I will start with the just the tip of the iceberg on what went wrong. We had to move rooms because the a/c was not working and the heater was stuck on all night.

Paint peeling, pillow had some red stain (probably blood), door had a hard time closing, smelled bad in the lobby, pool was nasty and bottom of pool was chiped, hot tub not working, window had a broken window net, and planty of more to go over it. Also the \"breakfast\", I wouldn't even call it that. Waffle mix ran out really quick and no refills. No fruits, no juice, coffee watered down, and much more things.

Not recommended, wish I did more research on place.

I don’t even know why this place is still open. I don’t even know if our room was cleaned we didn’t even want to take a shower because the bathtub was disguising. Our door was broken and the room smelled like someone had died in it. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would...

Dirty filthy, Stinky. No cleanliness. The hall ways and carpets are simply disgusting and dated with dirt. The non smoking rooms smelled like years of smoking saturated into the walls. tiny TV with a 1980s remote control, Head light and passing cars made it impossible to sleep. Evidence of Vagrancy around the hotel and parking lot. Human crap near the entrance of the hotel. The heater in our room smelled like someone urinated on it. The staff at the front desk looked clueless to the simplest request. The free breakfast was a joke- coffee and hot water. Do yourself the favor, FIND A DIFFFERENT HOTEL- This was the worst hotel i ever stayed at.

The room was not clean. The shower tile was broken and had mold additionally the entire shower had been painted with something and parts of it was peeling. The laminate flooring approaching the bathroom was buckled and looked like it had been water damaged. The general area was poorly kept with broken items near the walkway to parking lot and paper was covering windows with some of it falling down.
Overall the facility was very run down.

I rarely dont leave reviews and when I do,its even more rare that they are negative. I didnt find much quality in this inn. The check in was fast,thats good. The room was stale,thats bad. Parking was easy,thats good. Every room is up stairs,thats bad. They had a continental breakfast,thats good. It was one waffle maker,one kind of cereal and old coffee,thats bad. The worst part was being woken up at 3 am by dogs barking in the room next to ours. No one at thevfront desy to help with this and who wants to change rooms at 3am anyway. We stayed here because it was the one of the cheapest options and my daughter had a tournament nearby. And by nearby ,i mean 30 minutes away because this place is not near anything. San marcos is far and so is temecula. Good luck if you stay here,hopefully your experience is much better than ours was.

Nothing! The man at the front desk was rude and did not care that we waited two hours for our room when it was supposed to be done by 3 pm. He never once offered an apology, and once we were able to get into our room it was still really dirty! The toilet had a black rung of mold in it along with the shower and the walls had brown stuff splattered on them! I immediately told my family not to touch anything and went to the front to cancel my stay for two nights and for a refund. I was told to email the manager for refund, still haven't heard back from manager!

The staff is friendly so I don't want to complain about them, I assume my complaints are out of their control. Everything else - EVERYTHING - is sub par about this venue. The showers are old and do not look clean. The TV won't receive. When we came back to our rooms for the night at 930p there were 5 people smoking \"something\" under the eaves near the parking lot and another breaking in to what I hope was his own vehicle. We moved our car to what we hoped was a safer spot with better lighting much farther from our room. My mother is elderly and we had to walk very slowly through these questionable people. I don't like to give bad reviews but I cannot recommend anyone stay here.

Well, It might have been a nice place when it was built over 30 years ago? Looks like the original owners built it NICE with an additional swimming pool and grassy areas and gazebo! Which is now filled in with dirt and fenced off, The existing pool And spa is dirty, yuk! The rooms beat up, the beds are nasty!!! Very old bed sheets and blankets with nasty stains of i dont know what? and cigarette holes all over! Rooms smell like cigarette smoke, even though their NO smoking allowed !! Staff was ok, the maid was very nice! The Indian Owners are cheap and do practically nothing to maintain this hotel! Stay in Temecua!!

Ad online looked way better! Not happy w/ room. There was a hole in my sheet. Hot water was tempid at best. Breakfast was not appealing at all. There was a huge bowl of cornflakes to scoop out of, LoL. Strong smell of industrial cleaner, but place seemed dirty. Paid for 3 nights, stayed for 1. We booked another hotel after 1st night. Sorry to say, but we will not return!

Reservations mean absolutely nothing to this establishment. They gave away our room. First the front desk person said they were sold out--advised that I had a reservation. Then the story changed that there was plumbing issues. No showers available. The dismissive attitude by the representative of this hotel was beyond belief. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS HOTEL!!

We didn't stay at the Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15. A few days after I booked two rooms, I researched the hotel and found the reviews disturbing. I decided to go see for myself before staying there. I was concerned because I was taking my wife, her mother and aunt. What I discovered was that this hotel was the worst I've ever seen and I've seen some motels where drug addicts would stay. This was worse. The property was dirty, including pool, jacuzzi, and surrounding property areas. There was trash all around the property. The parking lot did not have adequate lighting which made it scary considering I'm traveling with three women, two who have mobility issues. Which also points to the fact that there wasn't an elevator on the property. I also discovered dead rats that have been there for days. Judging by the Sam, the front desk attendant, that was not going to happen. He was more interested with playing on his phone. The lobby was dirty and smelled of mold. The area where they serve the continental breakfast was in bad shape including dirty walls and chipped paint. The rooms had a strong ammonia smell which burned in my nose for a couple of hours. The bathrooms were dirty and the tubs had dirt streaks. I booked the hotel based on the pictures they show you online and it looked nothing like that. Not even close. This is the worst I've seen. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s quite obvious that the owners of this particular motel do not care about quality. The place was dirty. The floors in our room turned our socks black. We cleaned the floors with the wet towels and they all turned gray. We had no hot water in our shower. The air conditioning leaked onto some of our clothes and when we asked about laundry facilities because we had to wash the clothes the staff said they couldn’t help. We heard our neighbors complaining about cold water in the shower as well so it wasn’t just our room. Our bathroom shower was moldy. We bought a bathroom spray cleaner and were able to clean it up. The mildew was gone. The air conditioning smelled of mildew. The place was just gross. I’ll never recommend this place.

The place doesn't appear to be well maintained. The online pictures make it look better than the actual place. There were brown stains all over the pool and jacuzzi. The staff was fine but not informative. The bathroom didn't even have trash cans although there are signs about things that should be thrown in the trash. You could see the unfinished paint job. Also, the site says there would be breakfast. Unless you consider coffee and orange juice breakfast, I would say there was no breakfast. It was definitely not worth the price that we paid to stay there.

The pictures posted in the site made the property look fairly decent. Upon arrival, the property looked more like an apartment complex. There was plenty of parking space, which was nice, but the rooms had a strange smell as if the air filters in the AC units need cleaning. Some of our sheets had stains on them as well and appliances need some updates. The pool and jacuzzi also needed cleaning, you can tell no one has been in there in quite some time. We were also told breakfast would be served between 7 and 9 but no food was present around 8:30am.

Do NOT stay here!! The photos online are not current!! There is trash everywhere and the trash cans are overflowing! First room we had was terrible. Smelled bad, A/C didn't work and shower didn't drain! They gave us another room that was better but still like a Motel 6 room. Saw very little effort to clean anything! The pool is in disrepair. The spa has no heat and was pretty dirty. Pool needs new plaster etc. I will write the company that runs the place too!

The WORST hotel I have ever booked with Expedia. While exiting vehicle other guest warned me about room condition. Saying he just checked his family out without staying.
I didn't listen got to room, it was filthy like it was never cleaned,we found used condom in room bathroom was horrible.

Ok so there was a bit of a rocky start to our stay...the room I booked online said it was a double room w 2 queen size beds...when we checked in, we were told it was only 1 bed. She was firm at first, but not rude...she had me show her an email w the booking and send it to an email & then we were given a room w 2 queen beds. I was so disappointed to discover the spa was not working...it looked fine but wouldn't heat up & jets weren't working...they said it was under maintenance. I know I sounded a bit whiney on the phone but the room already looked different (smaller, less upgraded) than the pictures online of the room I selected... but she was so nice, she didnt have an attitude & she kindly moved us to an upstairs room w a bathtub and a balcony. It was just that I chose to pay a little more for a nice stay w my son when there were other hotels in the area, w cheaper rates that also had pools/spas so I was bummed to pay a bit more only to find out the spa didn't work. But customer service and kindness goes a long way w me...she didnt have to give me another room, but she did and the other employees were very polite & friendly as well. The design of the hotel is very cute & although it has easy acceas to the highway, it also feels somewhat secluded, up against a large hill, w a nice neighborhood to walk in. All they would need is a little maintence on the spa & offer a little more at breakfast (it was always oranges, frosted flakes, waffles & coffee but nothing else)

They charged me a deposit that was not in the charges they we checked in and the front desk was just rude and said nothing could be done about the deposit. We get to the room and its ok till you get to the bathroom (see pics) then the next morning go to take a shower no hot water so had to take cold showers for the day and told the front desk they said must be the heater but the didn't seem to care didn't ask if we need to get it fixed or put us in another room so at this point i decided to check out early as we left the hotel then about 10 minutes later there is a 47 dollar charge on my bank account from the hotel not sure why all i did was check out a day early that was still paid for so a big scam if you give them your card number dont wont ever stay at a quality inn again

This property was beyond terrible, we were there for 2 days for a family wedding, do not know the area. The garbage in the cans outside was overflowing when we got there and it was still there when we left two days later, very very outdated rooms and hotel.. could not book anywhere else because we came for a wedding and had to leave that day for the rehearsal. Never ever again pictures are very deceiving. The people next door to us also said how bad the room was when we ran into them outside. Paint was chipping in our bathroom ceilings look like they had a little bit of mold in the bathroom.

We asked if they can move us to different rooms but they were so rude talking to us and of course didn’t give us that option.
Plus my daughter woke us up in the middle of the night said someone pulled her leg out of the bed. The room is definitely spooked!

We noticed a lot of negative reviews, so went with some trepidation. All for naught. Room was clean, fully equipped and the waffels among orher things at the 'continental' were nice. Pool was heated and needed a light \"skimming\" (you're in the windy desert, people). No big deal! Looked like the front desk guy had to do everything, there, so was a little slow getting to the front desk but we did the \"HELLO\" out back and he showed rt up. Overall... a pretty nice stay. And, would do it again! Pretty good for less than a $100.

When I booked the room it said king bed and sofa. When we arrived the front desk said no sofa. Expedia website is wrong. So I asked for a different room w 2 queens. The front desk said they had one with no air con. While I was deciding ( 3 min ) the front desk said it was sold. This was at 10pm at night
They also said they didn’t have a rollaway.

Lobby smelled old, gnats circling the trash and windows streaked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Room smelled like faint pet urine, dust layer on lamps and window sill. No duvet on the bed just two sheets and a thin fuzzy blanket. At check out no one was at the desk. Finally an unwelcoming Indian man came out. He was the only staff there and had been cleaning a room. He was short with me and not helpful. Will never stay here again. It is motel status not hotel by any means.

The hotel smell like pee, the bedroom was very dusty, some hair, I request a cleaning and they didn’t, we left the second night and couldn’t have a refund of the third.

The worst hotel i can remember, except staff was friendly. TV didn’t work, shower didn’t work, old furniture, bad mattress, no soap, dirty exterior, not good
