In the past, I've checked in places at noon and 1 PM, but I let that go. We had to scramble to be able to change to go enjoy the sunshine, but soon after our room was ready. We had a king bed with a pullout sofa. The room was beautiful, clean, new, the bathroom was large and updated. My only complaint about the hotel is when I checked in they didn't tell us about the breakfast in the morning nor that the hotel provided a shuttle to the beach, we found out about that on our own. It's in close proximity to fifth Avenue literally steps away so we were essentially located. I would definitely stay here again. I loved it. It's quaintness, and Jeff, who is part of the staff, he is wonderful. The little continental breakfast they offer in the morning has amazing large fresh muffins, donuts, egg sandwiches, pretty much a very nice selection. I forgot the gentleman's name that ran it, but he was so friendly and sweet. Everybody that works there is very sweet. A wonderful staff for sure! Our room was cleaned every morning early, I could not ask for more.

The staff was nice but they didn’t go over a beyond line other reviews. The rooms were very clean but reminded me up and upscale Hampton Inn. The pool had a weird smell and was small. There was no define at the pool for drink or food, they only had towels available. The overall hotel was okay. The best part was the driver available to take you anywhere within 1mild, he was super helpful and quick and they also provide you towels and chairs if you want to go to the beach. If you’re staying there for the location and being able to use the driver, that was the best part. The hotel itself was just okay in my opinion. If it was $100-200 cheaper a night I would go back but not for the price I paid.

The best thing about the hotel was its location, and it was really comfortable and high-quality. The room and staff were both excellent. I'd either get rid of breakfast or improve it—it's pretty bad. Another negative: the hotel hits you with a charge of over $88 for services I didn't even need. When it comes to recommending it, I'd have to think twice. I think there are better options out there.

Capri Inn was clean and close to the famous 5th Ave- within walking distance, which was very convenient. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They also provided a shuttle if needed which was a good bonus. The one thing I didn’t like was breakfast- the coffee was sour and not drinkable, and the selection of food was not the best: some muffin, bagels, hard boiled eggs, pre-packaged egg sandwich and some yogurt and fruit (including bananas which had black dots already). In a place like this I would include a better breakfast selection, especially that we were charged a $39 resort fee which was supposed to cover breakfast.
Also, what was kind of weird was that the hotel staff entered our room (we stayed just 1 night) when we were not there and left two little boxes of chocolate. This was a nice touch but in the same time we did not feel comfortable that someone got into our room while we were not there.
Overall, the place was a very good choice in a prime location but I would improve a few things to make it even better.

We stayed for 4 nights and, just like every year for the past five, we absolutely loved it. It’s incredibly quiet, convenient, and walkable—just a couple of blocks from the iconic Fifth Avenue in Naples. This is one of those special places where you can truly escape the fast pace of city life. The Naples Pier and beach are only five minutes away, and the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to get you there. Couldn’t be more relaxing or easy.

We stayed in a beautiful king suite overlooking the pool. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is walking distance to all of the 5th Avenue restaurants. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay, the room and beds were amazing and comfortable! We loved having a balcony and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. I’m a little disappointed the pool wasn’t open longer than dusk, and there were bugs and leaves in the pool. Wish I didn’t leave some of my clothes behind because they never turned into lost and found…

All though the Capri is not in the water they did offer transportation to the beach.
Also offered transportation to a gym and free passes because they do not have a fitness center. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to 5th ave and a 15-20 minute walk to 3rd ave. It was a great stay.

The breakfast is limited and difficult and the staff at breakfast is not friendly. The hotel has street noise and close to a firehouse The pool needs to be cleaned more often. The location is good for dining is walking distance and they offer beach shuttles and bicycles. They add a fee of $35 per day. Overall OK but not great

Great property to stay at. The room was large had a small mini kitchen and large living room with tv in addition to a large bedroom. There were 2 bathrooms and full size fridge. The staff was great and we were walking distance to 5th ave shops and restaurants.

Comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location very close to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. staff at the hotel was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Good amenities like bikes and shuttle to the beach. The only I would say the hotel should improve on is their breakfast. Since they are charging a resort fee I think a few healthier options should be available. The only options were sugary pastries and brown bananas. Coffee was good though. Overall, we really enjoyed our staff and would definetly come back’

The location of this hotel is excellent and we had a lovely quite room at the front of the hotel which is in a lovely tree lined residential street but only a few minutes walk to 5th Avenue. We stayed at 5 hotels (Including two other Opal Collection Hotels) in our 3 week stay in South Florida and this hotel was definitely the best.

The Capri Inn is just a couple of blocks from 5th Ave where all the shops and restaurants are so we love the fact that we can park our car for a week and then just walk everywhere. The beach is also a nice walk away. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and rooms are so comfortable and well appointed. Pool is heated and very relaxing! Love our stays here!

Capri Inn was a perfect find! We were greeted with a champagne toast when we arrived. All the staff were so friendly and professional, the decor is lovely, the room was spacious, they had a piano player Saturday evening in the bar area who was wonderful to listen to, a nice breakfast, and a short easy walk to 5th Avenue. What could be better?!

Nicely appointed hotel in Old Naples

The Capri Inn is a great place to stay in Old Naples. The parking was easy, it was a safe area and convenient to restaurants, shopping, the beach and bay. It was just 2 blocks from all the restaurants and shops on Fifth Avenue. Although we did not use the shuttle, it was available. The rooms were large, comfortable and nicely appointed. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Capri Inn. Also, the staff was excellent!!
