There were a couple of issues that we experiences, 1) there light bulbs in our room's sitting area were not working. 2) there was no parking in the parking lot, so we had to park across the street in the 24hr busy Denny's parking lot, so we were not comfortable sleeping that night.

Room was clean and looks like it had been renovated recently. Noisy in the early morning you could hear staff talking and coming in and out of rooms to clean them. I didn’t think 7am was an appropriate time to start cleaning rooms but maybe it was because the walls are thin so I was able to hear everything.

We had very loud drunk neighbors and couldn’t get any sleep between midnight and 4am! Tried to tell the front desk twice and they did nothing and couldn’t give us another room. We had to be up at 6am for a soccer tournament and it was a rough day with no sleep. Hotel was not responsive to noise complaints.

Room was clean, our tv remote wasnt working the woman from the front desk came up and brought a new remote to us, very nice of her to do that. Breakfast was just ok, the traditional buffet breakfast. The AC is very loud when it clicks on. But great location and I'd stay there again.

The property had a room avaliable and we were able to check in before 3:00 pm. The room was very clean, sheets and towels were clean and soft. I was also able to take advantage of the fitness room! Free parking is also a plus. The night staff at the front desk was engaging and friendly.

The Manager (Pamela) and Manger’s manager Elie A. committed to do a full refund for one night assuring and reassuring me multiple times yesterday changing the time when the refund was going to be issued to come back today to retract!

Had to clean the room myself Sat night and run Dow to get trash bags and towels because the crew member who I was told on probation, forgot to clean my room and the manager had no one to send me the towels, and I had to go get it myself. This is after they knew the coffeemaker’s pod spewed out coffee smashed all over my sweater and coffee maker had to be replaced.
Horrendous management and they can not even keep their own commitment to make up for a horrible

Clean rooms and nice staff. Walls are very thin so be prepared with ear plugs. On Sunday the neighboring plaza was extremely loud with a person cleaning with an air blower past 10pm. Restaurant is also noisy in the morning so try to get a room in the opposite end.

Hotel has walk ability to old town which we love.

Check in was terrible. A sign saying no one was there at the check in counter. A lady kept popping in and out but never said a word. Other guests arrived and were waiting too while the same lady sat in back doing who knows what. We must have waited 10 or 15 minutes. Eventually the lady hidden behind the counter asked another guest if she could help them.

Fantastic location walking distance to Old town. We really appreciated the self parking. Super convenient, and grateful that we could walk home after dinner and a few drinks.

We loved the room layout. It felt very spacious and comfortable. Our primary criticism was that the walls were thin and we could hear other guests.
Thanks to the front desk for being very responsive to the disruptive guest at 4:30am.

Checked in and the young guy up front was nice.
Starting walking through the parking lot and saw a lot of sketchy people outside.
Walked up to the room and it immediately smelled musty, the couch was dirty and stained and the bed had bed bugs. I didn’t make it 2 minutes in the room so I went back to the front desk and the guy was understanding “obviously he knows where he works” and refunded my account but now I have to have hotels.com refund it on your part
