We love how nice the hotel is, my issues are, non ev cars are parked in spaces where the charging station is and we couldn’t use it, and when we asked for pool towels they had 1 left and the front clerk seemed annoyed to grab it for us so she said better just to use your room bath towels because the only one she had left was “worn out” which is was. And it’s smaller than the bath towels. So we had to use our room towels so when we called house keeping to get more towels for the room, they asked us to come down and get them, so that’s frustrating.

We originally booked a two-queen suite, but upon arrival were assigned a one-king suite on the first floor. That room had a strong wet dog odor, the couch was heavily damaged (as if a pet had clawed it), and there was visible pet hair on the window curtains. To their credit, the staff promptly moved us to another room.
The second room was the correct two-queen suite and did not have the same odor or visible pet issues. However, about half of the lights in the room were not functioning. We didn’t request a third room once we had unpacked and settled in, but it was disappointing to discover the lighting issues afterward.
We also looked forward to using the hot tub in the main pool area, but the water temperature was only around 80 degrees, which is not warm enough for a comfortable hot tub experience.
With better attention to cleanliness, room maintenance, and amenity upkeep, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

I was able to check in early since they had low occupancy during the week. Great for me as I was working. The room was super clean and updated. Loved that I had a little kitchenette and everything to cook if I wanted to. It was super quiet. The breakfast was standard and they have a 2-hour social with a couple different apps, wine and beer (all free) Mon-Weds. Overall I thought this was a great value and I was really happy with everything.

We did not have it at all. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. Sausage eggs, yogurt waffles.,repeat. 2 days no juice cause I guess they had the holiday backup staff on. Christmas and day after was not good on buffet. Room was stale smelling, tried air freshener but couldn’t get it to budge but it looked pretty clean. Not the worst or the best. The only minor issues were a strange odor from the AC when using the heat and a hair dryer that made a rattling noise with a slight burning smell. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we’d definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special shout out to Denise (Front Desk) she gave us the best service and made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. When you check in they give you a piece of paper that says on weekdays they do a light cleaning, which includes making the bed, refreshing towels, emptying garbage bins and replacing amenities. To my utter surprise, when I returned to my room on Monday night, my bed was not made, an entire roll of garbage bags was left in the bathroom, there was a towel literally left inside the sink, and most disgusting of all they placed a bath towel right on the toilet. I asked front desk what happened. They told me the manager isn't in, but they will tell the manager and schedule a full cleaning for the next day. But this time when I came back to my room Tuesday evening, I find nobody had even entered my room. Shocked, once again I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They didn't know and said they'll ask the manager to call me the next morning. But unsurprisingly I never receive a call, so I call the hotel in the afternoon and am told the manager is busy but not to worry my room will be cleaned the next day. But after explaining I had already left messages for the manager twice, I didn't believe they would clean the room considering I am being completely ignored. So I was told to hold a second, and magically the manager was suddenly free to talk. She had the room cleaned for the first time on Wednesday. But then to my utter surprise, I return to my room Thursday night, and once again the room was not cleaned. Just some towels, excluding a floor mat were left on a table.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, no handsoap for bathroom, not enough towels or toilet paper. There were 6 of us in a suite and when 2 of the guests ask the front desk for sheets, blankets and pillows for the pull out mattress on the couch, the staff was not very friendly and initially only gave the 2 guests one pillow to share. When they asked for another pillow, the woman at the front desk was rude and asked if they really needed 2.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. They had unusual locks on the bedroom door and the bathroom door which you could actually lock yourself in. The hot tub was out of order.. the room keys did not open the gate to the swimming pool… The room keys did not work. It’s deactivated your room key then you had to go back to the desk and get your key redone so you can get into your room. Breakfast was nice staff was friendly. Other than that. It was OK cause I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and it wasn’t working I was very disappointed. There was a lot of minor things wrong with this hotel.

the Spa pool was nasty greenish and smelly. I mentioned it to the management but nothing was done for a day and a half... ridiculous. Beer cans and towels left by party people were left out and still there by 10.30 am... High level of incompetence. Sad. The facility is great but poorly run.

I called for a roll of tp bc they don’t have cleaning service on the weekends (?) and the lady in guest services seemed annoyed and said she had to get breakfast out and asked if we could wait?? I said no, not really! If you’re not going to provide cleaning on the weekend and the guest is staying for 4 nights then you need to stock the room with extra tp and towels!
