The trash bins in our room weren’t emptied prior to our check in. Made us wonder if the room was even cleaned or were we sleeping in and using a filthy room. Or did they simply forget to remove the trash?! Either way it’s unsettling, should be more thorough. Perhaps carry a check list to make sure all bases are cover.

This was our second stay at this property. The room is standard for this class of hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was nice, but needed to be vacuumed. The elevators are very slow.
I really like Rival Coffee across the parking lot. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are delicious!

Unfortunately I chose this hotel as opposed to the Marriott because coming from San Diego for our sister's wedding, I was expecting the best hotel accommodations that I usually get with your hotel. My husband and I made our reservation via Expedia and called to verify it in order to save ourselves some time once we arrived in Murrieta with limited time to finish getting dressed and head over only to be told that someone was on break and they weren't sure if they had the king luxury room i paid for. they had no rooms ready and I explained that I needed to check in asap. they spent about 20 minutes standing around and waiting for the first person to go check if our room was cleaned, never asked the cleaning staff in the lobby, and it was over an hour that I was in tears because I repeatedly explained I needed to get ready, any room would do. they had casual conversations amongst themselves and other customers that were checking out and looking for a phone charger for someone stuck there and found one, then with a whole 10 minutes to get ready when i had to ask them to keep checking for a room... I was devastated, upset, and thank GOD the wedding started a little late. Then my card wouldnt unlock for the 75.00 incidentals and she wouldnt let me run up and get ready until after i unlockied my credit card, then your system messed up and was declining it until she got it to work. It didn't help that the food was horrible, cold, like our room- unacceptable.

We had a real issue with housekeeping. The rooms were not cleaned well. The beds were not made right. The sheets were all the way down by your feet when you uncovered your bed. On the last night when we walked into the room, the beds were barely even made. It was terrible. After complaining to the staff and the manager, nothing was done to rectify the situation.

Horrible ! The Manager Rahea kicked me out before my original departure date. The other worker, Jessica was so rude and she barged in my room which is ILLEGAL. I have it all on video. Jessica, the employee went through my belongings and i told her 6 xs to stop touching my stuff!!! She did not. She touched almost all my belongings with her dirty hands.
Who does that? I have traveled all over the United States and I have NEVER had a hotel employee come in my room without my permission and start touching and throwing my belongings around. Isnt that illegal?
I am traveling from NY and the Holiday Inn in Merietta had me rush to get 30 days of belongings thrown into 2 plastic bags to find a new hotel.
This was a terrifying experience.
DO NOT stay here if you are from out of state- or from California for that matter.

The location is incredibly convenient, and the check-in process was fast and efficient, thanks to the helpful and customer-oriented staff. My room was roomy and well-equipped, and the breakfast provided reasonable variety considering the price.

However, there were some significant shortcomings with cleanliness and upkeep. The flooring appeared old and worn, and I discovered a hole in the sheet on one of the beds. Although I found the mattress comfortable, the gel pillows were unsupportive and led to neck discomfort.

The pool and hot tub had accommodating hours, but the facilities were not well-maintained—there was visible dirt, remnants of food on the floors, and uncleaned poolside furniture. The elevators operated slowly, which proved aggravating during busier periods. The in-room air conditioning was also unreliable, frequently turning off during the night and interrupting sleep.

During one visit to the pool area, there were men with a large cooler openly drinking beer and smoking marijuana, which made the atmosphere unsuitable for families with children.

In summary, this hotel has promising features, including its convenient location, attentive staff, and spacious rooms. Nonetheless, substantial improvements in cleanliness, facility maintenance, and bedding quality are required to create a more pleasant guest experience.

One of the nicest hotels ive stayed at. I travel for work in this area and i was suprised by the cleanliness and welcoming environment. I was able to get an early check in, and was taken care of very well. One of the best sleeps I have ever had as well, the mattress was nice and plenty of blankets.
