Hotel hallway was disgustingly dirty. There was a towel with excrement next to the elevators. The hotel had a smell of burned pea soup. Restroom in room was dirty and had mold. Beds were flimsy. Expected more for $250 for one night. Room key stopped working on 2 separate occasions within 2 hours. Staff was nice though.

It was a weird vibe like a women’s rehab facility. There were two nice older ladies. They were always walking in the hallway all night, long and anytime that I would go out of my room. They were always there. It was kind of creepy. Not the nicest hotel.

The bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the sheets and spread (no comforter) were thin. I would never stay there again. I wasn’t even offered a full or even a partial refund. Everything was great except that when we first entered the room, there was an overwhelming, extremely powerful cologne smell from an old man. It was like someone broke their cologne in the room before us. Not the staff's fault, I am sure, but it gave me a horrible headache. I bought an air freshener and opened the windows, but it didn't go away. I had a migraine the whole time. I am not sensitive to smells either, so this was extremely bad.

Got this hotel because it had a kitchen and I have a 15 month old. The front desk and room were good! However, if you have a kid don’t go. Got noise complaints at 8:30pm because of my kid. When i went downstairs to ask if they just want to move us because obviously my son is going to be a little crazy she said no because they were “sold out” and quiet hours were at 9:30pm. It was 8:30pm!!!! The place smells like weed even though it’s a no smoking inside building. A lot of drunk people walking around, a lot of people standing outside at all hours of the night. I totally understand people live there and should be mindful of that but a 15 month old who doesn’t know what he is doing and has been in the car for 14 plus hours, give me a break. It’s a hotel! Some staff were super friendly, just annoyed that a noise complaint came in at 8:30 pm due to my son walking around DURING NON QUIET HOURS! I guess next time I’ll cut all of our legs off and hopefully we won’t get complaints from the guest that live there😊

The staff were excellent. The room was clean but the sheets were \"off\" so I requested a bed change and it came in 10 minutes. Towels were clean - although bath matt was soaking wet (not dirty looking but!).
I would stay here again as the price was right. There were no amenities beyond bar soap which is fine but be prepared! There was a working blow dryer and a nice kitchenette which we didn't need on this trip.

Old smells like a casino not in to par as too many homeless people around property there is no pool or jacuzzi that we seen or found. I had to check out kitchen things had to exchange towels for new ones couldn’t just ask for them phone didn’t work in my room !

We stayed here after a day of wine tasting. The room was fine but when we used the shower, the entire bathroom ended up flooding. We tried calling down to the front desk to tell them about the issue but they seemed uninterested in helping us. They didn’t offer us a different room and even after we told them we didn’t have towels because we had used them all to clean the floor, they didn’t bring us anymore.

This was definitely a situation of \"You get what you pay for\". There is no pool, no ice machines and no late check out requests. This was told when I asked if there was a pool. I was told I had to make my own ice with the ice trays in the room. The cabinets in the kitchen area definitely need some TLC. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, but a note that says you need to walk down to the front desk to request it.
We only needed a place to stay overnight, and rooms in the surrounding area were running super high, so I wasn't mad at the rate. It was a bed to sleep in & a freezer to make our own ice. Luckily I brought shampoo! LOL

The hotel was welcoming and clean, the only real issue was the kitchenette was empty, no plates or anything to cook with and no coffee maker 😞 other than that it was a 5* stay! Will book again in the future. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly as well, neighbors were kinda loud at weird hours but thats to be expected.

I could hear dogs barking at nice and a lady yelling in the halls and also no ice! It’s not a place to stay like for a vacation or mini vacation it’s literally a MOTEL!! The building looks much better from the outside vs the condition of the rooms. The bathtubs are worn, and the kitchen isn't fully equipped. There are no dishes, cutlery, or pans. The online advertising sounds fake.

If there was no place to stay ever, I rather sleep in the car then go to this hotel again. Staff up front very rude. Went at 2:05 pm and I was told they don't do early check ins. I have stayed over 500 hotels in my lifetime and yet once no hotel has every told me 55 minutes prior to our check that \"They don't allow early check ins\", for me it was funny and not a proper way to start. 2ndly I canceled the hotel and booked somewhere else, especially finding out they had no pool. Now they don't want to refund the money when based on their body of email which I received that if you cancel before July 19th before 6:00 pm which I did then there would be no fee being charged. Complete opposite. I'm upset with the America Suites Temecula Wine Country and surprised at Expedia for not taking care of us where I have been using expedia for 12 years now.

“Breakfast” is not really breakfast. It’s coffee and muffins. Not really what I expected when I booked the room here. Hallway by elevator smelled like a dog urinated. And I had to be changed out of the “non smoking” room because it smelled like cigarettes. But other than that, they staff were super friendly and helpful. In my opinion, it was still a little pricey for what the room provided.

My last minute trip to Extended Stay in Temecula was very nice. The afternoon staff(young man that was super sweet) was excellent & surprisingly fast but efficient in checking me in. Completely making my check in hassle-free & overall my stay at Extended Stay in Temecula CA relaxing & chill!! The only small negative would be the street accessibility could be a bit easier to get to but other than that great visit!! Most definitely will be visiting Extended Stay in Temecula again!

The younger lady, always smiling and interacting with customers. She knows her job and answer questions accurately. The hotel is not clean, rooms are only cleaned weekly, and when cleaned it’s half cleaned towels and wash clothes are not readily available so one is encouraged to return later because laundry is being done and bring your dirty. Just because the place comes with a refrigerator and stove they jack up the price but the upkeep and polices are a fail.

The room had a strong odor, like bleach with something else. Har to sleep with Windows opened. Underneath beds were dirty, dusty. I spotted one sock and a big plushy animal below the beds. It definitely seems like no-one cleaned that room before. I will never again stay in this place or any Extended stay America perhaps.

I stayed there for the first time and I was enjoyable. The front desk was really polite and helpful. If you need cooking utensils or a toaster or anything like that, you just have to ask him they will provide it. The hallway smelled a little funky and there was a few oddball people there overall it was a good experience. I would stay there again.

Room was dirty. It was my birthday and me and my family had to sleep in a dirty room. We went to the front desk to ask for something to clean the room so we had to stay up all night in the room because the need and floor and county tops was dirty and room smell like dog and fungus on the bathroom showers. I talk to management the next day and she offer 50 percent off our room but I wanted a full refund since we couldn’t sleep in our room because it was filthy. We drove two hours away to stay at the hotel to visit the Hot springs, never will stay there again.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. We reserved 4 rooms, so we could go wine tasting. Some of us paid 250-300 for the night. The hotel had a weird street entrance and lobby smelled like senior living facility. Some of the guests looked homeless. We had one lady screaming down the hall to open up her door. Inside the room, we found hair all over the bathroom sink. Stains on the walls. Old soap bar stuck on the side of the bathtub. There was a device connected to the toilet that would flash when you entered in the dark. We joked around that they were taking a picture of us. Once I climbed into bed, pillows were not comfortable. Kept thinking I was going to get bedbugs. Thankfully we didn’t. Breakfast was pitiful. We didn’t waste our time. For 300 bucks a night, really? Never again.
