This was BY FAR the WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. The room looked decent at first glance until we inspected the sheets (DIRTY) as if someone was wearing muddy boots to sleep in the bed. The toilet didn’t flush so we had to fill a bucket with water and pour the water into the toilet to make it flush…embarrassing!!! There was a used clump of toilet tissue stuffed into the folded crusty dirty towels in the restroom above the toilet. The shower head was green & Calcified. The water pressure was so high it hurt my skin, it felt like getting hit with a bat, the water pressure damn near pushed you back that’s how strong it was. The Highway is so close to the room, it’s difficult to sleep with all of the noise. This hotel is borderline CRIMINAL letting people pay for these rooms. Dear god I hope this place shuts down. BTW I wan a Yell elite (4 years) & will be leaving a review on Yelp as well. DON’T STAY HERE. Also I ended up sleeping with all of my clothes on, I didn’t want my skin to touch the sheets. We also put our shirts over the pillows to act as a pillow case. I didn’t even brush my teeth with the faucet water, I used bottled water. Nothing could be trusted in this room. Absolutely horrific stay. I can go on and on about how bad the room was my god.

There's a past due credit to be obtained. Efforts of improvement have been established pertaining to maintenace and structural facial upkeep of guest rooms and front desk such as implimenting color coordinated wall paint , curtains, bed cover accents, some refurbished furnishings, out dated carpeting stripped and replaced with new vynl flooring plus the laundry facility has been equipped with a new ice, beverage and snack vending machines displaying a REFRESHED welcoming. Limited breakfast items available every morning. Cereal and Waffles are fine, however, adding Oatmeal as a Healthy option would be nice. The Staff are wonderfully consistant presenting Friendly Professional Hospitable Service which leads to my Open Door of Recommendation for arrivals on personal or business agendas. It's not Luxurious but accomodations roll out a Red Carpet of Comfort in a Modest Relaxed Environment coveniently surrounded by shops, a Casino, Outdoor Special Events Stadium and activities with Scenic View of Elsinore's natural Lake resting at the foot of Plush Mountainous Terrain of The Ortegas.

Room are comfy, clean, and staff is great for the most part. But coming down back stairs near pool there are rodents. My bigger concern with that is that rodent-virus. The parking area has rodent throughout bcuz the trash is not kept clean, but this is not the fault of the hotel alone there are many businesses including a resturant and pizza place that can contribute to this getting better. I really like the hotel though.

Property is pretty tired. Room was sparce. Towels are small, rough and dingy. Bed was creeky and had dips.
The neighbors above us were walking around most of the night which is not the property's fault, but the creeky floor they were walking on is.
Hard to belive this property has an 8 out of 10 on Expedia. Felt more like a 4-5.

Place is old , especially towels they were rough and very cheap material , room was clean but overly odorized . Pillowcases were white at some point and certainly were clean but the color of them were just dull n no longer white. The pillows were super flat. The one person sofa chair was full of stains . Breakfast was minimal ! No protein or fruits . Just waffles, 2 cereals, skim milk pitcher coffee and juices.The pictures on this website are very deceiving! . Lots of junkies in the area. We were in corner downstairs next to the stairs and our room rattled anytime anyone used them, we can hear all footsteps of people walking above us at night. Oddly we were given our tv remote at check and had to return at check out. We stayed there 2 nights , second day our key was not working. Had to go back info office to get it re activated. The pool was full of tree debris and water was super murky. You can tell NO ONE is using it.Would definitely not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Have stayed at many Quality Inns and this one is the first to be so disappointing. Especially the breakfast and quality of the rooms.

I didn’t arrive until the morning and they would not let me check in. All I needed was to maybe take a shower freshen up, etc. they said no basically you were charged but your reservation was canceled because you didn’t show up last night. I have done this at numerous times at other hotels and never have I been treated this way.

The room was not well maintained, as far as broken and worn out light switches. The towels were old and stained. The noise from the freeway was annoying. The continental breakfast was very very limited to cereal and waffles with the choice of orange juice or apple juice. That's it! Overall, it was just ok.

(the bathroom shower) it was ok, we didn't use it,

The room was clean and fresh, however both queen beds had threadbare linens on them. The linens had obviously been cleaned, but old stains suggest these should have been \"retired\" long ago. Manager brought up slightly better sheets for the beds. It's time they purchased new linens.

Check in was easy, asked for extra towels and was told I needed to bring used towels if we needed more. No ice in the ice machine, linens were old and bumpy and bed was mushy. I went to return keys at checkout and waited and waited rang bell several times no response. Will never stay here again.

Outside of property looked very nice, inside the room, better upgrades are needed and to make sure the blow dryer and iron is in working order I had to borrow an iron from someone in another room. That’s not acceptable. I have another reservation at this hotel in August. I have decided not to stay and we will cancel my reservation.

when I got there, the Indian guy was rude. I know they’re funny lady. Very rude. I asked for a first floor cause I have my 75 years old dad and mom they didn’t care and then someone came and opened the door when I was naked. it’s a terrible place to stay. The people at the lobby is rude.

Expedia reservation#73063363715805 Quality Inn Lake Elsinore #39703167= Our company representative(s) checked in March 25 returned to the Quality Inn Office and explained that the room was dirty and bed cover had food/blood stains. The Office gave another room. The other room was also dirty (food on floors) with a foul oder and our representative returned to Quality Inn Office checked out March 25 and put in a complaint. He went to another hotel. Our office was charged even tho we did not stay at the hotel. Our office reported this on \"chat-bot Expedia\" and later talked with EXPEDIA Agent(s). Expedia Agent Mathew contacted Quality Inn Lake Elsinore and they gave incorrect information. The Quality Inn Lake Elsinore said that our representative did not check out. Expedia Agent Mathew was able to get One of the Three nights refunded. Our office called (951)674-9694 talked with Gabriel at front desk. He told us that Nina is the manager. He would not connect us with Nina. Gabriel said that there were no notes on the check-out and no complaint notes on the dirty rooms. He was instructed to only give $99 refund on the $297 reservation. This Hotel should have refunded in full. Expedia should make note on this terrible experience. We feel that your Expedia customers deserve better.

We arrived very late, the gentleman who checked us in was awesome, friendly and so very kind. Nothing super luxurious, but it’s clean and quiet. Far superior than a motel 6 for around the same price. The staff is friendly and check in process is quick. Also they take cash deposits. There’s not much to choose from in the area. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

The room was very comfortable and clean ,I was very tired and was happy to be there with most of the comforts of home .there were Only a few problems that I found that night. One was the room was very loud the freeway was too close to my room. Another room on the otherside would have been quieter..furthermore the shower nozzle and tub were below average the drain was plugge d. but I loved the king size comfortable bed with 4 plush pillows. Nice wide TV, ,...with hbo other movie channels and wifi was very comforting ,and breakfast was nice waffles , cereal and juice ...over all I enjoyed my much needed rest at the quality inn .

The reviews were really good so i was hopeful but as soon as we drove up the vibes were giving motel 6. Kind of shady old motel the room looks as though it had been updated inside but we found things like dirt in the shower crums and dirt on the tables and counter and stains on bedding. It was 116 for the night but i think that was over priced . I am a woman and my young teenaged daughter was with me we are from out of town and she was nervous to stay here it definitely seemed more like a motel than a hotel. We wont be staying again

The hotel is very different from the pictures on your site. The page advertises a lobby that customers can use. But it is locked up and we can only checkin at a plastic window in front of the motel. The room was okay. Looked much better than the front of the hotel. I actually almost called to change places. But it was only one night so I stayed. I wouldn't stay there again. I’d just pay the extra money and stay somewhere a little nicer.

The price was way too high they didn't have the breakfast offering it wasn't accessible for having children and a child with a stroller. They say they offer breakfast but they just have waffles. I booked this room because I'm familiar with quality and breakfast and I assumed that it would be the same but they leave that part out my family can't eat gluten.
