Home away from home w 5 stars

I've stayed at this hotel about 8 times over the past 6-8 years. the quality and atmosphere is hard to beat. The rooms are very big, beautiful wood works, high quality, incl. bed and the bathrooms. This hotel is one of my favorites.

It's an Awesome hotel at a reasonable price. Every room has a balcony where you can relax have a beer and watch the crowd at the River Walk. They close roads for the river walk at night so you wont hear a lot trafgic just traditional music. It's close to everything you need. Love it here.

I highly recommend Amanjaya Pancam Suites Hotel. The rooms are large, clean, beautifully decorated, and overlook a vibrant part of the city. I loved my weekend stay there in May 2025. The staff is friendly and professional and the restaurant is excellent (I highly recommend enjoying any of their Khmer breakfast options). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely big room over looking the river. Spacious bathroom with rain water shower and separate deep bath. On the weekend the street outside shuts to traffic and becomes a vibrant walking street market. Great restaurant in the hotel and on the top floor a fantastic sky bar. Hotel staff fantastic. 5 stars.

Excellent location overlooking the river promenade. Easy walk to main sites and attractions. Larger rooms than normal, and loved the size of the walk-in shower. :-) Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Amanjaya Pancam Suites.

Brilliant stay at the Amanjaya Pancam.

This top quality hotel has a prime location on the riverfront, good as a base for exploring the local sights.
Our spacious room had high quality furnishings and nice views from the balcony.
The formal breakfast in the Sombok restaurant was an excellent start to the day.

Very nice property. This was my second time staying on this property and was not disappointed. Only hiccup was the included breakfast. I did not take advantage of the “included” breakfast until the last day and found out that the hotel did not show me as breakfast included. When I reported this to the front desk they could not fix it even after I showed them the confirmation. Other than this last minute issue the hotel and staff was very good.

Deluxe room with breakfast. Good sized clean room. King bed, seating area, shower, bath, toilet, vanity and balcony with river views. Bed and pillows on the firm side. Aircon ok. Was on 3rd floor and had a bit of noise coming from the room above - which we discovered was the roof top bar (chairs scraping, banging), wasnt too bad though. Great breakfast - select from menu, made to order. Check in was ok, however advised no breakfast included. Showed staff our reservation and they checked with the manager and added breakfast. Checkout was quick.

Excellent Siem Reap hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was large, tastefully decorated and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. Although this is not the cheapest hotel in the riverside area I think it is good value, because you get a lot for your money. They have a nice, classy rooftop bar here also. I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

I had some booking problems, and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. All the staff were great.
Location is excellent. Despite location being at busy intersection the room was not noisy.
I like the khumer decor and all the wood in rooms. Rooms are very spacious, and balcony was fun.

Comfortable hotel with great rooms

I had a \"junior suite\", which is the lowest level of three categories. It was enormous, with a sitting area as well as the king-size bed and great bathroom. Traditional style, lots of wood and some folk art on the walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only possible downside is that the restaurant and roof top cafe bar are international prices, but f that's an issue there are so many local choices around, such as Friends training restaurant on Street 13 (near the national museum), that is good food and also helps street kids to get a better life. (It's a social enterprise, not a charity.)

Great location, great view

An excellent hotel at the riverfront, wonderful view from th Panoramic suite. The suite is huge and nicely furnished with beautiful old furniture. The staff is courteous and speaks decent English. The location is close to the Royal Palace and a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. The rooftop bar has an outstanding view but I just had drinks there.

Two main issues: Incredibly poor internet service and shower flooded.

THis hotel does not care if they have good internet service to cater to travels/ business travelers. I will never stay at this hotel again!!! The shower flooded during normal use. Water covered 75% of my room. The Hotel staff does not check the rooms and the cleaning crew does not report issues that will hurt the customer experience so they can be fixed.

Avoid this hotel and stay at another location!!!

Great hotel but not for light sleepers

Great hotel just by the riverside. Many restaurants and bars around the area. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop bar as well. They also serve very good food in their restaurant. The room is huge and very clean. Reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly but restaurants' staff needs to learn to smile more. The hotel's location is very convenient for me but one downside is that the windows are too thin. Traffic noise is loud from 4am onwards. I like this hotel but I need my quality sleep too so I may not stay here again but I will definitely come back to their bar for drinks and food again.

Stylish mansion near the river

Excellent riverside location, walking distance to restaurants and tourist sites. Stayed in large room, which was worth it. Bright and cheery with fantastic views of the river and palace areas. The decor was rich wood and thoughtfully laid out.There were some problems with internet as well as aircon though. Ended up having to change to a similar room on another floor bc aircon broken. Going out one evening at midnight found the lobby dark and entry door locked. Eventually phoned staff and was able to get door unlocked. Later asked daytime staff about it. They felt the night staff was just on a short break. That only happened the one time. Nice breakfast at the restaurant included.

Great Hotel

I would not say this hotel is the best in the world. However, this is one of the most spacious and clean hotels I have ever stayed. My room was very large. Staff is super friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have a gym but it is located right by the river so you can do some cardio. It is also located in the middle of the bars and restaurants so you don't have to worry about Taxis. They do have standard breakfasts like Asian or Western. They were all tasty and sufficient. I would not hesitate recommend this place.

This hotel has beautiful colonial style large room

I liked the location. Close to most restaurants and bars,markets etc. My room had 4 enormous windows all with a river view. Always has tuk tuks outside ,some with English speaking drivers who are happy to be with you all day for 20/25 US dollars. The hotel has a nice dining room and a roof top bar. Would definitely stay there again if I went back to Phnom Penh

overpriced for what it is; service varies

Facilities: We needed a twin room, but since there is only one of these in this hotel (!!!) we were offered a roller bed by the emotionless receptionist who could not care less about any of our concerns. A roller bed happened to be a tiny awful looking and uncomfortable thing that reminded me of my time spent at children summer camps - sheets did not fit it and the beauty of the mattress and dirty wheels was exposed for us to admire for two days. Bathroom is a good size, although could be better maintained - hooks are broken and falling off the wall, and the rooms was quiet.

Food: We will remember this hotel for the most expensive bowl of steamed rice in the world - we were charged around $3 for a small portion, not heard of even in London...

Service: incredibly inconsistent and greatly varied depending on an individual; pretty much forget about a welcoming smile and often no one at the reception and at the main door. English is poor...

Great Views but boiling hot!

We had two lovely rooms on the first floor which overlooked the waterfront. Both got direct sun all day and were so boiling hot that even with the AC on all day, we could never open the curtains. Otherwise this is a top notch hotel especially for Cambodian standards. Clean, comfortable and wonderful helpful staff.

Nice, clean and friendly boutique hotel. Stayed there on a short business trip during weekdays (Mon to Wed). Hotel staffs were very friendly and prompt in meeting requests. Although the lobby dining range were a little limiting, the basic items were on the a-la-carte menu. TV station reception was horrible except for some news channels. Would appreciate some discounts for hotel guests at KWest.

A little let down.

We reserved a room for New Year's Eve. When we confirmed the reservation we checked with the front desk about the roof top party and were told not to worry, we could make our reservation for it when we checked in. However, we found out it was full when we arrived. The general manager did try to make up for it by offering to allow us to attend, or free drinks at the bar. She listened actively and seemed to genuinely care.

Problems with the room: internet was horrible. Cable was non-existent. Hotels.com had it listed as beach (not). There were ants in the bathroom sinks. Honestly, we stayed at a cheaper hotel and felt it was a much better stay.

Our room was spacious, clean and had an incredible view of the river and the streets below from our balcony. We were looked after incredibly well, the breakfast that was included was delicious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great with easy access to all along the riverside. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed this hotel from April 9-11 for 2 nights and I recommend all travelers to avoid staying this hotel. The most of positive rating comments on Google map were posted by local guides.
1. Air Conditioning not properly functioning.
I had book deluxe king size bedroom No. 34. Iturned on air conditioner and waited for 40-45 minutes but room was still extremely hot and uncomfortable.
2. Cigarettes smell inside shower room.
it was supposed to be non smoking room, there were cigarette odors inside shower room. The house keeping lady admitted the smell by saying that “Some guests smoke inside the room even non smoking”.
3. Front Desk problem
Front Desk staff asked me to wait for another an hour as it would gradually got cooler. I had already waited for 45 minutes after turning on A/C and still room was extremely hot. I also explained that I got asthma and showed inhalers and asked clean room.
5. Afternoon, they upgraded my room to No.30 Junior Suite. Air conditioner fine no cigarette smell.
6. Bathtub plug disorder
I used bathtub in the night and found that I couldn’t dehydrate the water even twisting the handle on the bathtub. Plug didn’t lift up. I went down to the Front Desk and asked them to fix it. They fixed it in the 2nd day.
6. Very noisy in the night/rooftop bar
There were roof top bar at 4th floor, and all guests off the elevator at 3rd floor then use stairways to roof tops. Many drunken guests busy on/off and shouting. The bar staffs kept moving empty bottles.
