Unfortunately,I was there for four nights! There was no hot water. Water in sink got warm, but shower never. They had a sign to conserve water, but you had to run the shower for ten minutes before it barely was warm. After the first day, I ended up taking sponge baths from the sink!

It’s already my second stay at this hotel and I really like it! It’s conveniently located, very clean with a little restaurant service breakfast and much in the building. Rooms are very basic, but everything is in working order. Hotel’s little secret: a roof with a gorgeous view of Oaxaca.

This property did not bear any resemblance to the xpedia description. Dishonest advertising. It was poorly maintained and there was no rooftop bar, just a few abandoned chairs and empty bottles.
Our room was cramped and in poor repair. We immediately checked out and found another hotel .
I agreed to pay for the first night even though we didn't stay and they agreed to refund
Me for the other two night but kept making excuses about why they couldn't. Worse, they asked for my bank account number, PayPal account and other accounts, which was suspicious.
I took photos of the poor condition of the property.

Loud Street no AC!

The room had no AC but that’s on me I should of read it before I booked.
On the first night the shower head did not work, it barely had any water coming out we mentioned to the staff and were able to fix it so more water would come out but not completely.
It’s located on a busy street and when I tell you busy I mean IT ! You hear the cars , motorcycles , buses it’s a loud street
Room was pretty small and hot .

Not good for long stays !
It’s close to most of the main sights in Oaxaca but not worth the hassle.

We stayed at the property for 8 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We were able to book a tour to Monte Alban the night before thanks to the staff. I would also says having the restaurant within the hotel was very convenient. However, the only complaint I would have is the roaches. We stayed in a room on the first, which is at level with the garage and street. Therefore I think because we were close to the street we found a lot of roaches roaming into our room.

The place is simple and you get what you pay for. The first night I had trouble getting in to the hotel after a long night out. The the person on duty was giving me a hard time if I stayed there and would not let me in. I told her m my name and room number and kept on asking me the same question. I eventually got in but the inconvenience was uncalled for. Other than that that I recommend this place.

I didn’t like the kind of locks they had for the door from the inside, I don’t know if someone kept pulling it but it would slightly open the door so I had to put a chair in front of the door to keep it from opening a bit. It was also really hot, they did have a ceiling fan but the fan wouldn’t cool the room at all. If you are going to stay there I would recommend opening the balcony door to cool the room a little obviously you can’t keep the balcony door open at night so the room would get really warm again. They also have a water dispenser but the water didn’t taste good it was nasty. They do provide you with waters in the room but they’re really warm if you want a cold waters you have to purchase it which i find silly. The room doesn’t have a mini fridge so you can’t even cool the waters. The location of the hotel is good though you can go to the zocalo or the plaza and you can easily take transportation. Overall though, I wouldn’t stay again.

Property was ok. Very noisy outside traffic can be heard from room. Staff was great! It’s a simple hotel. My only complaint is a tour I took with hotel and they go through an outside party, I was charged 300 which included everything minus lunch. It all changed when I got to all destinations there were hidden charges which was shady and sketchy. I told the hotel no one did anything about it. Also other hotels charge less for tours so shop around. I love Mexico but the way people try to get over on tourists is sad. Hence why many people don’t travel here.

I stayed 4 nights. My room was on the ground level right beside the parking area. My room had 2 windows 1 with a curtain 1 with bubbled glass and a bright light shining onto my bed. I rigged up a towel after the first bad nights rest. I did not try the restaurant attached to the hotel. No AC but was not a problem cool nights. Some traffic noise and many barking dogs near by. Very steep hill.

I couldn't find another hotel in Oaxaca since it was the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel. It is also well situated and an easy walk to the city centre. It is reasonably quiet and also has parking. Breakfast is available and is well done. Staff are great. It is, however, a basic hotel and rooms and lobby are very simple (which is fine if that is your expectation).

The staff was SUPERB and my room was large, comfortable & clean. Wifi was reliable.
My only complaint is the noise from Crespo. It was hard to shut out the noise from the buses.

In general, the hotel & staff exceeded my expectations.

El personal muy amable, la ubicacion quedaba a 10 min del zocalo caminando, muy buena. Limpieza deja harto que desear las sabanas manchadas con aureolas de aceite, y algunas de color cafe, a veces en el baño salía olor a desagüe y la presión de la ducha era muy débil. Es un hotel para ir a dormir nada más. Si me parecio extraño que en la mañana no tocaran la puerta para realizar el aseo, si no que abrian. Yo me encontraba durmiendo y me abrieron la puerta.

La atencion, servicio y limpieza es bueno, el estacionamiento es limitado y la ubicacion es recomendable. Un lugar tranquilo.

Me encanto. Solo cuando llegue, me ignoraron, nadie dijo buenos dias, como esta, me vieron llegar y nunca saludaron hasta q pregunte si ahi era el hotel o me habia equivocado. Y me respondieron… el check in es a las 2… no puede entrar antes…. !! Solo pregunte si era ahi.
El servicio en la cocina del restaurant … excelente, muy amables, atentos, y comida muy rica.
La habitacion, ocupa mantenimiento, tarda mucho en calentar el agua, la tv no funciobaba bien, se bloqueaba, y hacia un ruido extraño. La puerta del balcon no cerraba.
Estacionamiento… muy limitado y muy estrecho. Alguien al salir de ahi rallo mi carro.
Las mayoria de las personas que trabajan ahi… muy amables y educadas siempre.
Precio razonable.
En general 8 de 10. Y si volveria a quedarne ahi.

Encontramos una cucaracha el primer día, el estacionamiento pequeño y salimos tarde por qué según no estaba el huésped que dejó su auto adelante al final salió pero hasta que quiso creo que deberían tener mejor logística más por qué avisábamos una noche antes que salíamos. A las 6 y al final terminamos saliendo dos hrs después por ese inconveniente

Sin agua caliente y casi nada de agua fatal

Que decepcion, ya me he quedado varias veces en el hotel oero cada vez esta peor, el colchon viejo y duro sabanas que pican a la piel, pero lo peor SIN AGUA, con un mini chorro y sin salir agua caliente, me queje a recepcion, segun que habian puesto la bomba, pero nunca cayo mas agua faltal, ultima vez que llego a ese hotel

En general está bien, buena ubicación cerca de Santo Domingo y zócalo, además cuenta con un pequeño estacionamiento, lo malo es que las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, la puerta del baño no abre toda porque choca con la cama, el televisor no tiene buena señal, fuera de eso está bien para alojarse un par de noches

Pésima opción

Muy mal todo desde la llegada, nos negaron el estacionamiento, me mandaban a una pensión a varias cuadras del hotel con horario de entrada y salida, mala actitud del personal de recepción (Adriana Ortiz, fue el nombre que nos proporciona), discutiendo con su compañera indicando que había tenido discusión con otros huespedes, me dejaron esperando mientras discutían, me aventaron los controles, me toco escuchar cuando dijo que por que me quejaba si solo me hospedaria una noche y afortunadamente solo fue de paso, al día siguiente solo se pudo bañar un servidor con agua frían nos dijo la persona en recepción qué dejara abierta hasta que saliera agua caliente y le respondí que se desperdiciaria el agua, me indicó que usará el baño de una habitación recién desalojada, en fin; muy muy mala experiencia.
Tendré más cuidado con los hoteles qué están registrados en esta aplicación.

El servicio estuvo muy malo. Reservé para 4 personas y no había las toallas. Dice que tiene estacionamiento y no me permitieron hasta la noche que yo ya descansaba. Las imágenes que están en la aplicación no corresponden por nada a la habitación que yo me hospedé. Si tienen que tener mucho cuidado.
