The front desk person was not friendly and seemed annoyed when we checked in and did not give us any useful information, such as when I could expect the deposit back or how to connect to the wifi. I called the front desk a dozen times to try to switch rooms because neighbors were yelling until 3 am the night before. Their phone rings and rings, and they never pick up. Their email also does not work. When I was finally able to go to the front desk, they were unable to switch our room but were able to tell us the people left, so we should not be disturbed again. Rooms are nice, but the sink pressure is way too harsh. The door is difficult to lock and unlock.

We checked in late because we were exhausted. The room had 2 beds and we coukdnt sleep in either one of them due to bed bugs and multiple different types of hair underneath the comforter and even the fitted sheet. We havent had any type of reimbursement partially or in full. When mentioned to the office manager the next morning she said she would call the pest controp and get it taken care of but that dtil doesnt explain the different types of hair. It doesnt matter if this is one of the lowest priced motels to stay there should still be a certain standard of cleaniless. This has inspired me to always bring my own linens and blankets. Places that arent up to Expedia standard should not keep them on thejr site. I think of lExpedia as an upright reputable company, not jf it continues to partner with places like this. I still havent gotten my $50,security deposit back and it looked better when we left ! I hope they do something qbout this because im out of a night of sleep and $130

Ok so here’s a very honest review! I, by no means, am boogie….. so in my opinion, I got what I paid for! We were in Naples for a soccer tournament and the hotel was just a place to shower and sleep. However, the entire property needs an extreme makeover! The beds are really hard, the bathrooms need help and they lacked the basic amenities like a blow dryer, bed linens etc. the checkin was easy and the people were very nice but it needs help all around!

All staff were pleasant and helpful. The room appeared clean and the pool looked clean and inviting, however it was too cool for me to check it out. The room lacked some items that are generally in hotel rooms, i.e. ice bucket (only an ice bag provided), hangers (you had to request), hair dryer- available upon request, a telephone, and towel racks or hooks. There were only ceiling lights and no table lamp which I like for nighttime reading. I noticed in other rooms there were table lamps so I requested one. The manager told me she would go out the next day and get one, which she did and which I appreciated. Apparently there were a few rooms without bedside lamps, as I saw at least five new lamps in the maintenance man’s vehicle. I let them know that the toilet needed to be attended to as it had to be flushed manually as the little stick inside the lid didn’t make good contact. All in all, minor inconveniences. Not particularly worth an extra hundred dollars a night. But it may bother others more. They call it an inn, but definitely a motel.

Television didn't work in the first room they put me in, so they moved me to a different room. It was cold in the room, so I turned on the heat. The heater started blowing smoke and the smoke alarms went off. I called the front desk and was told \"we will have maintenance look at it in the morning\"... I didn't have any other options, so I slept in my clothes with a jacket on because the temp in the room was around 58 degrees.. The people at the front desk acted like the just didn't care.

The reviews that I had read were very bad about the property when I was searching for one night stay in Naples. I reserved it because I had to stay only one night. I was really surprised upon my arrival. It was extremely clean, new laminated floor, clean bathroom and no bugs at all. The only thing that the fan was not working in the bathroom and TV had no YouTube. If you are looking for clean and affordable hotel in Naples, then get this. You will not regret. I will come to stay in this hotel again whenever I visit Naples, if they will keep it clean and affordable. Thanks again 👍

No frills, clean motel. Had a mini fridge and microwave, but no lamp, clock radio or coffee maker. Beds were comfortable, but watch your toes on the base that jutted out. Window shades were not room darkening.Had lots of outlets, but no USB ports. TV had very few channels. Heavy smell of cannibus in parking lot. Guess you get what you pay for.

There was no bell or number to call for a late check-in…… when somebody prepaid for the room, they expect to be able to get to the room.

Place is not well maintained. Many damaged items in room. Very, very low quality beding. You will want to bring your own pillow and blanket. Floor is coming up. Fixtures in shower were pushing out of the wall. Floor was dirty. Soxs turned black from the floors.

Nothing like the pictures. Stayed in kitchenette room and there is nothing in there. No plates or cups not even a coffee maker. Room was very run down. Wi-Fi was down during my stay. Doesn’t seem like the safest place either. Would not recommend.

This is an area where accommodation is expensive. The price here was lower than anything else but still pricey for our limited budget. The hotel is quite old, but everything was very clean. Don’t expect any luxuries here. Coffee and tea on in the front office.

Motel is very run down and doesn’t seem the safest option. Kitchenette is nothing like photos- no coffee maker, pot or even cup. Pillows are flat. Ended up going to Walmart and purchasing pillows and utensils for the week. Large gap in doorway allowed bugs to come and go. No bedside lamp and the WiFi was nonexistent -Mentioned this to front desk and was told they were aware.

I started a new job in the area but apartment wasn’t going to be ready for 3 weeks so I needed a place to stay and the Spinnaker was local, fairly priced and had kitchenette. The rooms are run down. Door doesn’t seal so bugs can crawl in and out along the side. States kitchenette and shows cups and plates in photos but there is absolutely nothing in the rooms- not even a coffee maker. Had to go to Goodwill to purchase pot, plate, spoon etc.. cabinets in kitchen have cardboard shoved in between so drawer will close. Have to take lid off toilet and pull chain so it’ll flush. There’s a telephone in room but no cord and don’t even try to use the Wi-Fi since it’s barely available. Had to do any work on laptop at the Starbucks. Unless you can’t afford anything else I wouldn’t recommend this place.
