The room was ok. The service pretty bad. One example: no water glasses in the room. Called to request 2 glasses and one hour later nothing. Called reception again and I was informed that it was not the responsibility of the hotel. I had to call the manager in turn to finally get the glasses. One worse thing: I was charged money for no reason when I had left the hotel

Well actually the room was good 👍 check in was also good the only thing tht made upset was they didnt have the pool functioning thts the only thing we got the hotel was for the pool cause on the pictures it looked great and my girls wanted a pool if they would of had a warning stating tht the pool wasnt functioning i probably wouldnt of got it cause we were looking for hotel with a pool but other than tht the room was good

Hotel was very clean, especially the bathroom. Room was especially clean for how dated it was. For example, there were not enough plug-ins, and some equipment was broken (sockets, window curtain). However, staff does an amazing job keeping this dated hotel in tip top shape. For example, they thoroughly cleaned (including bleach) the rooms and even asked if we wanted extra cleanings when the do not disturb was on the door (when they saw me in the hallway). Another example of their amazing service is they physically carried a refrigerator to our room when we asked if we could have one. Some complaints: Gym is in need of repair and updating, the steam room is not functioning, the pool area lacked attention, and the breakfast buffet was not good. Food to order was much better, though. And i cannot overstate this: each and every one of the staff was amazing. They made it a point to treat you like you were the only guest. Very friendly and accomodating. Overall this hotel was worth the cost, but only because of the staff. The building needs some work/repair/rennovation and the breakfast needs improvement.

Be careful people get in your room 12 am

I check in room stink real bad I put the key to turn on the a/c so the small go away next day I go out come back key is not there fine my last day I was in the bathroom my doughther in bed someone get get in the room a men and girl saying sorry the give us this room but the people look very scare and run out my doughther was crying how someone get in you room 1 am is not right I don’t recommend this to none I stay here becuse hotel Riu across the street was full please every one don’t risk your family life on this place spend the. More dollars and get a real good service and you don’t have to go true my experience

I made a reservation one month and a half ago, I communicate through expedia that I will arrive late because my flight was delayed, expedia respond the message saying that everything was good. But when I arrived the hotel at midnight my reservation had been canceled by a manager at the hotel because they couldn't charge my credit card during the afternoon. The lady at the reception desk was a truly angel, she fixed everything and got a room for my family. Expedia, you should make better your clients communication through your channels.

Since we arrived first the receptionist lied to me because I asked if in my floor there was a room with bathtub and she told me NO, the rooms with that are on floor 2,and it was a total lie.
Then when we arrived to the room the blanquets were DIRTY, then we asked them to change.
The room also was not the size I reserved for, it was so tiny that there was even not space for the cradle of my babies.
In the night the air conditioning was not working, we called at 12 am and maintenance arrived until 12:40 with my 2 babies sweating, they couldn’t even sleep. When the man verify the air, he saw that it was not working ok and the answer was only that maybe we can change the room the next day.
The shower room also was not working ok, just a few drops of water came out.
Next day i saw an open room just next to ours, and effectively, the rooms were bigger, almost the double size, the size that I payed for and with bathtub!! Then we needed to change everything with our babies.
We payed for an executive room, that included some amenities, but they just said that during the weekends they are not available, then the hotel must NOT OFFER that if it’s nos available everyday!
Reception employees were not helpful not even friendly. The only kind people in there are the cleaning and security people, besides that it was SO DISAPPOINTING OUR STADY in there.

Pathetic service. Just because the city had a concert, they cancelled our reservation without calling / texting me. I came to know that the reservation was cancelled when I went to the hotel late in the night with my family. We literally slept in our car because there were no rooms available for that day in any of the near by hotels.

Room temp was at 80 Fahrenheit all day and night, never below this

I told them and maintenance people said to wait but at the end it never got cooler

Parking so difficult, the parking lots reserved for large vehicles was used by small cars and they have people taking care of entrance so they should be able to tell people to move, and we took a large truck and we had a lot of trouble to park cause due to parkin measures we were not able to go to second level
Due to the reduced margin of the ramps and curves

El hotel está muy bien, los cuartos están excelentes, con mucho espacio y en excelentes condiciones. El personal de recepción da un gran servicio y atención, así como el servicio a cuartos.
El único problema es el estacionamiento, es subterráneo, sucio y no tiene elevador así que si llevan varias maletas o pesadas no está nada cómodo. A la salida el botones no nos ayudó con las maletas hasta el coche, solo las bajó un nivel de estacionamiento.

More than likely wouldn't return.

The front desk and welcome staff were not what you would call friendly. When we checked in the gal at the desk couldn't find our reservation because she was using my wife's first name as the last name even though she had her passport in front of her. Then we were given conflicting information on parking. We were made to pay at thecdesk then told in the restaurant we should have just been validated. We had an early flight and had to leave at 3:00 am but found our car was locked in, in the garage. The manager on duty seemed put out that he had to open the garage for us.

Let’s start with the cons. AC was not cooling our room down, had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night twice. Moving to the Pros. Staff was AMAZING! They are also so polite and want to do everything to make the stay comfortable. The room was super clean! Great option to stay here for a few days.

Hotel is very pleasant and clean, the staff are nice and accomodating.
Loved the free bottled water. The location is great on one of the main avenues, but still pretty quite at night. Located at walking distance from great restaurants, small convience stores and pharmacy.
The 24 hour controlled parking is a plus for only 3 dollars a day.
The pool top roof views are amazing. Overall a great experience and will definitaly be back.
