Nestled in the heart of Temecula's wine country, the newly renovated Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country offers an all-suite experience. Each of our 170 stylish two-room suites features a private bedroom, separate living room with a sleeper sofa, and a spacious vanity area.

Amenities include two 37-inch flat-screen TVs and upgraded Robert Allen bedding. We also offer six renovated non-suite rooms equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.

We called the front desk and they had a tech come to our room twice and he said they had been having trouble with the AC in that room for weeks and they couldn’t fix it so they gave us box fans. It was 87 degrees in Temecula that day and was so uncomfortably hot in the room. If they were having trouble with the AC in that room, they should not have booked us in that room. The hotel front desk said they were fully booked so they could not change our rooms.

Ice machine was broken, parking lot is small and poorly configured, poor excuse for a fitness facility, the hallway smelled like weed all the time, the smoke alarm was malfunctioning during sleeping hours, they didn’t have any laundry supplies, the shower dripped constantly, wallpaper was bubbling off the room walls. Kind of an embarrassing hotel. We had to stay for soccer and will use Marriott points next time.

Much needed TLC.

We've stayed at some amazing hotels including Hilton properties in the US and abroad. I admit I can be a Hotel Snob after traveling several times throughout the year. But my husband is not and he was disappointed and asked that we not return. We had a King Corner Suite.
The rooms need DEEP Cleaning. The floors, walls, showers, baseboards drawers and furniture were dirty or really worn out. The wall paper is loosened. There was rust at the door jam of the bathroom. There was hair in the shower. The paint in the common areas was worn out. The exit door near our room has a broken door hinge to auto close the door. Don't dare walk on your room floor barefoot. I got bit a couple times while sleeping. I'm praying it was a mosquito...... I believe the property must have looked good years ago from the photos. But the reality is not updated. It deserves no more than a 3 star because the Staff was super nice and the Happy Hour was a nice touch.

The hotel was okay. The room was clean but a little outdated. Great reception happy hour but you have to wait in line which went quick. The only issue was breakfast. I waited over 30mins plus for a homemade omelette and the food would run out quickly. I definitely think they need more servers for breakfast. Pool and Jacuzzi looked great with corn hole but I didn't use any of those amenities. Check-in is a hard 4pm. I tried to check-in at 3:15pm but no rooms available which was a little inconvenient.

It was rectified, but broke again, and after a few calls, I was moved to a new room. The new room was ok but the toilet seat in there was very loose. The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooms and halls need updating. Shout out to Rochelle, a staff member, who moved me to a new room. That was much appreciated. I would stay here one more time just to see if any changes are made.

Jessica made our check in so easy. She went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service possible. We are so very grateful for the accommodations we were given. My one and only true complaint about this hotel location is there isn’t enough handicapped parking spaces. Parking is awkward so if you can drop your guests and baggage off in front of the front door but if you’re by yourself and you have luggage and your handicapped good luck with parking closest to the front door.
