Exceptional in every regard less one thing. On top of the $859 I paid to stay for one night in advance, I received an invoice for an additional $32 amenity fee. When I asked about the fee, the concierge proceeded to point out all of the amenities in the hotel, and there are many, and I was told they pass that fee on to every client to help cover the cost for such amenities. I responded, then what was the $859 I already paid you for?

The problem is their bedding. It’s synthetic so you wake up sweating and then you get cold…then you wake up again sweaty. They need breathable bedding. Our shower floor was also greasy which was kinda gross. Food was really expensive but not great.

Absolutely loved my stay at 1 Hotel Nashville! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, earthy, and so calming. The natural design elements, greenery, and beautiful wood details made it feel like a luxury retreat right in the middle of downtown.

The rooms were stunning — super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with the most comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the little sustainable touches throughout the hotel.

The location is perfect for exploring Nashville, but honestly, the hotel itself feels like a destination. The rooftop views were incredible, and the overall atmosphere was both upscale and relaxed.

Can’t wait to stay here again — highly recommend!

From the entry (outside) to the journey all the way up to the room; the hallways everything is just beautiful with real plants everywhere, even in the room.
This is the BEST part about the hotel.
The room itself is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with toiletries and great soap and lotion.
The staff upon check in could have been a bit more informative; this was our first stay; we didn't know about the roof top deck and when I asked about the restaurant up there, they just said it has a private event so it's closed.... also I do not think our rooms were cleaned up to their standards is all I will say.

“YES”. This was an excellent hotel, super clean, room size above average, bedding superb, great location, great eco values. So why 4 stars and not 5 stars? We are being picky but worth pointing out…
We stayed 3 nights, i drink peppermint tea at breakfast, on the first morning at breakfast i order this, no problem. On the second morning they had run out, apparently i had the last of it yesterday! The third morning still no peppermint tea!!! Come on, send someone out to buy some! We are in hospitality ourselves, and we would without fail, send someone out to buy some teabags.
Asked twice for ketchup at breakfast before it came.
At checkout they just charged our card without showing us the bill, and when we received the email of our bill there was $146 tequila from our room that we never had ! yes, we accept these are small issues but five star $750 a night rate, you need to fix these small faults.

Beautiful hotel with plants incorporated everywhere! Beds were super comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and the roof top bar was marvelous with delish drinks and a DJ spinning a great set! Drinks are pricey, but not any more than any other hotel. Nice touch that they have a Nespresso machine in the room and they provide pods. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Loved the concept of the sustainability of the hotel. There were a few unpleasantries. The city view was next to a construction site and was quite noisy. No sleeping in. Granted, that is temporary. Did NOT like the toilet area. Enclosed in ribbed glass. There's no hiding when your wiping the tushy.
The food on the main floor was great. The bartenders were fantastic!! Kind, helpful and could make about anything you wanted. (Even not on the menu). I would go back just to see them! Shout out to Renee and Mickey!! (Just to name a couple - there were many more that were just as great!)
And lastly, the valets at the hotel were great! They got your car promptly. They kept the car moving and the area clean and free of a lot of extra cars being around.

Kennedy was amazing, checked us in early, allowed us to upgrade our room for more space (for a cost), and checked in periodically during our stay. After we made our way to Broadway St for some shopping, lunch and music, we returned to find a wine and app treat waiting for us. The hotel rooms are beautiful with a cool vibe and design. We really enjoyed the hotel itself, and its proximity to everything.
