This place is truly heavenly for me, and at a price that I don’t think could be beat, considering what they provided, which is everything I needed and asked for.
I needed a clean, quiet and peaceful getaway, and I got that here. The amenities are great, and there is something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This is my favorite place to stay. I’ve been here many times, and will come back many more times. I can’t say enough good…highly recommend!!!

My husband has been going to the property since he was really young and we have been a few times and we really love it. It's always clean, we love the full kitchen. The staff is always nice. Unfortunately, we only had a quick overnight stay. Did not use the spa or pool as we were too tired from a full day of traveling and needed to leave early. What we appreciated was the very quiet room, neighborhood and comfortable king bed.

It’s ultra clean, comfortable, quiet and is a great atmosphere the staff is definitely great, Alicia has ran that place for several years through different owners in a manner that is the pinnacle of standards! It is a true gem and one of the last resorts that still prioritizes customer service and cleanliness. I’ve state at places that cost 10x what it cost here and it doesn’t even come close.

This place is ideal for the maximum relaxation experience. Ashton at the front desk provided exceptional customer service & professionalism. The pool & Jacuzzi were chef's kiss 💋 The outdoor experience was lovely. The room, bed, full kitchen & fireplace was astonishing. I highly recommend a visit. The ONLY thing that was brutal was the twists & turns in the darkness to get to this destination. It's very remote therefore I recommend you get everything you need to not have to drive at night. Leaving however during the daytime was a beautiful scenic treat!. The casino nearby, the Barona was meh. Their biggest perk is that they have free ATM's which if you frequent casinos, you know that NEVER happens 😂 No real wins & kinda boring therefore I'd recommend going to Pechanga. I won big there in the past 💰 🤑

This place is removed from town so no stores or restaurants nearby. It’s a serious bargain for what you get. Place and furnishings are dated but clean. Two bedroom condo with a kitchen and living room was considerably less than most hotels in the area. I’d definitely stay there again.

I really appreciate the staff! The service, the helpfulness. I’ve had to extend my stay awaiting for a permanent place. They have given me no issue and I am immensely grateful. I’m not one to leave reviews but I wanted to show my gratitude! It’s quiet for the most part! It’s really nice that the kids can walk over to the park. I’m really excited for the spa services I haven’t experienced in quite some time. My birthday is tomorrow 1/16 yayy! Single mom of three. It’s really convenient that those services are here as well. Last minute trip with my family. Have to say the unit was huge! The amenities were amazing. My three boys had an amazing time. One thing they could work on is the cleanliness of the unit. The walls could use some wiping down and doors. Other than that the staff were amazing and the over all experience we had was awesome. Would come back again for sure.

Check-in was not until 4PM and Checkout was early, at 10AM. We called the front desk to inquire about getting a later checkout and were denied. As Expedia VIP members, we are used to 1 PM check outs and some type of VIP gift or service but receive nothing.. the property itself was fine and clean. But did not meet our expectations.

Major updates needed mildew on the bathroom looks like they try to paint over it. The carpet so stained! And smells so musty so the drapes need a cleaning. The bed was very clean and comfy. We rented a one bedroom apartment and it was more spacious than expected. We tend to stay away from carpeted rooms, but these apartments were squeaky clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials to make meals. There are two pool areas; one is in the middle of the complexes which is the family friendly pool area and the other was located at the racquet club which was more private. The hot tub was nice and the pool was heated. We got to enjoy the dry sauna and there are laundry facilities for guests use.

The Riviera Oaks is a comfortable and safe place to stay. Staff is amazing. The grounds are super clean with lots of activities to do on premises. The mini condos are very well kept, the beds are a little hard but other than that no complaints. Kitchen has everything you need. If you need anything else they will bring to you. It’s very family oriented. I recommend this place for a relaxing time. My family and I will definitely be returning.!

Very nice, very clean, quiet, super family friendly place. Amazing staff members!!! Enjoyed our stay. The only one thing was difficult is because it was fully booked when we arrived, they didn’t have 1st floor room available and we had a little one with us who had a wagon stroller and it was a little bit challenging to get up and down.
