This location especially the rooms are dated and could use some upgrades. The entry door to room didn't close properly, thank goodness for deadbolt. The bathroom door didn't close at all. The bed was not comfortable, very stiff, thank goodness the pillows were nice and plush. The bathroom is decent with Dove brand toiletries so that was a perk as well as the morning complimentary continental breakfast. Other than that, I wont be staying here again :(

When a hotel is under renovations, they should be required to notify guests. You pay full price for a ghetto experience and then you’re stuck.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Checked in to the first room and the TV did not work right so moved 2 doors down. The young lady at the desk checked the TV first before we moved, which was nice of her. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. There were plenty of people coming through and eating and the person doing foodservice did a great job keeping everything refilled, etc. Apparently they are in the middle of a remodel or something like that as it is an older building. Very good location, close to tons of shopping and the Temecula Promenade is a mile away and easy to find. Oh, and the price was very affordable! My only issue at all was the room floor had not been vacuumed. Neither of the rooms had been vacuumed in a while. It makes me wonder about how well the rooms are cleaned between guests? Having said that I would definitely stay there again. The staff is great.

Also I used the laundry room and the dryer did not work and put me in a bind. It left my clothes soaking wet. I informed the front desk and not sure if it was addressed but they apologized for the inconvenience.

My room was ok. Picture was stolen off the wall, and there was police activity when I got there. Some people were being evicted from the room across from me, the whole 3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke. At least the hotel handled it and called the sheriff but I guess be weary of your surroundings and people party here. Parking was limited there was a semi parked taking up a whole section of the lot for the hotel. I left ASAP in the morning, glad I was only here for a couple hours. OH and the elevator permit for the hotel expired in 2021, I only used the stairs!

This is a very dated hotel. It looks like there was a flood and they attempting to fix it but it smells and the towels that they put in the room are old and need to be replaced. The lights in the room didn’t work and the ones that did were very yellow. The AC buttons were hard to push and the room was warm all night. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar as we found dirty floors and a leaky tub faucet. The more disappointing thing was that the pictures used to advertise the room were not accurate. While the hotel is undergoing renovations, they posted what the rooms will look like, but this is not what you will get! Beware. It’s a step back into the late 80s/90s and smells strange as well. If you can go elsewhere, do yourself a favor.

We stayed here because it was fairly close to the park for commissioners cup. Breakfast was excellent…cheese omelets, seasoned potatoes, sausage, warm cinnamon rolls, and a pancake machine that was super cool, plus all the continental stuff, as well. The one drawback was the pool wasn’t heated and was colder than the ocean is right now. Totally unswimmable. Pretty crazy. Jacuzzi was nice, though. The bed was a little hard, but probably just because I’m used to a softer bed. It wasn’t too bad. Overall good stay and I would stay again.
