This hotel is extremely overpriced at $1,000 a night. The service was poor, and they put us in a room located in a building that wasn’t even the one shown on the Expedia photos. The room had no minibar, no bathroom amenities besides a hairdryer, and the attention to detail was on par with a Holiday Inn, not a luxury hotel.

Staff were great, Location was awesome. Common area such as hallways and pool bath need to be cleaned up. Our hall to our room had dirty carpet . The pool bath looks like it could use a deep clean and some paint. Valet staff rocked!!!

Valet to beach - not good. Phones weren’t working.
Staff t pool is nice only if they show up, most of the time you have to look for staff.
No restaurants on site which is disappointing and ordering by the pool depends on if someone is actually there.
Disappointed and expected better.
Gym is outdated and the hotel could use updates.

This is a delightful place that is right in the center of everything. You can walk to numerous restaurants and lots of shops right outside the door. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are large with lots of counter space. There is a shuttle that goes to the beach, which takes less than one minute and they will take you and pick you up at any time as well as providing chairs and an umbrella. The pool area is perfect and there were always chairs available. This was our first time in Naples and we will definitely go back and would stay at the end on fifth again in a heartbeat!

The water faucet in the sink wouldn’t shut off a stream of water (not a leak, like running water) all night long. I let staff know at 3pm. I got back to my room at midnight and it still wasn’t fixed. Tried to sleep through it all night (with limited success).

This was described as a boutique hotel. It is dated and hasn't been updated since the '90s, with a 90s contemporary style of artwork, flooring and decor. The rooms are tiled so bring slippers or you're walking on cold tile. There's no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, no mini bar, the gift shop is minuscule, the size of a closet.. My room overlooked the parking garage. Check in is 4 pm. I was told I'd get a text when my room is ready, waited and by 4:00 I went to the front desk and asked why I didn't get a text even though it was obvious my room had been ready for a while. The staff is friendly and the place is clean but the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The location of the hotel is perfect, and hotel staff very friendly but unfortunately the cost isn’t worth it. The rooms are outdated and we had no hot water even asking for it to be fixed multiple times. Also the building next to the hotel is under construction so at 7am there was jack hammering and banging. We had an early flight and asked valet to leave our car up front and tipped 20 dollars to do so and he didn’t do that.

It’s was very nice place and convenient. They were going through renovations so it’s was weird you pull up on fifth and go in nice hotel then to have guests go to the back of hotel and go to the garage area to get to the elevator to get to your room. Going from nice inside to dragging your luggage where they valet cars and business they drop off food etc. Once you were on 3 floor you had to go down a 5 few steps to get to the floor off elevator. Very strange..

Solo vacation

The hotel is right on 5th avenue south, plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were great and very accommodating. Jose from valet had great dining recommendations, Israel, Lisa and I believe Judy from the front desk were very helpful and exceptional. Nicole from the spa was amazing and great to talk to as was Gail the bartender server from the pool area. Overall I have no complaints about the property or the staff. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly and will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Naples.

Stayed in room 310 third floor same floor as spa and fitness room. Very nice and clean. Can use fitness 24 hours and shower and restrooms. Pool on 2nd floor very nice. Had complimentary drink. Used hotel amenities for beach and transportation service within 1-2 miles. Cars are clean and comfortable. Convenient walking to all places, shopping, boutiques and restaurants. Clean, safe, well lit and water station. Elevator fast. Staff services great and fast. Accommodate your needs.
Bathroom need more hooks to hang clothes. Good shower and toilet separated by sliding door from sink. Beds a bit to high. Not enough plugs for charging. Pillows not that comfortable. Safe too close to bed, can hit on foot. No night/floor light in room. Not enough hangers for clothes. Slippers makes sqeaky noise on floor. Air conditioner blow at head board not well distribution. Good can close air vent ourselves, but then get too hot. No free breakfast, but can out to eat nearby good restaurants.

I reserved this property for two reasons. Being on Fifth and having valet parking. The valet parking was very unprofessional. I left my car at 5 pm. At 11 pm I went out to take my dog on a walk and found my car on the back of the building (which everyone has access to). The car was on and running, with no one inside and the window down. I believe the key was inside too. I could not believe but I was taking care of my dog whom needed to do their stuff, I was there for like 5-10 minutes no one around. Until someone came and told me they were moving cars. I understand they are moving cars. There was no reason to have the car on or with the window down, or both. They did both. This is uncredible negligent, someone could have taken it. Even for a jolly ride or whatever it could have been extremely dangerous and made the hotel or me liable of something bad. The worse is that the hotel crew told me I was going to be contacted afterwards, they never did. So if the manager replies to this thing saying they are going to contact me or review this I do not believe them since they had their chance for almost a week and did not do it.

Everything was great about this hotel! - the rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and balconies, beautiful pool with great food and drinks, and the best location if you’re looking to walk to shops and dining! There is a car service offered to the beach and other destinations within a mile of the hotel. We’re already planning our next stay for December!

I traveled with my husband and our 5-month-old baby, and also encouraged my parents to stay at the same property based on its reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable for a family traveling with an infant.

Here’s what went wrong:
•The first room we were assigned had a door that wouldn’t open.
•The second room had a strong mildew odor, which made it unsafe for our baby.
•We finally settled into a third room, but during our stay we saw cockroaches multiple times — I have photos and videos documenting this.
•The AC unit smelled strongly of mold, making the room uncomfortable and raising health concerns.
•There was loud construction all day, including constant drilling noise that frightened our baby and made it impossible to relax by the pool or enjoy the amenities.
•The beach chairs were filthy, and one of them even broke while we were on the beach, which was not only disappointing but also dangerous.
•The staff at the entrances consistently failed to greet or acknowledge us, making the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming.

This was meant to be a restful vacation, but instead it caused us unnecessary stress and discomfort.
