We've stayed here before. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. If you're staying for a few days, the large refrigerator is very a very nice touch.

The staff was great and the room was clean. My only problem is that the metal frame of the bed was broken which made it very loud to sleep on, and the A/C was louder than a train. The remote control didnt work. It feels like the hotel is fairly new but they are already cutting corners on maintenance to save money.

We had several family members booked here because we had a funeral to attend, the rooms were very clean and updated, We were surprised that the refrigerator was not just a mini size one, it worked out great because we had food for the funeral and needed to keep everything cold.

The lady upfront with red hair (didn’t get her name) was very unprofessional towards her colleague. Red hair lady asked a question to her colleague and when the colleague replied that her requested days were listed on the calendar (because she was busy helping to check us in) the red hair lady replied very rudely “well that doesn’t help me out much now does it”! I did not find her to be professional in that moment of being rude.

We stayed here for one night while visiting the Southern California Railway Museum, which is conveniently about 10 minutes away. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. The beds and pillows were soft, and we really appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit loud, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Everything from service to cleanliness was wonderful! The only disappointing things were small, and that was that the hot tub was out of service and the coffee provided was not great. Those are both things that can be worked around. Thank you for providing a great place to lay out heads while dealing with family stuff!

Hotel recently built so everything is new. So new you can still smell the paint on the walls. Problem is the spotty WiFi that continuously fails. There’s no Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door so Housekeeping wakes me up every morning without fail. Getting rid of garbage is a challenge because of the lack of garbage cans in the facility. Even housekeepers tells you “set it down somewhere I don’t have any room for it”.
