It was very nice. The unit (renovated) was very spacious and comfortable. The Beach is a 15min walk away. The pool and the hot tube was clean and very quiet at this season. The parking is free and you can rent bikes and beach equipments for free.
The only cons is the lack of cleaning for a 5 nights stay. And you can hear the TV of the next door unit when you are on the master bedroom.

The personnel working, whether be on the front desk or the ladies cleaning the pool equipment were always the most pleasant. Unfortunately, this go around the weather did not hold up as it basically was raining every day, but our last two out of seven. But at least we didn’t have to get out of Dodge early, so to speak, as we did last fall when the second of those two major hurricanes blew through.

Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again.

THE best place to stay with a family. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, 2 full bathrooms, screened in porch overlooking the backyard and boat ramp. Oh yes, a full kitchen for those forced to cook! Amazing resort, just expect to spend an awful lot
We arrived literally during a tornado warning from hurricane Idalia and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Luckily enough, the bad weather went by quckly and we had an amazing time.
The resort is gorgeous, it's small and compact and the pool area is lovely. For Naples, it's surprisingly wallet friendly as well..
The apartment is huge, and can easily accommodate 3-4 adults. The beds are comfortable and the balcony is lovely and totally screened. Naples was extremely quiet post Idalia so it's hard to judge the surroundings; you definitely need to have deep pockets to survive in Naples though, it's an eye wateringly expensive place but very beautiful.

The first room the doors in the baron of vanity bathroom was broke,in the kitchen no dishwasher and small bucket lick.

In the new room the A/C was not working,at , I call back to from desk but no body answer the phone.

This property was clean, our suite was expansive and the location was perfect! We took out free bikes and were able to easily get to the beach and the upscale shopping areas. The only downside was no elevators. They have a pool, a nice bar and are located right on the marina. If I get a chance I’d definitely return!

Great place to stay with a lovely pool area - beautiful view of the bay from the pool & hot tub, poolside tiki bar with drinks and quick bites like chicken fingers etc. We had great weather and the pool area was still not crowded. We also rented bikes for a day (free from the front desk) to ride around Naples, and took the dolphin boat tour that left right from the Charter Club dock, which was fantastic. Rooms are nice and spacious with everything we could want or need for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

There is no elevator. We had to drag heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor and then down. There is no lobby to check in. The room was spotless, very clean. I wish I knew this is not a traditional hotel prior to booking.

Parking was a pain. Parallel parking very tight spaces. B9t enough parking and very small drive eay which should be one way sibce tqo cars can not pass each other because of the parallel parking spots. Stair were horrible. They were painted with not slip resistance to them at all. My daughter fell and hurt her back. My husband said he loved most every thing there but might not stay again because of the stair Hazzard.

The Charter Club resort couldn’t be more perfect!! Amazing location, one mile from the beach and .5 miles from restaurants and shopping… safe and quiet… great communication with staff while on site… helpful staff who work tirelessly to make sure everything is clean, comfortable and relaxing... comfortable beds and towels and the amenities are perfect! It was everything we could have hoped for. We would stay here again and again.
For those who want to stay in and cook for yourselves, be sure to stock up on extras like cooking spray, condiments, etc. This didn’t impact us as we ate out for lost meals, but if you are planning to cook for yourselves the only thing in the kitchen is ice, salt, pepper and plates, cups, silverware etc.

The place was right on the water so we had a great view of the water. The property had a washer and dryer in the unit. The full size kitchen with utensils made it convenient to cook. They also have bikes to rent in which you are only a short bike ride to downtown Naples and the Naple pier.

Great location and well maintained property. The property was within 10 minutes of everything; the beach, old Naples, 5th Avenue, Tin City and many other local restaurants. The pool and tiki bar areas were outstanding; clean, spacious and in very good condition. The accommodations were just as pictured in the website. The bonus was that the washer & dryer were in the unit and the service left us with small amounts of detergent and soap for our short stay so that we didn't need to purchase any. The late check in procedures were very easy and helpful for when you arrive late at night.
My ONLY complaint, if there has to be one, was the noise from the public boat launch next door and it really was only noisy in the morning.

Not all units wheelchair accessible as stated
I was extremely disappointed especially when the person checking me in said it was my fault for not contacting before booking (I sent an email prior to booking). Apparently the wording on the Vrbo listing where it says contact diamond resorts is not correct information because this is what I did. Anyway the person that checked me in said I could get my 200+ pound father in by pushing him up the steep grassy hill! Sounds safe doesn’t it? He had very little experience with customer service. We were extremely disappointed as the accessibility was the reason for us booking there were so many other less expensive places. Furthermore, days after I booked other units with the same layout were available nearly $100/night cheaper than the rate I received. Other things about this ground floor unit is that you hear every step taken by the people above you. And be careful when walking out of your room. The cleaning crew launches trash bags and bags of laundry from the first and second floors to avoid carrying them down stairs. It’s totally insane!

We have wanted to stay by the bay in our town for some time, and got the chance to do so the week before Labor Day.
We enjoyed being at the pool overlooking the ships on the bay each day.The resort is so quiet and the atmosphere calming.The units are spotless and while needing updating, paint wise, and bathrooms, the 25 feet plus porches are a real treat.

My family loved it. Very comfortable unit with 2 rooms and 2 bathroom, very clean and nice pool and Jacuzzi. It have a great view and is only 10 blocks to get to the Pier.
