The hotel is in an amazing area so many things within walking distance. The views from the rooms wasn’t anything spectacular. The room in itself is super nice, the bed is cozy. There is not a refrigerator to be able to have drinks. There is not an ice machine conveniently located. They advertise having room service however there is not a room service menu to review to be able to order a room service. We stayed at the hotel for five days. The cleaning lady came the first couple of days, however, the last three days literally just came in and put a blanket on the table and towels on the table didn’t even dump the trash. I paid nearly $2000 for this hotel for five days and maybe my expectations were a bit more for the cost factor definitely not worth that cost.

Valet staff very kind, front desk staff not very informative about the property nor very friendly (some were but some also seemed to be “bothered” by providing information. We had an issue with our mini bar being frozen shut and were unable to open it. It took atleast 2 hours for someone to come fix it. We were also told we would not have to pay for 3 of our nights of valet due to a device error and we had tried to pay 3 times previously, and then were charged $131.70 for parking after being told it was on the hotel and not to worry about it. We were also charged for our destination fee, which was supposed to have been waived due to the issues we had with the minibar in our room. Valet parking seemed very unorganized, however staff was very kind and did a great job. Rooftop restaurant, COA, was good; however seemed unpleased that my husband and I didn’t have a reservation. If a reservation is needed, front desk staff should provide that info. Hotel in general was clean and had a cool vibe, just mostly not as pleased with some staff compared to other hotels in the area. Overall not a bad stay but wouldn’t stay again. Once again I’d like to thank valet staff for being the most friendly and eager to help compared to other staff.

We loved everything but there is like 2 or 3 complaints. Dog hair in one of chairs in the room and put a vending machine or start selling snacks in that hotel other our stay was amazing! I’m telling you if you put snacks customers would love it!

Comfy bed, great view and great amenities. The best gym and great breakfast. Overall an unforgettable experience!
There are a few things that would have made it even more exceptional, such as a Normal shaped toilet set, instead of squared-Minecraft seat. Also, a more detailed receipt and not having to pay for daily valet parking but I would stay at this location again.

The room & hotel as a whole were very clean!
Just a few notes for the reasoning of 3 stars:
1. The front desk agent did not tell us about our $15 daily food credit, which was paid for in fees, so would have been wasted money had I not read the fine print on the key folder.
2.Housekeeping missed our room on day one. When calling down to the desk, the agent stated that we must have had our DND sign up which is why they missed us.. which was incorrect, we never used the sign, it was just an excuse instead of taking ownership of the mistake.
3.The complimentary shuttle service is an awesome feature and will get you to a lot of popular spots, however the drivers are very rude. They acted as if requesting a ride was an inconvenience to them, even though we left a tip each time. They did not put on their seatbelt so the alarm continued to ding throughout the ride, took sharp turns, blatantly ran stop signs and played vulgar music in the car. The ride didn’t feel welcoming, safe or give off a “hospitality” industry vibe.
4.The app and website boast gorgeous features such as a roof bar and more specifically a moon/space themed bar. We thought this was super cool and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, just to find that those were Ai generated images and these bars are still “under construction” and not available to guests.
5- food service at the cafe is EXTREMELY slow with poor communication. I waiting 35 min for 2 breakfast burritos after being quoted a 10 min pick up

When we got to the hotel, they could not find our reservation. I showed the receipt from Expedia and the room I had booked and the man at the desk kept apologizing for the inconvenience. They said because of the inconvenience, they upgraded our room to a king suite. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the room was incredible. They even sent us a bottle of wine because i said it was my husbands bday. They have a shuttle that took us to the comedy club and picked us up. We will definitely be staying here again. Best hotel we have stayed at in Nashville

The check in process was seamless. No wait and even though we arrived 3 hours veggie check in, our room was ready and they let us go on up with no extra charge. The staff is very friendly. The entire facility is clean. Our room was great! The hotel also offers free shuttle service to downtown / Broadway area and was quick to get us where we needed to be. I would highly recommend staying here!

The room looked great but quite a few things missed the mark. We got to Nashville super early and went to the hotel to see if any early check in would be available, but it wasn't, no big deal. But the room still wasn't ready at 4 at the normal check in time. There was a light on the terrace that was flashing like a strobe light all night, the thermostat wasn't able to be changed, there was absolutely no hot water at 4am when we were trying to shower and leave and when we went to make coffee with the Nespresso machine, the cops were too small and it overflowed everywhere. The room and hotel overall were very spacious and gorgeous and the staff was pleasant. Things could have been much better though for such a new hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Canopy Hotel in downtown Nashville for a quick overnight trip, and we were absolutely blown away. The hotel is beautiful — modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. It has a cool industrial-chic vibe that made the experience upscale and unique.

Every interaction we had with the staff was fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay feel even more special. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, everything was truly top-notch. Shout out to Emma, front desk, Joe, driver and the restaurant staff including Akash and Tina. We caught you guys caring about and loving what you do. We love that! 😊

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend the Canopy if you’re staying in Nashville — we’ll definitely be back!

The hotel itself was fine. The rooms were modern, and very clean. The front desk, valet, bar, and housekeeping staff are wonderful. Where the hotel lost points was the restaurant, both in food and service. The service team was rude. I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with them. I waited by the host desk to get seated for several minutes. Many waitstaff walked by me and no one sat me. At some point, I sat myself at an empty table. Many waiters walked by me and didn’t even look my direction. I must’ve sat there for a good 15 minutes before I was able to capture the attention of someone. The waitress that I was able to flag down seemed to be very annoyed that I had seated myself and even pointed this out. I had to let her know that I did wait to be seated, but no one serviced me so I was just sat myself. I also told her that I had been seated there for a very long time and she had walked by me several times and didn’t even notice me. I think the restaurant staff has a “ noticing people” problem. As far as the food, it was horrendous. I ordered an avocado toast and somehow they managed to mess that up. I believe they put way too much lime juice in the avocado, because it was incredibly sour. Either that or there was some ingredient in the mash that had gone bad. It was utterly disgusting.

Everything was fresh and clean. Our suite was beautiful, as were the views from the 10th floor! The only issues were construction on the floor above on our first day which was fortunately completed that day and instructions on operating the electric drapes (no obvious switch, they opened magically in the middle of the night, and the front desk staff had no idea how to operate) - the hotel is brand new so both issues were minor. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Our recent stay at the Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel has such a stylish, modern vibe while still feeling warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. exactly what I hoped for.

The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and every interaction felt genuine. The location couldn’t be better. close enough to walk to the main spots downtown but still peaceful enough to relax after exploring the city.

From check-in to checkout, everything met my expectations perfectly. I appreciated the little details from the clean, cozy bed to the quality of the in-room amenities and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

Staff was very nice, but we were supposed to be able to check-in at 3pm but had to wait until 4:30pm. It took 40 minutes to get ice delivered (didn't realize we could get our own ice on the 2nd floor). Couldn't get the Nespresso machine in our room to work, but there was a machine on our floor to get hot water which is all I needed. There was no iron & board in the room, but it had a steamer which I didn't use. Everything else was great.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean. Fitness facility was top notch. Only downsides were a bar staff member who treated customers as if they were there for her pleasure, not the other way around, the elevator key floor access was not labeled and most guests were frustrated, and the filtered water bottle dispenser did not function. Recommend walikg a hundred feet in any direction to have a nightcap rather than deal with that bar staff. You’ll save money and frustration; especially when you were there to catch up with an old friend.
