The smoke alarms went off at 5:30 a.m. throughout the property. Only called the front office to see what was going on, someone answered the phone and said call the police they are chasing me. Obviously, we did not go downstairs to check out what was going on. 5 to 10 minutes later two fire trucks and three police. cars showed up. With our adrenaline rushing and everything going on, we never did get a chance to go back to sleep. When we talk to the staff at the front desk later that morning they never offered us a discount, a free room for the next night or anything else. All they said was sorry. We'll never stay there again!

To start, I had requested a king size bed well in advance of 2 months. They gave me 2 queens. The room was very outdated and had a musty odor. The shower keajed all iver the floor. The doors had no seals, and nothing was soundproof. You can hear every foot step on the second level. Every toilet flush and every shower. You could hear every street sound due to the gaps in the door. Breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs with sausage every day. Of course, they also had waffles, and cereal. Fruit was lacking, milk was lacking and tea selection was 1 brand and they didn't have enough boiled eggs for every one. There were no bedside outlets to plug your phone. Actually, no accessible outlets except for the one holding the blow dryer. For the price, I expected better accommodations. If this is a representation of Quality Inn, we will not be back.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was kind and professional. The breakfast was a huge bonus hot, fresh, and with plenty of options for both adults and kids. It made our mornings so much easier before heading out for the day. Highly recommend!

The stay had all the amenities necessary; everything was in working order. The heater was a bit loud as it shut off and on through the stay. The room felt a bit dated, but it was clean and well stocked. The bed was stiff but comfortable enough. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast was adequate and had several choices though mostly processed. The elevator worked but it wasn't smooth nor quiet. Updating these items would make for a perfect stay, but the price was competitive and lower than most in the area! The location was off the street and not very visible, but near the main part of town which was convenient.

Staff was excellent and breakfast exceeded expectations both mornings we were there. Proximity to the freeway means it can be noisy at times, and the internet was out for a majority of our stay, but overall it is a clean and safe place to stay for a night or two.

WiFi was down and I had to use my phone which was also having issues. The front desk girl when I checked in was nice but the am girl was not helpful and had no concern about the internet being down. She was rude annd short. I asked her when it would be back up, she said 30 min and it was over an hour. I asked her to call me when it was back up and she never did. The room was ok but was also on the freeway side so very loud.

The area was nice. Everything was convenient, but the room doesn’t have any outlets so you can plug your phone in except the One by the sink. The blow dryer doesn’t work that well and they really should get rid of 1920 curtains that doesn’t do anything for the room other than that, it was fine

The hotel is old, as well as rooms, but they do keep them clean. Breakfast is very basic, eggs, sausage, you can make pancakes and they also have oatmeal. We could hear someone is taking shower in the next room because for some reason, the flow in the pipes is very loud. This hotel is also stands by the freeway and you can hear the noise. But overall for the price I think it’s a decent one night stand.

The room is \"fine\". It was a bit worn, like let's say the paint is chipping away in a few places and the walls were thin enough to occasionally hear your neighbors. No on site restaurant or anything fancy. But it's got the basics, a no frills kind of deal. Like most hotels that offer free breakfast the food is limited and not healthy-like. If you want a nice breakfast go out to eat. The food they have is probably a real cost saver if you have kids and unfortunately breakfast at hotel lobbies are often filled with children and annoying families. I personality would stay elsewhere unless you're getting some kind of super cheap deal.

Check in just fine. No clock in room. Older hotel just needs up graded. Had trouble with wi fi needed to connect every time I left and came back, the next day also. Other places don’t have that isssue. Had card stating save water only change towels every third day. I only stayed two and they towels were replaced. Not adhering to the little note in room.

Quality inn…who would have guessed?! Didn’t have high expectations…but I was very pleasantly surprised! The service is amazing! Our receptionist was nice and so helpful. We were offered bottled water and fruit! Our queen + sofa bed was a mini suite that easily could have been two rooms! Our breakfast had real freshly cooked eggs, sausage and waffles…it wasn’t just cereal and a microwave something! …this quality inn was truly “quality” and for the price?!?! A gem!!!

My room I wad in was very clean and the maids would take the time to ask me if there was anything each day that I would need for my stay. The staff was all very friendly but there was only one staff that told me it’s going to be my last day at that stay. She was there Wednesday didn’t want me to book another room and said my stay is done .
