The indoor pool was nice. The room was a good size everything was clean and comfortable. Did not like that certain things like the fire pit was only available Friday and Saturday. I didn’t check in until Sunday. I also didn’t like the fact other guests invited them selves to our balcony.

I stayed at this resort with my family and we had an amazing time! We came for relaxation so we spent most of our time in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed poolside food for lunch and the restaurant on site for dinner. Food and atmosphere were great! The entire resort including our rooms were extremely clean. Staff were super friendly. Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!

We were staying there for a wedding, and we were greeted and treated like royalty. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming.

Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying they will send someone to our room but no one came. We asked again twice (In one day) and still no one ever came even though the personnel at the front desk kept saying they will send someone out to service our room. We also noticed that our comforter had dried up blood in places all over and asked to have it changed and also have our sheets changed. We kept getting “ok we’ll send someone over” responses but nothing was done. We stayed there for 3 days and eventually needed some more towels and had to ask the front desk multiple times throughout the day again for someone to bring us the towels. Eventually someone did bring us the towels at around 11:30Pm but we felt pretty frustrated at that point with the level of service and having to ask so many times for these basic items and room maintenance. I’ve been in many hotels and motels in my life here and overseas but have never been as frustrated with the service I received in this hotel in the short amount of time I’ve spent there.

Family was up all night with a kid stomping and jumping off a bed in the room above ours. Was up till 330am. Told the staff and they sent security up but it continued. When we went to check out I told the front desk lady who knew about it and the security being sent to offer no compensation just oh yeah sorry about that.

We were so pleasantly surprised with this resort. We came for the night with our two toddlers and it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. They utilized the playground, swimming pools, and Cafe. It is a bit remote, but the resort has plenty of amenities to keep occupied. I am looking to stay in the winter and utilize their slopes! Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful experience!

The property as a whole is beautiful and definitely will be back. The downfalls were the bed frames had cobwebs, the outlets didn’t work, and when we tried to extend our stay with the offer they sent us they told us because we booked through Expedia we couldn’t take advantage of it. Huge disappointment.

Room was clean but furniture, color scheme, blinds, etc are outdated. Pull out sofa was NOT comfy at all. Bed was very firm and lumpy.
Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Food was amazing.
Just gotta take care of the carpenter bee problem but once the sun goes down the bees go away and it’s enjoyable outside again.
Staff was super friendly. Lovely to chat with. Super friendly to my kiddo.

Great selection of pools and hot tubs. Pools are heated. Only issue is that they charge a resort fee on top of the room fee. I booked through Hotels.com, this could have been mentioned in my booking confirmation but I didn’t read through the whole thing. It was $83 extra plus a $50 per night incidental hold. We did not have access to all the spring and summer activities they have as it was still too early.

I stayed at Bear Creek Mountain Resort this past weekend and overall had a really nice experience. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the food was also very good. One of the highlights for me was the pools—we loved having both indoor and outdoor options to enjoy.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, which always makes a stay more enjoyable.

The only downside—and for me it’s a big one—was the air conditioning in the room. The temperature stayed around 75°F, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. I ended up opening the window, which honestly saved the night. I’m not sure if this is an issue in all rooms, but I was in room 325.

That said, I would definitely come back because everything else was great. I just hope the AC situation is improved, especially with summer coming—otherwise it could make a stay pretty uncomfortable.

Whoever makes the menu for both restaurants needs to be fired. I’ve stayed here multiple times and enjoy everything except the fact that the food sucks and gets worse every time. I hate that I’ll have to find another place to go but eating is a priority.

Sadly our stay was awful. The hotel indoor pool was packed with people who couldn’t check in yet. They brought bags of their luggage and it was everywhere around the pool… total mess. There is only a small area to play in the snow with little ones. No open space at all. It’s just packed with snowboarders and skiers. The hotel is littered with day guests. They are eating in hallways and leave trash everywhere. The shops were running low on everything and completely picked over. The beds are rock hard. You can hear everything inside your room. I swear people were moving furniture above us all night. It was insane! There is no parking lot for guests so again completely run over by day guests. We had to walk so far. The hot tub near the spa was littered with beer cans and never picked up. The outside pool had no towels and was not hot enough. The staff did not help with anything and actually told us I don’t know about many things. They seemed annoyed when I asked for a map. I would definitely not go again!!!!

I wanted to advice you of some inconveniences that have occurred with our stay.

1.) We had soiled sheets in our room for the pull out bed and staff brought new ones but denied the soiled sheets were such and stated they were burns?

2.) Noise all thru the night keeping my wife, myself, and my children waking up to loud banging and yelling. Called front desk and security finally settled the issue, but they also started making noises again.

3.). Couch has large stain on back pillows and red chair is ripped in corner.

4.) Woken up to children yelling and riding scooters in hallway outside of our room.

5.) Trails End Cafe was out of pancakes, French toast, etc.

Needless to say we are pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay this year. Front desk Manager was very nice and comped us with Snowtubing tickets, but that didn’t take away from the other issues that we had. I’m not one to complain but this was over Christmas and we expected a more enjoyable time with family.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the heated pools and out door jacuzzi.
The staff was also really nice I can’t remember everyone’s name but i remember Karin helped us with our check in and then the younger staff from the Trails end cafe were all nice and helpful.

Only downside I think the tubing is overpriced especially if we are already staying at the hotel their should offer a discount for hotel guests. I’ve done tubing elsewhere at a lower rate and without a time limit.

The room was nice and clean very spacious and beds we’re comfortable.
