Great customer service the girl in the evening is super nice and welcoming.
The hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel can improve in terms of renovating. The pocket door in room was broken, and the doors with other rooms the seals were broken and you can hear conversations walking down the halls. I want to clarify this has nothing to do with cleanliness it’s merely aesthetics. The broken door didn’t bother me enough to report it.Room service was good. I want to come back here with my kids!

Two free cocktails available at the bar for every single guest from 5:30 pm- 7 pm, kid friendly. Light snacks also provided. Guests can enjoy watching games/ sports on several screens. Definitely a great location near shopping centers. Wonderful breakfast provided, omelets made to one's choice. Overall, great environment.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property and guest rooms felt very old, worn, and in need of renovation. The two beds in our room were extremely small, comparable to twin-size beds, which resulted in my husband having to sleep on the couch so that our family would have enough space, while our 15-year-old son used the second bed. The furniture throughout the room was scratched, damaged, and appeared overdue for repair or replacement. Additionally, the common areas of the hotel showed significant wear, including damaged walls and peeling paint, which did not meet my expectations for an Embassy Suites property. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating, promptly providing extra towels and assisting with our needs during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with security was quite the opposite. We found the security staff to be rude and unprofessional when addressing guests regarding outside food in the patio area, despite the fact that we had also purchased food and drinks from the hotel bar. Overall, the condition of the property and the level of customer service from certain staff members did not meet the standards I expected. While I appreciated the kindness of the housekeeping team, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel needs to be updated. Rooms have thin walls, you can hear everything from other room, including upstairs. The AC unit is old and loud. Doors to bathroom are hard to open and close. Would not recommend.

Rooms are very outdated. Shower was dripping all night. Called for maintenance and was told the knob will have to be turned very tight in order for it not to drip, so if you don’t want it too tight to turn we have to leave it like this. So, it dripped all night - loudly. The staff was very kind and attentive. However, when my room was cleaned, only the pull out couch bed was remade, not the king bed in the suite room. Very odd. The pool was nice, but is outside, so check the weather at night as it was chilly outside for us parents. The breakfast was actually delicious- I love the homemade omelets. Go at least an hour before closing though because there is always a long line for the omelets and the hot bar runs out quickly. Otherwise, it was an okay stay. I probably wouldn’t stay there again due to the dated rooms. However, great location.

A little run down some walls the wall paper was pulling off. The couch in our room had a big hole and rip in it. Our screen to the sliding glass door was broken. There was a panel In the bedroom that would rattle when the air conditioner was on woke me up multiple times. On the other note breakfast was good, easy access in and out of the property.

Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean and the breakfast was actually really good with a decent variety each morning. Some areas of the property do feel a little outdated and could use some updating.

The biggest issue we had was that my son had a bad reaction after using the body wash provided in the room, he became very itchy and developed a rash. When I went to the front desk, Cesar initially laughed it off and mentioned that hundreds of guests use it without complaints, which honestly felt dismissive at the moment. He did try to sell me Benadryl for the itching, but after seeing I was upset, he ended up giving it to me for free, which I appreciated.

Besides that experience, the stay itself was decent

The cockroach on the bedroom floor was definitely disturbing. Then there was no phone in the suite. The front desk said that they were aware that there was no phone. Also, the toilet kept running so my husband had to fix it because we had no phone to call someone. When my husband brought things up at the front desk he was told that they couldn’t give us any money back because we booked and paid with Expedia.

Left an item in the closet. Did not realize it until we got home. Left a message and was told it would be 2-3 days before they would call back. The clerk said that they have the clothing and will mail it back. I was expecting to pay for postage. The clerk said no charge and expect it in a few days.

I booked a back to back stay. The second day I was locked out. The desk activated my key. The other key was totally dead. They had to replace the card.

Interesting space. Nice pool area and close to ammenities. Space didnt have proper lighting, so it made it hard to get ready. Lights would flick on and off. There was an emergency in the middle of the night, and all residents had to be evacuated. None of the staff was present, and providing any real information to the residents.

The hot water handle in the room was not working properly and we were not able to shut off the water at night. Additionally, there was no onsite maintenance staff to assist with the hot water issue. The hotel needs a makeover as it looked and smelled terrible.

There was a window air conditioner in the bedroom because the room air conditioner clearly wasn't working. This was not disclosed to us when we were given the keys to the room. Fortunately we spent very little time in the room, however the window air conditioner did not cool the room efficiently enough because when we left at check out the room was 80 degrees.
The entire hotel is due for a facelift. It's looking rather run down and is showing it's age. We stayed here because it looked to have a nice pool in comparison to other area hotels, but in hindsight, I feel like we would have had a nicer stay elsewhere at a newer hotel for comparable price.

First off got put in a bad room. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Was asked if we could get put to a better room
And was told they would see what they could do. Never heard from anyone afterwards. The room needs to be updated.
I was supposed to have a king's size and we got a queen. The shower didn't work right.I did let them know. I feel the money I spent .It was not worth it. I wish there was a way to get some kind of credit. So I can rent a different room to recelerate our anniversary. Thank you

The manager’s reception includes two free drinks, great snacks and a chance to relax after your drive. The staff there were local residents who recommended activities for everyone, from families with kids, people excited about local wineries, and everything else. After that, you can relax in the pool area and if you’re still hungry, they have an on-site restaurant, a Long Horn Steak House and a Black Angus just a few steps away. The morning breakfast is basically a fancy brunch. You can also grab fruit, yogurt, bread, peanut butter, jelly, and such to make a nice picnic lunch for later . We didn’t leave the property as often as we expected to, because it was so relaxing. If you’re looking for a family that friendly place, this is it. You’ll save a fortune in food, just bring popcorn because their movie choices available are great, and if you don’t enjoy what they have to offer, you can just screen casts try

Our entry door had issues. Handle was broke, it worked 50% of the time. They have a top not maintenance guy who showed us a trick to get it open most of the time, he was great. You'd think they'd fix something like this for security reasons if anything.

This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef at breakfast. But, clean ALL the things like the chandelier in the lobby and fix the wonky elevators. Inspect every room for issues that need addressing.

Staff are very friendly and nice, however this property is in need of some TLC from filthy/stained carpets in the elevator to the furniture looking like someone played darts on it, to broken umbrellas and lounge chairs by the pool. The main entry level is kept nice but the room itself could use more work, my bathroom door was constantly getting stuck, the ice machine was out of order and the place just overall looked a little run down. The only good thing is the location and proximity to everything.

We had to move rooms due to not being provided the room we bought. The door handle at the second room didn’t work, I called it in and it never got fixed. With luggage in my hands it’s hard to kick a door down. Breakfast cooks were amazing, major props to them for dealing with hungry patrons.

great hotel and clean, but our AC was broken and our room was 84 degrees. We called the front desk and they had a tech come to our room twice and he said they had been having trouble with the AC in that room for weeks and they couldn’t fix it so they gave us box fans. It was 87 degrees in Temecula that day and was so uncomfortably hot in the room. If they were having trouble with the AC in that room, they should not have booked us in that room. The hotel front desk said they were fully booked so they could not change our rooms.
