Knights Inn Has the perfect location for me when I'm in town -- close to East Nashville, Germantown, and downtown, but not too close to Broadway. It's basic, no special frills, and the linens may have a few old stains -- but the price is reasonable, and it gets the job done. I've stayed here multiple times. 👍👍👍

Beds, vanity but tub room had no updates- Also parking lot was in very bad shape- Front desk staff not welcoming when checked in & said nothing when checked out- Also we were not told when booked the reservation there would be extra fee for parking-

This room was highly neglected. There was mold, dirty towels still in the room. The floor was not look clean and you can see where they moved the furniture and their were stain everywhere. Nothing worked except one outlet. The cleanest thing in the room was the fridge. Had read some yelp reviews and they mentioned clean room and decent stay mostly that we were just passing through on a road trip. That is not what we got. This hotel was COMPLETELY over priced. We didn’t even want to cover ourselves with how bad it was. We slept in our clothes with a hoodie on and left not even 3 hours after checking in. It was horrible. Don’t stay here even if you’re just passing through. Save yourself the money and sleep in the car it will be better.

I ended up having a 6 day stay at this hotel due to inclement weather and conditions.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the check in process was quick and no hassle.
Any need I had was met quickly and with a smile.
The rooms and facility are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast offered has plenty of options for everyone.
I would recommend a stay here to anyone if they asked.

The front desk staff was very kind, offering free parking for the first night. Parking is $10/night in a large well-lit lot with security cameras. Just across the Cumberland River, Knights Inn is probably the best value in the area for what it provides and how close it is to downtown Nashville. A good breakfast with hot items is served every morning and the rooms are well maintained. I highly recommend this inn if you are okay with a motel style stay over the high costs of the downtown options without giving up much convenience.

Upon entering the Knights Inn, we were presented with a wrapped around line within the lobby. Yes, I understand it was busy because of the weather. After the 45 minute wait to get the room, we had to run and get dinner. When we got back, we went to the room, and were ready to get some rest. I found several dead roaches in the bathroom and around the bed. Didn’t think nothing of it, until I was lying down with some not so friendly friends. I’m not one to share my bed with bed bugs. They gave me a hard time about giving my money back until I mentioned they better call the owner right now and make sure I get my money back now so I can hurry up and get a hotel room before every hotel room in Nashville is taken because we are in a state of emergency.

EVERY TIME I travel through Nashville, I stay here! Budget wise travelers? Stay here. The premises is very safe, loads of security csmeras, well lit, i have stayed here over 12 times and my vehicle has never been broken into/ damaged. I always have a clean room, clean bed, and there are great eateries to drive to nearby within 5 minutes. It is located 5 minutes to downtown. I will always return here and I am from Dallas, TX!

Typical for what you'd expect from a cheap motel. Booked here for the prime location close to Interstates, Titans stadium, downtown Nashville, Broadway, etc. $10/day for parking. The free hot breakfast is a great amenity, however I would recommend mounting a TV in the dining area (for ambiance and background noise). Front desk was satisfactory but never once smiled at me. Room was sufficiently clean and well-equipped.

the bad- separate payment for parking $10, the front desk NEVER answers the phone, the sheets were gritty, shower had hair in it, just didn’t feel clean overall.. AND the church next door has loudspeakers facing the hotel so forget about sleeping in.

The room was clean, but it looked and smelled very old. The walls and floors showed visible wear, especially corrosion in the corners, and the bathroom was outdated and in need of upgrades.

However, the worst part of our stay was the treatment we received from hotel security. We had paid $20 parking as part of our stay and on the second night we were sitting in our car talking for a short time before heading inside when a security staff member approached us and told us to leave the parking lot, questioning why we were still in the car.

He asked what room we were staying in, and even after we showed him our room key card, he continued to be passive-aggressive and tried to find reasons to remove us. He claimed that because the room was booked under my name and the car was under my husband’s name, we were not allowed to stay. I explained that our license plate had been registered during check-in and asked him to verify this with the front desk, but he refused and said he only checked the cameras and that registration “didn’t matter.”

The interaction made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of how poorly we were treated, we packed our belongings and left the hotel immediately. This was unacceptable customer service, especially for paying guests who had already paid for parking as well.

As someone who has worked in a hotel for over 7 years and travel for work. I know the ups and downs. The convenience of this hotel was great! Right across the bridge from Broadway and only $4/$6 to Uber one way. We were in town for the Saints/Titans game (WHO DAT NATION!) we arrived Friday and checked out Monday, the breakfast was great everyday, hot and fresh. Front desk was very accommodating. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive. Honestly, the only 2 complaints I have were the $10 a day for parking, because it wasn’t listed on the site and the nighttime front desk didn’t answer the phone when we needed more towels. But all in all the hotel is a great hotel to stay at if you want somewhere quiet, with a decent view of the skyline and a warm breakfast! Will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I come back to Nashville.

It was a quick stay & perfect for thw purpose & very affordable. I was initially worried because it usnt the vest neighborhood & I am a single woman but I experienced no priblems and had a comfortable & restful sleep. Perfect location for what we wanted to do in Nashville. John was at the front when we checked in and when we left. Absolutely stellar customer service and such an awesome guy. Set us up with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, no sign of bedbugs, perfect for the price point. We got a good night's sleep (understand that you are sleeping in a city and there will be car noise) While we did not use the shower, the bathroom and towels were clean. About as good as complimentary hotel breakfast gets. Thanks for having us!
