The pictures you see of the vineyard most of the views they post are not what you will get. I choose the villa and once i gt there was really disappointed. The room was really small the tv was positioned off to the side. Although it says microwave available they dont have one or offer it for our room. The only pictures that are real are those of the pool. Also make sure to wipe down any table especially the center one that sits in front of the couch. I wiped it and the cloth i used turned black.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The beds and sheets were not clean, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The service was also poor—staff were not helpful or attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant was also very bad, with low-quality food and unpleasant service. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

1) The room service menu was great but not knowing they serve the food in a “DoorDash” takeout manner, it took back the meaning of “room service” at a high end resort. I understand they will be changing this practice in the future (didn’t help us now though)
2) Being an engineer/architect, I found the layout of the villas to be “extremely poor” with a lot of wasted space. The room size was huge but had bad space planning, with the bathroom area unnecessarily large, at the expense of the living space. The furnishings, lighting, etc., were overbearing and not to our taste. Again, not much can be done about this since I expect the other violas to have something similar.
All said, we had a good experience but will have second thoughts about coming back to this resort.

The property was pretty and The Look of the room was ok, but there was a harsh odor in the room that smelled like b.o. we had to open up the patio doors, all the windows, turn the air on and spray perfume, but the smell still lingered (sounds a bit dramatic but I swear I'm not exaggerating). For nearly 400 dollars a night I wouldn't recommend staying there, you can find a cheaper hotel with a nicer room that's still close by to the wineries. Also when we got there at the check in time the room still wasn't ready, it took 40 minutes after check in time until we're were able to go to our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, absolutely no complaints there and they did give us a later check out time for the inconvenience but again for almost 400 dollars a night im definitely regretting my decision to book there.

The villas have parking spots directly in front of the room which made it super convenient to bring belongings in and out. The pool and jacuzzi area was very clean. The bathroom was also excellent with great lighting and water pressure. The view from our balcony was spectacular with hundreds of grape vines making up the South Coast Winery vineyard. Amazing accommodations in the villa suites! We got married in Temecula at a different winery and stayed at South Coast for our wedding weekend! This was our second time staying here the past few nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was just as wonderful! From the most comfortable bed and the best bathroom in any hotel we have ever stayed with a fabulous jacuzzi bathtub and dual showers (with a lovely tangerine shower gel shampoo and conditioner included) to the courtyard area and semi private patio this is our perfect little home away from home. The grounds are extremely well maintained and beautiful we were right next to the Grapeseed Spa where we also enjoyed some relaxing time by their fantastic pool and jacuzzi spa. They also have a fitness center with 24-hour access below the spa. We also enjoyed spa services that included a glass of wine and there’s a lovely deck to relax after your treatment. One of the best hot stone massages I have ever had was with Faye she was attentive professional and very intuitive! There are very delicious breakfast offerings at the Vineyard Rose restaurant also on site just a short walk from your room or villa and they also offer room service. Overall this an incredible location for us when we visit Temecula. Special thanks to South Coast Winery for making our anniversary just as memorable as our wedding weekend we will definitely return soon!

The Hotel, The Wine Tasting Room, The Restaurant, The Spa and the Staff were so kind and lovely. We've been to this resort many times. We have stayed at villas and hotel. Checking in went smoothly but usually you are offered if you want a red or white wine. We were just handed a bottle of chardonnay. Fewer amenities are in the room. No shower cap, vanity kit, bath salts for tub, items that were previously in rooms. There is a resort fee at time of check-in.
