Breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the room felt warm for most of the night. Even though we had the thermostat set to 65 degrees, I woke up several times and didn’t finally feel comfortable until around 6 a.m.

We were in room 304, which was quite far from both the elevators and the parking garage, making it less convenient than expected. For the price I paid per night, I expected a much more comfortable and convenient stay overall.

I paid extra for a room with a balcony and water view, but was given a room on the first floor where people walking by could see inside the room. They offered me a new room for the next day (of only a two night stay), and made me check out at 11am. I was without a hotel room for 5 hours waiting for them to call me about the new room (I went to confirm 3 times that they would call me when it was ready). They never called, and then tried to tell me that the room was ready at 12. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that the room was ready at 1:30 (conflicting stories) and that they couldn't offer me a refund for the day since I was ready to leave. Got \"upgraded\" to a nice room (read: they finally gave me the room that I paid for). Honestly, if the customer service would have been better and I wasn't lied to, it would have been an okay stay. I recommend you stay elsewhere, not worth the money I paid for two nights.

Great room overlooking the river, comfy bed and ice bathroom. Pool area was spacious with lots of beds, the pool itself was very large with a jacuzzi too. Parking was easy and check in was very efficient. Staff were friendly, the lobby and bar area were smart, modern and stylish. Breakfast was good, had everything we wanted (eggs, bacon, fruit pastries etc).

I had a very pleasant experience with my girlfriend there. The staff was very friendly and professional, the room was very spacious it looked like it slightly needed some upgrades but overall it was good. The pool was excellent big enough for everyone to enjoy themselves even though due to the weather we couldn’t enjoy it much . Overall we had a great experience highly recommend the place

I typically don’t complain and go with the flow. Worst mattress ever. Body aches. Cleaning people not reliable / had to chase them down. It’s unfortunate because this property itself has a lot to offer and some great people - kimgen the server as well as her partner at the bar - didn’t catch his name. Hyatt can do better. Buy some decent mattresses, train your cleaning people, reward the ones actually working.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean with balcony and Marina view which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining was a little farther than expected. So not as convenient as I had hoped. Although it was self parking in garage there was a $25 per day charge.

This place became very dirty. Rooms nasty,the floor no clean, 2 towels provided for a suit room, no shower gel, no cover for the couch. Breakfast area dirty the windows dirty, food cold. This was the 4th time staying in this place and see a huge difference on service and conditions.

However, we paid for a room with a water view. It’s a 3 story building. We were given a room on the 1st floor looking over a dock. But with a large sign with rules and water safety information on it, right in the middle of our “view”.

Breakfast looked great but eggs, meat and potatoes were cold. The toaster wouldn’t toast!

The craziest thing is the hotel is directly in the flight path of the Naples airport. Private jets are taking off and landing all day, roaring right over the hotel, literally only a few hundred feet over it.

The property is nice and functional. The breakfast area was super crowded and the food is basic at best. Seems like an afterthought - didn't even go there the second day. The coffee was not good either. The place (due to the number of people mostly) felt messy. Similar category hotels will have the same issue, but all needs to do much better.

Beautiful water views from the room balconies and the pool area. It's definitely worth it to pay extra for a room with a water view balcony. Large pool with beach style entry with poolside food and beverage service. Clean and spacious king suite with walk-in shower. Walkable to the 5th Ave S shops and restaurants. I loved sitting on my balcony in the wonderful fresh air enjoying the view. So relaxing!

Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great.
One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and the service was top notch. I had called ahead for an early check in but they didn’t have availability but when we arrived early I thought I’d ask again and they were able to get us in. The room was comfortable and very clean. It had a kitchen and it look liked it was never used it was so clean

The restaurant/bar was nice, food was good and service was great.

The pool was nice with lots of lounge chairs to pick from. It right on the cove and has a nice walking path around it.

Breakfast was included and it was hot, replenished quickly and good.

Across the street there is a whole area of bars and shops.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be back.

I booked a room that was pictured as having a balcony with a bay view. Upon arrival, I was told that the room I had booked did not actually face the water. Since it was a special occasion, I asked if anything could be done, and the only alternative offered was a room with two queen beds. While the view from the balcony was beautiful, it was awkward and disappointing for my husband and me to stay in a room with two separate beds for a birthday getaway.

In addition, despite mentioning multiple times that this was my birthday trip, the acknowledgment from staff was minimal. When I checked in, the receptionist didn’t recognize or mention it at all, and later in the day, when I picked up a birthday gift that a friend had dropped off for me, only one of the receptionists casually said “happy birthday.” No gesture,no small upgrade, no welcome drink, not even a simple card,was offered. I don’t expect anything extravagant, but in the hospitality industry, small touches can make a big difference, especially for a special occasion.

Breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited options and nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience felt mediocre at a price point where I expected something far more polished.
To be fair, the location’s excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and willing to help, beyond that, I left feeling disappointed. For $300 per night, I expected a more thoughtful, guest-centered experience, especially on a trip that meant to be special
