We chose Bellasera for a rare staycation. We had a great room overlooking the pool. We had a fun time but were highly disappointed to be woken up by construction near the pool the following morning at 6:45. When envisioning our nice, relaxing one night away from home, a 6:45 wakeup wasn't what we were expecting. Further disappointing was that we called the desk and were told they'd look into it, only for the consistent banging to continue until we finally had enough and left the room. Upon checkout, the attendant apologized, which was nice. What would've been nicer would have been no banging, or for it to stop, considering the time of day. We will think twice when booking next time. Really bummed that it was acceptable to have construction when guests are sleeping and paid good money to stay.

Had the absolute best time at Bellasera with my husband and three kids. The service at this resort is outstanding. We would love to give a shout out to Mike, the driver. He’d take us to and from the beach and always had great stories to share. My kids still talk about him few weeks later. We can’t wait to go back.

Wow. He is amazing. Service in general is great. The only person that was kind of rude was the condescending gentleman at the front desk (with a mustache).

We loved our stay at Bellasera so much and can't wait to stay here again. Room was huge (895 SF) and we had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, plus a dining room, living room, and enclosed balcony that also had a table and 4 chairs. The staff was great! The concierge got us a reservation for dinner at a \"very hard to get reservations\" restaurant! The free shuttle service that will take you and pick you up until 11 at night is amazing! 5-minute walk to 5th Avenue. 5 stars!

This is a bit of an unusual property in Florida because it is not right on the beach. But everything about this place is fabulous — and if you want to go to the beach it’s a very short drive and they take you there along with chairs,towels and umbrellas. A five minute ride. AND they come and pick you up. But, of course, they also have a fabulous pool. IT’s also a very short walk to Fifth Avenue and its shops and restaurants but if you don’t want to walk they will drive you to anywhere within three miles of the hotel. The hotel has a dinner and jazz club but we love their restaurant called the Claw Bar. Outside seating and great seafood. We love this place.

What a fantastic experience! This was a last minute trip for my husband and I and we were not disappointed!! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where the staff was as nice as they were at this property! Everyone from the front desk, to the shuttle guys, to the pool boy, and bartender were amazing!! Location was great. 10/10 would go back!

This is a condo hotel. We have stayed here more than once. If you plan on going to the shops and restaurants in town you can walk them from here or they will shuttle you.

I can’t say enough about our recent stay at the Bellasera Hotel! The property as perfect for a little sun and fun getaway. My husband and I went with our 23-year old daughter. There was something for everyone either at the hotel or close by. The 3-mile radius shuttle was incredibly convenient as were the beach chairs and umbrella service. Oh and the free bikes were great too!

Lovely suites and grounds, two fine restaurants and most of old Naples within walking distance.
