Overall cleanliness of property is abyssal; this is at best a 2 star hotel despite what you may be led to believe. I asked for laundry pickup and it never happened, every time I call reception the answer was it will be picked up in one hour. The room service was not available, gym was not available. I booked sea view rooms and they are rather small and bathrooms are terrible with no option to close bathroom door. If you are going with family this is not the place for you.

A well deserved h/b hotel break

Chose this hotel because off its location and price. Breakfast was fab and 6 30 /10 am. Staff were lovely and helpful. Some decent choices for dinner, although a bit cold by the time i got back to my table. I should have asked if they had a microwave but ate everything as it was tasty. Shame the wine was so expensive. Couple off restaurant staff were really chatty and caring. But overall ALL STAFF were very pleasant. I think they deserved my tips. My room had sea view. Beautiful and clean. I told the staff they didn't need to change my bedding so often. Someone has obviously left the shower on full pelt so there's been a leak. It's quite hilly, taxi outside the entrance. 5/7 minute walk down into ladies beach. Bit quiet now as its winter. But still plenty off bars and restaurants open.

To be honest, one of the most terrible experiences that I have ever had in my travels. As we check in, we dont have hot water in bathroom!! The problem is solved next day! The recieption behavior was very bad and impolite. We stay 3 nights and we dont have any minibar although I call recieption more than 5 times for it!!! Our room was just at the top of the restaurants so we couldnt sleep from 7 am. Also our room was just in front of the place that they perform shows until 11 oclock pm, so if we wanted to sleep sooner its not possible. Do not choose this place at all.

It was all inclusive resort, which was a surprise for us, the food was actually pretty good in the buffet. What I was surprised is the price for what they call a premium alcohol which was extra. It was outrageously expensive. The beach equipment is very old and needs attention. Seafood restaurant on premises is crazy expensive, you a better off going into town and eat there.

Amazing property on the edge of Agean Sea.. the hotel offers all inclusive option at great prices which are simply much more than just value for money.. comfy rooms are splendid and outstanding cleanliness.. we had a sea facing room where we witnessed beautiful sunset.. breakfast lunch dinner everything awesome.. private small beach mind-blowing.. seaside huts extended over sea offers Maldivian touch.. Heaven for photographers

Liked the quiet pool area, plus liked the choice of food.
Did not like that the gym was not ready for use while I was there.
There was no decent TV I could watch in my room, or even in a main bar area. Wanted to watch Champions League football, but no where screening it. Very poor for a 5 star hotel. My shower had black mould in it, the same as two other guests I befriended had in theirs.
When I complained about the above, the guest manager offered to send someone up to clean it, but that would have needed a deep clean with chemicals, and not just a wash through. She also said she would get back to me regarding my interest in viewing my football interest, but never got back to me.
I left the hotel to find a better one. This I did, and at one third of Le Bleu’s prices.

I loved the view from my room. The sea view room was amazing.
Very nice and clean hotel however it should be all inclusive.
While it was only breakfast and dinner.
But the price was reasonable and i had nice experience.

The Hotel is situated at a nice location but bit far away from city center. The best views are from junior suite rooms. However, the noise isolation in between hotel rooms is not good. I can hear guest in the next room talk, hear door of the closet being closed etc. not good as I could not relax when you hear constant chatting noise coming from the next room. I therefor had to ask for change of room and luckily the hotel was empty so they moved me to a room above! I wonder if there was no room available then I had to put up with a loud neighbor next door and that would have ruined my stay. Bath room doesn't have any hooks to hang cloths, in shower there is no place to put shampoo you have to either hold it in your hand or put it on the floor, these are small bits missing.

IT IS A NICE RESORT WITH LOTS OF TOURIST COMPANY TAKING BREAK IN THIS HOTEL. BREAKFAST FOR VEGETARIAN IS NO GOOD AT ALL BUT THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL TO ARRANGE FOR YOU FROM THE KITCHEN IF INFORMED IN ADVANCE. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE IS THERE IS NO PROVISION OF BASIC MEDICAL FACILITY AS MY SON MET WITH A SMALL ACCIDENT WHILE DOING JET SKI AT THEIR RESORT AND WAS BLEEDING THEY DO NOT HAVE BASIC FIRST AID KIT AT THE JETTY, I RUSHED TO THE RECEPTION THEY SAID THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND WHEN I LOST MY HEAD AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER ONE MR SARGE HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE, ON MY FRUSTRATION THEY FINALLY AGREED TO OPEN SOME DOCTORS CABIN BUT WITHOUT EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE THEY JUST SHUFFLED THE DRAWER AND CAME BACK WITH SIMPLE GAUGE. I DID COMPLAINT TO THEIR GUEST RELATIONSHIP LADY CLAUDIA SHE SAID SHE WILL LOOK INTO IT?? I WONDER HOW TURKISH GOVT. GAVE LICENCE TO THEM IF BASIC MEDICAL KIT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT WATER SPORTS NOR AT RECEPTION AND THEIR EXCUSE OF SAYING THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND HAS NOT BE REFILLED WAS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. Not great for Brits

I hate to sound like a little Englander but this hotel does not cater very well for Brits, as a few other reviews have said.

Food is very much aimed at a more European market.

Entertainment non existent on 2 or 3 nights. No information anywhere we could see advising what was on and when.

Very nice location but let down by some poor choices I'm afraid.

Would not return.

Nice stay, not too busy and quiet location.

We stayed with our two teenage daughters in August for a week. We were amongst only a few British people there but the staff spoke pretty good english. It was easy to get beds by the relax pool every day and there was rarely a queue in the restaurant. Food was pretty good but I would not compare it to other 5* hotels we have stayed in in Turkey. However, we always found something we liked and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very close to ladies beach but quite far from the city centre. However, there is a bus route no. 5 connecting the city centre to the hotel.
There was a group tour which checked in on the same day and the hotel was poorly managed to handle so much volumes.
The hotel staff hardly knew English which was a surprise to us. Hotel service was also of a inferior quality. However , the breakfast spread was good.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Avoid this place. Freezing, terrible food, bad hotel service, mismanaged with incapable staff. WE are on the 4th floor and we can still here the discoteque playing bad music all night, every night. The food is cheap and disgusting.

Great base for exploring or just to relax.

Pre arranged hotel transfer was not waiting on arrival, but this was a simple mix up over which terminal we would be at and was quickly sorted by one phone call to Guest Relations rep. Cristina, who was very informative and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel room and corridors very clean with daily maid service if required. Plenty of good food, and a lobby bar open most of the day. Two or three pools, again very clean, as well as a games room, which was a little short of games! Large pool table but use was extra (20TL per hour) and cue ball was more than a bit rough. Overall we were both very happy with our stay.

Nice View and Room but Little Else

The room (a suite) was clean, bright and spacious. The check-in girl was friendly as were most of the staff. But there are several staff members that let the team down. Especially those that make you wait for anything you ask for for ages. It's like the drinks or food is coming out of their wage. Stingy. Food is bulk and uninspiring!

The all inclusive is a joke when it comes to drinks. Only a few local thing a free. Everything else is extra, even fresh orange juice at breakfast!

Overall very disappointing. Seems just a hangout for the masses of those that just want to drink beer and each sub-standard food.

Holiday at Le Bleu Hotel & Resort

Le Bleu Hotel & Resort is a great hotel to spend a few days or more. Even in the mid-October it was still warm enough to swim.
The hotel design is well thought-out, the service and the food are excellent.
While there were small glitches, like wi-fi hardly ever worked in the room on the 4th floor, overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great Hotel

This is an amazing hotel and I am someone that is normally very critical. The pools are spotless, the staff attentive and the facilities are brilliant (including a good choice of english,french and german tv channels in the room and good wifi) The food is of a very good standard, cocktails are freshly made - as are the snacks at the pool bar (try the fajitas!!) and there is a very wide range of drinks available. Although it is only 200 yards from Ladies beach, the venue is quiet and tranquil except by the activities pool -where the animation team make things more lively :). Its a Great place for a getaway or a couples/group holiday. This place is so good that we stayed here twice this year and will certainly be back next year if we can afford it!

Good hotel.

Really good stay with good food and drink. Minor irritations were loud outdoor disco outside our room 8am until late every night (ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel) and locals blatantly pushing in at bar and restaurant and being served by the staff. Also, some bar staff were fairly miserable.
Other than that, great room, great food, great all inclusive set up and nice outdoor space.

Great all inclusive resort - but very BIG. Also very LOUD with disco entertainment every night. If you want quiet - get a room facing West away from the Disco. Nice views, OK rooms - could be cleaner - some dead bugs. Stair wells and some public bathrooms had bad smells. Nice shower. All inclusive was good deal - includes beer/wine. Food was pretty good. Not a bad value - I called this a \"land\" cruise ship.

Perfect for a week of relaxation, fun and comfort

My wife and I are just back from a week spent at this hotel at the beginning of June (6th-13th) and I have to say it was absolutely brilliant. I can't fault a single thing!

Hotel:
1hr from airport. Clean and comfortable. The rooms are a decent size, clean and have a fantastic view. There are 2 pools, a relaxing one and an entertainment one.There is also a jetty into the ocean which makes for beautiful photos but can be annoying because of the wind, but that's not the hotel's fault. Make sure to visit the Turkish spa and baths also!

It's a short distance to the beach, and 10 min drive to the main city, get a taxi bus.

Food/Drink:
We went all inclusive, the beer and spirits are local, but you have to pay for them after midnight, (still cheap). The food was great, a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, rice and chips, variety of meats every meal, (usually chicken/fish) and fresh baked Turkish breads, as well as deserts and soups etc.

You can also book in for a 'personal' dinner at the fish restaurant with customer services or the reception. I would recommend this at least once, as they cater for around 20 people maximum and is a more personal dinning experience.

Staff:
Very friendly and helpful and non-intrusive. Everyone speaks at least a little English. The entertainment team were also very fun. Easy going and again non-intrusive. Mix in a bit of fun while you're there and they will make sure you're catered for. Free entertainment every night also!

Hôtel agréable. Tout est sur place. La réception fait le maximum pour répondre à vos attentes.
La ville de Kusadasi est pratique pour visiter le site d'Éphèse et plusieurs circuits sont proposés.
L'hôtel dispose d'un hammam (gratuit) avec des soins en complément.
Si vous cherchez un hôtel au soleil tt compris, vous êtes au bon endroit.

Alles ist soweit ok gewesen allerdings in Bad an einiger Ecken schwarz Schimmel, die leider nicht entfernt sind, fand ich nicht gut. Deshalb waren wir oft in Hamam. Die zusätzliche Massagen und Anwendungen waren sehr teuer 50 Euro aufwärts, haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommenen.
Was uns im Hotel am meisten gestört hat, waren die Leute aus China bzw. aus Indien nur für eine Nacht übernachtet haben und nächsten Tag weiter gezogen haben. Sie kamen 100 bis 150 Pro Abend an und die Getränke und Essen geplündert haben und teilweise fast alles aufm Teller ohne zu essen gelassen haben. Mann könnte auch froh sein, dass man Aufzug nutzen konnte. Also Hotel ist auf Touren fokussiert und immer mit kommen und gehen von hunterte von Leuten konzentriert auf Kosten andere Gäste.
Wir werden nicht noch einmal diesen Hotel besuchen. Auch die andere Hotels in der Umgebung gleiche Qualität. Wir werden definitiv diesen Ortschaft verzichten. Kusadasi ist praktisch ein zwischen Station für Mutter Maria und Efesus. Wo sollen die Leute sonst unter kommen.
Essen waren reichhaltig in Buffet Form. Die Mitarbeiter waren als die Hunderte Ost-Asiaten kamen überfordert aber trotzdem sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit.

Die Auswahl an Gerichten sowohl Mittags als auch Abends war einmalig. Vorallem haben die Animateure immer für Spaß gesorgt. Das einzige was in unserem Zimmer nicht gut war, dass der WC Spülkasten nicht immer ordnungsgemäß funktionierte. Sonst war alles perfekt, genau richtig für Familien mit oder ohne Kids. Würde immer wieder kommen. Das Personal war immer ansprechbar und höflich.

I really liked the location of the hotel (10 minutes away from the town) and the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Very nice private beach. Lots of place to be.
The food was OK. And the service at the restaurant was amazing, the waiters were kind and very professional.
What I didn't like about the hotel: First of all, the DJ is horrible. The music was awful and boring. Not entertaining at all. The DJ himself was not very nice. He was very unpolite. The animation team was boring, the hotel sleeps early - basically no entertainment, you have to go out of the hotel to have fun in the evening.
The beach isn't always clean. But the watersports team was very nice and funny to be around.
It's definitely a place to visit with big families and kids, but for couples and younger people I wouldn't recommend this place.

Un havre sur la mer

Un lieu à taille humaine où chacun(e) peut vivre ses vacances. Une piscine pour les enfants, une pour les adultes, et le ponton pour être tranquille sur et dans la mer. Un seul bémol, la cuisine, buffet quasi identique à chaque repas et de jour en jour. Et une immense déception, le poisson, au mieux sans intérêt, au pire immangeable.

I booked a room which I thought had direct sea view, but was mislead by hotels.com which is publishing photos of junior suites as standard room category, so be aware what you book. The hotel property itself is a good 4 star class. I likes especially staff and the all inclusive food selection, which was splendid and quite tasty. All kind of drinks you can imagine yourself for the price is to be considered a bargain. Book junior suites for the best view !

Altro che 5 stelle.al massimo tre.ho una camera con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo e al posto di questo hanno dato un letto da campeggio.ho dovuto chiamare 4 volte e aspettare tre ore prima che venisse sostituito togliendo tutto lo spazio disponibile in camera.il personale parla inglese (il 40%) ma il livello professionale spesso è molto basso.unico ristorante gestito come una catena di montaggio, cibo tanto ma di scarsa qualità ed esclusivamente turco (da un 5 stelle mi aspetterei qualcosa di internazionale). Nonostante sia pubblicizzata la possibilità di avere frutta o altro nei bar a bordo piscina, non è stata mai offerta anche se richiesta. Spiaggetta inesistente e bruttina.i bambini si divertono per la piscina e gli scivoli ma finisce lì

Fint ophold med god mad, dog manglede der styring på opfyldning af service, samt flere af de forskelligartede retter stod forkert placeret, eks. kun en slags ymer stod i den ene ende af lokalet og tilbehøret i den anden ende. Der manglede lidt mere fokus på sunde (ikke sukker indholdige) produkter.
Hvad angår værelserne med seawiew var dette ikke godt da balkonen lå med udsigt henover køkkenet/spisesalen hvorfor mados var generende når man havde døren åben for at nyde havet, eller sad på balkonen. Dårlige senge.

Fiyat performans dengesi mükemmel. Temizlik her noktada çok iyi. Yemekler genel olarak ortalamanın üstünde. Personel kibar ve güleryüzlü. Tek sıkıntı servis personelinin azlığı. Çoğu nokta self servis. Bir de lobi barda yabancı kokteyller ve premium içkiler yok. Ücrete tabi olarak bile seçenek sunulmalı. Genel olarak fiyatının hakkını fazlasıyla veriyor. Geceliği 2 katı olan otellerdeki hizmeti aramak mantıksız kanımca.

Otelin kendi plajı,iskelesi olması güzzeldi yalnız erken kalkmak lazım oluyudu yer bulmak için denizi güzel ve temizdi.Standart odaları küçüktü ,yemeklerinde çeşit vardı özellikle fırın kısmını beğendik (pide çeşitleri) bar kısmında çalışan personel ilgiliydi.Odalarin temizliği çok geç yapılıyodu ve pek sağlıklı yapılmış gibi durmuyordu.Otelin manzarisi guzeldi.
