Great for families, pool was extremely relaxing and not cold. Beach is few miles down the street. Hotel Parking is not free. It’s an added charge to your hotel stay. Rooms were extremely clean & beds were comfortable.

I had such a great stay here! The property is beautiful and very well kept, and my room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly that by the end of the trip I felt like I was visiting friends instead of staying at a hotel.

Now let's talk about the food. I usually approach hotel restaurants with low expectations and a backup snack plan, but this place proved me wrong. Everything I ordered was delicious, and the drinks were dangerously good.

They also had live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, which was a nice surprise and made the evenings even more fun.

And I know this sounds random, but can we talk about the water? The shower water was so soft that I seriously considered checking if I could take it home with me. The pool and jacuzzi were the same way. It's such a small detail, but it made everything feel extra relaxing.

Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway.

Beautiful hotel in Naples and great location. We were pleased with the room, very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the water. It was a nice walk getting to dinner on 5th Ave. Overall, I think it's one of the best deals for a nice place to stay at a great price in that area.

The rooms are dated with very unclean showers. I have asthma and every night when I entered the room I started coughing! The bed pillows are old and dead. The carpet needs cleaning and updated. Very drab. Most of the staff are okay however I did see a bar tender eating some fries off of an order that was waiting to be served! That was very unsanitary! The breakfast was ok but always cold and no where to heat it up. The prices for snacks and water were outrageous! I would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay there again.

WARNING! The standard Queen room with view does NOT have a balcony!!! It is advertised with multiple photos of a balcony though. When we brought this up as a complaint, we were told “not to rely on photos”. Highly disappointing and misleading.

Pros: The property is well maintained for the most part and is in a lovely location on the bay. The staff were almost all friendly.

Cons: very thin walls meant I had to listen to someone get sick for a long time in the room next to me. Dirty carpet meant my white socks were black on the bottom after only walking around in the room for one evening. Other guests were inconsiderate and allowed their dog to bark for an hour one night.

Stayed with my wife and 2 girls rooms are a good size and clean, the pool area was great although you are right on the flight path of the local air port so jet and planes do fly over head around mid day every 3/6 minuets they’re fun for the first few. In site gym is very basic but on a holiday that’s all you need. Breakfast again is very basic but covers all bases well. Location for us was great as you are a stright line drive 9 minuets from the beach front and less than 5 minuets from bars, restaurants and most importantly coffee. Please try the pizza less than 5 minuets away in tin city slice it’s by far the best pizza we have ever tasted Overall a great stay 8/10

El hotel en general muy bueno, bien ubicado las habitaciones al río dan una vista espectacular, la piscina muy limpia y cierra a las 10 de la noche, tienen un bar restaurante en la misma piscina que ayuda para controlar el hambre, en todo momento ves personas atentas a los detalles, y la habitación la limpian todos los días, la experiencia fue fabulosa.

I really loved the grounds and the tropical feel of the pool. The availability of the restaurant was nice. The rooms were nice too, didn’t care for the pillows. too small and too flat. It was very inconvenient dragging our luggage from the parking garage. If the front desk had mentioned about parking and unloading first would have been nice. The hotel is a very convenient location to everything in the area. Hope to stay again real soon. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel and lobby. Well-maintained property and clean rooms. My kids loved the pool and there are plenty of shallow areas for little ones. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great and the coffee was better than some of the local coffee shops! Can't beat the proximity to shops/restaurants/beach. It was our second stay and we will be back.

Beautiful spot & convenient location. Room was meticulously clean and spacious. The view from our balcony was beautiful overlooking the pool & marina. Breakfast had fresh fruit and a wide selection of hot food which was replenished frequently by some very hard working staff who never stopped moving the 1/2 hour we were there. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again the next time we are in the Naples area.

Breakfast was solid, and the rooms themselves are impressively spacious. That said, a few things stood out as surprisingly underwhelming for a hotel at this price point. The pillows are oddly small given the scale of the rooms, the bathroom amenities are bare-bones — no moisturizer, no shower cap — and there's no complimentary water to be found anywhere. At close to $300 a night, you'd expect the basics to be covered. They weren't.

My first time experience with Hyatt at Naples wasn’t the best how I expected to be. To begin with nobody told us before booking our stay that the pool would be closed after 3pm because of a “wedding” however the bartender at the hotel was very kind Miguel very nice and huge customer service experience was A1 with Miguel but another young name Igor was extremely rude when he saw me and my gf seating with our bottles of water in our hands and all he said was “ you guys cannot bring stuff from outside only need to buy from us “
To be that was unacceptable specially since we adapted to the wedding that they were having and they closed the pool after 3 PM
Me and my girlfriend we were coming from Miami to Naples just to have a weekend of relaxing by the pool and that was not even possible with our stay unfortunately. I will definitely not recommend friends or family to come stay here.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The property was very clean throughout, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel offers great amenities, and one of my favorite parts was the beautiful views of the water, which made the experience feel even more relaxing even though I was traveling for business.

The breakfast buffet was good - there were plenty of good options to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh and satisfying. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, where I ordered the grandma’s chicken dish which was absolutely delicious.

When I first arrived, my assigned room was located very close to the elevator and had a connecting door. As a female traveling alone, this made me a bit uneasy. I went back down to the front desk to ask about alternatives, and that’s when I met Alex. At the time, I didn’t realize he was the manager, but he took my concerns seriously right away. He listened carefully and immediately found me a different room that was farther from the elevators and did not have an adjoining door.

I really appreciated how thoughtfully he handled the situation. His care and attention made me feel much more comfortable and truly enhanced my overall stay. It’s that kind of service that makes a place stand out, and I’m very grateful for it.

The hotel is expensive for the amenities, room, and service offered. The room was clean, but the comforter and pillows were uncomfortable and not cozy at all. The breakfast was average—similar to what you would get at a $100-per-night hotel, with very limited variety and only the basics. The pool was not heated. The view was beautiful, but that was about it.

Everything great except the room. We were given a room directly under the a/c chiller and it was impossible to sleep from so the vibrations

We were moved with no fuss, which was great service. Just slightly annoyed to later overhear maintenance guys saying it was a known problem for that and the adjacent room and laughing that they would have given us earplugs and told us to turn our tv up and suck it up

Breakfast just average, we only went there once. However restaurant was great, as were drinks and as were pretty much every server.

In summary, if you don’t get room 345 or 347 and don’t have high breakfast expectations this is a great, clean, conveniently located hotel with great staff.

We enjoyed the pool and the hotel was nice. Sitting at the pool you do feel like you are on the landing zone of Naples airport. Planes flying over are VERY loud. The restaurant could not let my daughter order a pizza without toppings. It had to be the honey glaze pizza that was on the menu. We went somewhere else due to this. I thought it was strange they couldn’t modify such a simple thing. I would mainly not stay here because of the noise from the planes. The complimentary breakfast was nice and we appreciated the fresh fruit. Also, it was difficult to get chairs at the pool. My daughter and I had to share a chair the first day we were there.

Hotel was fantastic. Location was very convenient and much of Naples is within walking distance. The view of the marina was so pretty. Hotel was quiet even though it was over spring break with many families. We never had any issues with finding a spot by the pool to lounge. Breakfast was included and had a decent amount to choose from and had hot choices. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen, full sized fridge, countertop range and microwave. I will definitely be back. It was a great experience for a mother daughter getaway.
