Good overall hotel. We had a Quad Room, which was fine for two people, but would have been very tight for four people. The room was facing the road, and there was a lot of road noise even in late night. Breakfast was quite good. Dinner (extra charge) was okay.

Great breakfast but should start at 7am to allow guests to get to dolomites sites early. Coffee machines at breakfast was not labelled correctly so you didn’t know what you would get. Nicola at reception was very welcoming but cleanliness of room could be improved. Spa jacuzzi was cold at 5.30pm. Easy parking.

We had high hopes for this 4 star hotel but it did not meet our expectations. The room was very comfortable, but the wifi had many issues with connecting and disconnecting consistently. We also went to the restaurant and they had very bad service, kept asking me to move when I was ordering. Breakfast was good.

Rating this a 4 star makes me wonder about my entire Expedia experience. First, it is drastically more run down than photos show. This is not 4 star! . Second, We were the ONLY guests and placed on the roadside. Without exaggeration we were inches from the traffic. Loud, dirty and fumes. I cant tell how the mattresses were as we left before I even tried it. . Lost our money for the night and could care less. Dated, no investment in improvement, and slow and rude service upon check in.

Overall, the hotel is good. It offers great views, a good breakfast, a clean room, and a spacious bathroom. However, there was one downside that may not apply to all rooms: our bedroom had a balcony light that was very bright. According to the receptionist, it was supposed to turn off automatically at 11 p.m., but it didn't go off until 11:55 p.m. The light shone directly into our room, and it wasn't possible to block it with the curtains. I would still recommend this place, but I hope they can address this issue so guests can sleep peacefully.

Lovely spot with very friendly staff, but the rooms on one side are right next to a very busy road. If you leave the windows open for cool air at night it is very noisy, but if you close them it gets hot. Otherwise, it was a lovely spot.

We came for the mountain hikes and the spa was a plus after a long hike, it helped us relax and get ready for the next day hike. staff was friendly and approachable. The hotel has bikes for people to ride to the next towns for free, this was a plus for the kids. The scenery is spectacular!

Their breakfast buffet was like no other anywhere. Multiple bread, cheese, drink, yogurt options. Fresh honeycomb, all kinds of milk, Nutella, jams, homemade breakfast breads, waffles, pancakes. Their pizza was the best I've had in Italy with a crispy crust which was lacking everywhere else. Very clean and modern room. Just be careful of the shower. Wear the slippers they provide our you will slip

The only inconvenience we had was a miscommunication about the charges of infldoof pool which wasn't mentioned until we went second time when we ve been already charged with €28 per person, an extra that we would not choose if we knew is not included. Overall, was a good experience

We received a room with handicapped bathroom which we didn't need, so we asked to switch to regular room, we received a few options and we ended up upgrading to a room with a little bit more space, for 20€ per night. The built-in hair dryer didn't work so they provided a replacement. The breakfast was very good. The location is ok and the spa was also nice. 4.5 overall.

The location of this hotel is lovely. The room was a bit small and had a weird shape, but it was the last room available. Also it was overlooking the street. Dinner was included and it was ok, but nothing super. We booked this hotel for the spa, and we were rather disappointed that there was no pool and the spa itself was rather small. They have a second spa advertised which has a pool but this is not on site and we weren't offered to use that one. Breakfast was very poor.

We stayed 3 nights here and really appreciate the free parking and free breakfast. Breakfast spread had a great variety. Instead of self-service buffet style, you have to select the food you want and someone will take it for you (probably due to COVID regulation). Nonetheless, you can still go for multiple helpings of food. Wifi at the breakfast hall was extremely weak but strong in the hotel rooms. TV comes with netflix and Disney plus. The water pressure in the shower was strong and hot water was easy to control.

My experience at this resort had very good moments, such as spa facilities, comfortable bed, location, excellent view of the Dolomites and the restaurant for our evening meals which was part of the deal, it was worth (there are not many restaurants around - its staff nice too) my family and I enjoyed very much.
However, the reception staff were very grumpy and not friendly at all.
Ps. there was no shower gel or shampoo in the room, I needed to ask at the reception, which was another not goo experience.

Lot of potential, poor housekeeping

The place is nice, the hotel is almost there in terms of room and service. They need to put a bit more attention to details and definitely improve the housekeeping.
In the room there was an at leat 30 year old clock and phone, and the blow drier poewer cable was roughly joined with a clip and sellotaped to the blow drier itself. The desk chairs were pretty dirty and so were the curtains.
The breakfast needs improvement as well, I believe better quality and less variety would make the whole breakfasts experience better.

It’s a real pity as the hotel itself has great potential and the staff is very friendly.

I hope this review will help the management working towards an adequate standard.

We spent the end of the year at this property, and since arrival we had a very bad experience at the restaurant. very poor service from restaurant staff. very disorganized and not willing to help. On the night of the 31st, we were given a table to have dinner that was not a dinning table. Totally uncomfortable and the waiter was not willing to accommodate us. It was another guest of the hotel who offer to have his children move to our table and us taking theirs.

Then the food service was totally out of sync, food came cold and even though we had selected what we wanted to eat the night before, when the food arrive the server did not know what dish was what.

Great hotel for the money and location to outdoor adventures in nearby Cortina. We had a lovely view of the mountains and an AC unit we could turn on which was nice--the other couple we were with had a beautiful balcony but no AC, so ask for a room with AC if it is during the summer months and warm. The lady who checked us in and help with other directions was wonderful! Definitely check out the Pizzeria attached--amazing house wine and food!

Nice hotel but on main road

The rooms were modern and clean but big downside was no air conditioning or fans. The hotel is right on the main road so very loud with the windows open. The swimming pool pictured is about a mile away from the hotel. The breakfast was good but food in bthe attached cafe was not good. There is a full restaurant in the hotel but we did not eat there. Hotel has complimentary bikes for use on the bike path which is just across the road, definitely worth a ride for the views if only to get gelato in the next town. Hotel was about 20 mins from Cortina so no tourists but downside was the drive each day to reach the hiking trails. Don't miss the chairlift up to Cinque Torri - unbelievable views together with WW1 trenches. Is a must see if you do nothing else on this visit. We were very unimpressed with the food in this region - most restaurants seemed to have a similar menu. Overall a comfortable and clean hotel a little off the beaten path. Big plus was the availability of a family room - a queen bed plus bunk beds for the kids.

Wonderful stay at friendly hotel

My husband and I had a wonderful two-week stay at this hotel. It is an easy 30-minute drive to Cortina d'Ampezzo (we rented a car) with ample parking all around the hotel. There are a handful of delicious restaurants down the street, in which we found ourselves to be the only tourists. All of the employees, from the front desk people to the service people in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly. The included breakfast was delicious with great espresso drinks, fresh fruit and pastries. The rooms are very clean and modern and we had a balcony. They have free bike rental for hotel guests so one day we borrowed the bikes and went for a ride on the bike path. Their attached restaurant has speedy service and delicious food. We decided to spend two days at a mountain hut and were surprised when we returned to the hotel and the employees were all worried about us because they had noticed our absence -- something I would never expect to see in an American hotel! The hotel has a very nice family type atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again if we come back and I would definitely recommend it to all of my friends.

Good choice pre/post Dolomite road

Stayed here just before embarking on the Dolomiti road through some of the most majestic mountains on the planet.
Many villages/towns hug the highway leading to Cortina and we were happy with this hotel and town. It was big enough to enjoy a short afternoon bike ride and morning walk up to a waterfall but small enough not to be overrun with people.
Hotel is compact and ultra-modern and has good spa/sauna facilities. Adjoining restaurant/cafe is good quality too.
Happy with our choice of location and hotel.

This is a beautifully restored hotel with great ammenities and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is clean and modern. Bella camera con qualche piccola pecca da poter correggere: tende non coprivano quasi nulla a livello di luce, la porta del bagno era trasparente, c’era in camera una porta verso la stanza adiacente e ovviamente si sentiva parecchio. Cose non entusiasmanti ma sistemabili.
Spa bellissima e siamo stati fortunati a poterne usufruire senza che ci fossero altre persone.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce très bel hôtel des Dolomites !
L'accueil est au petit soin, la chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Le restaurant est délicieux et nous avons également profité du bar ouvert le soir jusqu'à 22h.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.
Le plus de l'hôtel est le spa qui contient un jaccuzi, un hammam, un sauna et plusieurs douches avec jets variables. Il n'y avait personne quand nous y sommes allés et nous avons profité des transats avec vu sur la montagne en fin de journée ! Un vrai plaisir !

Estava limpo e com uma vista para o vale muito bonita.Disponibiliza chinelos e roupão no quarto para que sejam usados no spa (sauna e banheira de hidromassagem). O café da manhâ é delicioso com várias opções e tem uma bela vista da montanha. Não tem ar condicionado, somente um ventilador de teto, obrigando-nos a deixar a janela aberta (duas opções de abertura: abre parcialmente em 30 graus ou totalmente). Fica a 30 minutos de carro do centro de Cortina D\"ampezzo, já no caminho da estrada para Veneza.

Nuova gestione, qualcosa da sistemare

L’hotel ha recentemente cambiato gestione entrando nel mondo TH.
Hanno fatto un maquillage delle parti comuni ma le camere sono rimaste uguali
Le quadruple sono un po’ anguste, quelle sulla strada sono molto rumorose
Ottimo bagno
Wi funzionante solo dopo segnalazione e il giorno successivo
Colazione eccellente e adatta a tutte le intolleranze
Comunque la gestione secondo me e’ ancora da rodare, nel nostro corridoio sono rimasti per 48 ore degli enormi sacchi di biancheria sporca (vedi foto) che ostruivano anche le uscite di sicurezza

Il punto forte dell' albero è la posizione strategica nella val Cadore.Ci è piaciuta particolarmente la sala delle colazioni con la sua vista sulle montagne. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la spa, la disponibilità del personale della reception e della sala colazioni. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per passare le proprie vacanze nella val cadore

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno con box doccia molto grande. Ottima SPA e colazione molto varia, dolce e salata. Personale discreto ed efficiente. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
